• Tatjana (6/5): - The apartment was clean The check-in process I was not aware of so that was a bit cumbersome, but it would be helpful in the future because now I know how to do it But honestly, the area around it just felt super unsafe and I was uncomfortable parking my car there so I stayed at another place
• Fred (2/5): - To start the door to the room wouldn’t open. Then it wouldn’t lock when we tried to leave. The room was filthy stove was disgusting the bathroom had long hairs all over it. The pillows had hairs on them. Stayed for two days no one came cleaned the room or gave us new towels. We slept on blankets. A lot of shady things going on in parking lot. A camper that had a lot of traffic parked on side of hotel.

• Jared (2/5): Pathetic. - There was an actual bed to sleep on with clean linens. No person to check you on. All remote. Eventually we are given instructions to get into a room that was already occupied! Fortunately the people were asleep and didn't notice. Our actual room was filthy and the windows couldn't be locked

No pots or pans or silverware. had 3 plates 2 coffee mugs. a plastic spatula and a plastic utensil i think to measure the amount of spaghetti u put in pot and stir it. that is it. It also smelled very musty and the tv did not have a clear picture.

The listing mentions amenities like “AC” and “cooking appliances.” Messaged to ask how to control the AC, ask for more towels because the room accommodates 5 people and only 2, cigarette smelling, pube lined towels were provided, and to ask about the kitchen supplies and they responded back with the wrong name and said none of my concerns could be addressed at this time. I mentioned false advertisement and they said “thanks for the information”

It's wierd how all of sudden I can't use hotels.com to book when this is the platform I trust the most.

• Timothy (4/5): - The positives of this location: parking was adequate. It was very easy and convenient location to go to the beach and it was also close to Walmart and McDonalds and plenty of other dining options. The hotel could easily sleep 4, possibly 5. The biggest problem is that the location was advertised for accommodating 5 people; however, there were only 2 towels and only bedding for 2 twin beds. The sleeper couch was very dirty and did not have bedding. When we checked in we immediately let the property managers know that we only had two towels and bedding for 2 and they said they would help us out as soon as possible. Later that evening they told us that housekeeping had already left for the evening and they would have to bring the items the next day. So we went to Walmart and bought two blankets. The next day when we got back from the beach, they had still not brought towels or blankets. When I called, they said they were unable to help with towels or blankets. I was very disappointed. The staff was basically like, "Sorry, there is nothing that we can do." If I am able to go to Walmart and buy blankets, then the property managers should have taken ownership and bought blankets and towels regardless of whether housekeeping was gone for the day. Also, the kitchen did not have forks or spoons or knives or other kitchenware (it had one small sauce pan, one strainer, 4 plates, one bowl, 2 cups, and a cutting board).

• Kennneth (2/5): - I not sure where the 10 ratings are coming from. The unit I stayed in looked nothing like the photo. The stove was rusted, the cabinets were dark and the entire unit rather depressing. One major issue was the microwave did not work. I called and after a day and half it was not fixed and I was then ending my stay. I had one towel to use to wash my face, take a shower, clean my dishes, and dry them. I had to get take out silverware, because there was none to be found in the unit. Spend a little extra money and get someplace that will be enjoyable to stay at.

• Thomas (1/5): Miserable! Never moved in & lost one night charge & cleaning fee - Not a thing. This is my second post, which is also directed at booking.com. Booking.com does not stand behind their customers, they side with the rentals they list on their website. This motel facility refused to give me a full refund and only gave me a one night refund when it should’ve been both nights , because of a cockroach infestation that they couldn’t resolve on the first night , and wouldn’t refund my cleaning fee either, even though I never stayed in the room …booking.com Should’ve made good on the remainder of the reimbursement being they list this crappy motel on their website. Also , booking.com did not show the photo’s i downloaded of the roaches in the kitchen area…. SCAM ! How dirty it was, the roach infestation in the kitchen area, the shady people hanging out side of the rooms, other customers dirty laundry hanging from railings. The overall condition of my room.

• Larry (1/5): A dreadful experience - If I did not see the condition of this place for myself, I would never have believed it. The place was so poor we couldn't even stay, mainly because of the broken door and busted up doorframe and the unbearable stench inside, but there were numerous other issues also. We had to go in search of alternate accommodations late at night, an unexpected and unwelcome additional expense and waste of time. An absolutely ugly experience that I never want to repeat.

• albion (2/5): - The good - spacious room The bad - 12 or more bug bites on my arms, hands, head and neck. The sheets are a yellow print so it is hard to see the bugs. The bedding looks tired and worn. I can only hope I did not bring them home. Wash everything and leave your suitcase in a hot trunk.

The door on the closet was dented and broken. There were no hangers in the closet. One of the closets had a broken vacuum taking up most of the space. The location was on a noisy highway and the parking lot was overcrowded and people had to park in undesignated spaces.

Holes in walls, discolored walls, terrible smell. Dingy. Reminiscent of a drug/hooker motel. Some sweat equity could do the place good. Fix the damaged walls, some fresh paint and please….Whatever that smell is .. maybe bleach.? Change what you’re using.

• Courtney (8/5): - Room was clean but bedroom extremely hot AC in the living room but was so hot the three days the AC could not keep the whole room cool. Was 92 degrees in the backroom on one of the nights. But besides that was a great stay as normal. Will definitely be back
• Grace (2/5): Disgusting - This place was super gross when we got there. Broken mirror, moldy and dusty walls, bed sheets stunk, bug crawling around, dirty fridge, and what appeared to be a booger on the bed frame. We immediately requested a refund and luckily were able to find something else an hour away. They gave us the refund, we are just waiting for it to be processed.

• Felicia (2/5): 1000% Don't stay here. - This was probably the worst property me and my family have ever stayed at. The TWO windows by the front door were broken they did NOT LOCK! The kitchen was gross, there was food caked on the walls and inside the stove and there were grease spots on the stove top. I don't think they ever swept or mopped the floors, dust bunnies everywhere and you could just see the nastiness on the floors. In the bathroom there was a tile on the ceiling that was completely split in half and looked like water was about to pour out. The sink was loose, so every time you went to turn it on or off you thought it was going to fall off. I did message them to tell them about all this and all they had to say was sorry, and i should have told them all of this when we got there. We checked in Thursday at 730pm, the only thing i checked was the beds for bed bugs, then we all went to bed since we had such a long day. I notified them the next afternoon when we realized everything. We also notified the "property manager" about all this and all he said was okay. We were also told this was NOT a pet friendly "apartment complex" yet 2 apartments had dogs in them. The apartment below us had dogs who barked non stop and didn't get kicked out, but the people 5 doors down got kicked out and we never even knew they had dogs until they were kicked out. All in all, worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and go somewhere else because this place is NOT worth your money.

The bathroom was old, had a plunger next to the toilet and the shower curtain was old and the rug was old. Only had 2 towels, there were no wash cloths or hand towels. No way was I taking a shower. Looked in the cupboards and there was a frying pan in there that I wouldn't let a dog drink out of let alone cook in it. We did not stay the night, we went home.

• Donald (2/5): - Picking a place to stay like this one is a cost-saving measure. I understood that when I made a reservation there. It was significantly cheaper than any of the other options I saw. When it says it sleeps 5, what that means is there are two full-size (not queen-size) beds and a couch where the arm rests extend so a person can sleep there. We were a party of 3 so it was okay, although there were no extra linens for sleeping on the couch. The place was clean enough. There were only two towels in the bathroom (which was extra surprising, since the owner reached out to me to make sure they knew how many people were coming). The heating/cooling system is really weird. Heat is supplied in the bedroom and cooling is provided in the front room, so the two systems are constantly battling each other. Sleeping on the couch was cold and sleeping on the beds was rather warm (the owner must be spending a lot of unnecessary money on energy). I will not be coming back due to the following. The default check-in instructions say the owner will meet you in person to let you in. This changedat the time if check-in to just provide us with the code for the door lock. However, they gave us the WRONG code. We stood, exhausted from the day's activities, outside of the rental, for 30 minutes going back and forth with the owner via the reservation app. The owner insisted we were entering the code incorrectly. Finally, he looked it up and gave us a different code that worked..will not be coming back!
• Karen (5/5): Passable - I like the location for convenience to the family functions we attended. The rooms are in need of some upgrades. The door lock was broken in at one time which had us a little nervous at first. No closet doors,no television in the bedroom,the blinds were broken in the bedroom. Had to have the air conditioning on freezing so it would reach the bedroom but you couldn't watch television in the living room because it was freezing. The windows and floors were dirty. We only had 2 bath towels ,no hand towels,wash clothes or tissues. We were a little disappointed but our stay was for 1 night only and was convenient for what we needed to go to our family function.

When I arrived the door code was jammed and waited a lot for management but no one showed up. After long wait finally it was open. When I entered room was smelling out seems like that was close for a while. Toilet seat was broken.

• Courtney (10/5): - I live at this motel it’s my residence unfortunately the place is amazing the biggest issue is they don’t give the people that stay here enough time to rent the room for the following week. Even when they tell u to do it days in advance which I always do it’s never available and I have a child that I have to pack up and constantly move. Then move back in days later. It’s a pain. I pay for my room every Friday for the following week there should be a way for the people that actually live here to be able to have the chance to book there room again for the following week. But the place is nice the Maintenance Man is a sweet heart always willing to help and comes right away when there is issues. Just wish there was a better way to book it with out worrying about having no were to go for a single night.

They go over and beyond to make sure there guests are fully accomaded and taken care of with unbelievable guys like, Zeck, Morvin, Aryan ,Mike, Ahmet and Abraham. They are all unbelievable and give expectional customer service and they need to be recognized for there dedication and drive to continueosly striving to give the best customer service they all possibly can . Truly amazing people and entrepreneurs who really know how to set the bar and raise it .... They are truly a fresh breath of air and this place is so clean and all rooms are maintained and designed with amazing amenities!! We love kiteville!!! Budo... we will never forget your kindness and hospitality and will be forever be grateful to you and your entire staff &family.

• Carol (2/5): - they were responsive to my messages up until the day of check-in. i told them in advance i would get there at 515, and sent them another message when i was there. i had to call customer service TWICE and since it was the last room and it was left a mess, i needed to wait 30 more minutes. i wasn't waiting until 7pm. i booked a room elsewhere and missed half of the concert i came to see because of their lack of communication. unbelievable.

There were a few times where I had to leave and come back because this is my primary living space right now for the last couple months. The same has happened to several neighbors. it's very inconvenient and customer service does not even answer you for hours they used the answer quickly. When they moved us to a different suite number downstairs when I walked in it looked like it hadn't even been cleaned And now we have to leave again because they're booked- out even though i was prepared to makw our next week payment days ahead of time. If you're looking for a long-term stay this is not the place

This place is amazing Zeek and Morvin are amazing and beyond accommodating and Bubbo has gone over and beyond for me and I appreciate them like family . They are truly good, honest, caring business owners and I can never thank him enough for his kindness and hospitality. Abraham is amazing the property manager and has gone over and beyond to make sure our stay is amazing and he has lived up beyond our expectations and works very hard here on the property and you see the hard work pays off !
