• Karl (6/5): - Apartment is a good size. Safe Apartment. It smells. It is damp. There are rags under the sinks to collect dripping water. The dampness stinks. Especially, the couch in the living room. It is filthy, it stinks, and it doesn't have proper cushions. It is the kind of coach that was found on the side of a road and used for a cheap apartment.

El baño se llena de agua demaciado y es dificil secar, la puerta de la bañera en pesimas condiciones y casi se me cae encima, el acceso y muchos de los servicios que mencionaba no incluían, televisión mal estado, estaban bastante deficientes creo que mejorar su equipo de cocina y el baño.

• Mohieddine (1/5): - Rien Franchement une expérience catastrophique. L’appartement était extrêmement sale, c’était choquant. Le canapé et le fauteuil étaient recouverts d’une couche de poussière avec des traces de saleté visibles, vraiment dégoûtant. Dans la salle de bain, on a trouvé des torchons sales… ça donne une idée du niveau d’hygiène. Le pire, ce sont les cafards : de petits cafards se baladaient partout dans l’appartement. Et comme si ça ne suffisait pas, plus d’eau à partir de 2h du matin, impossible de se laver ou même d’utiliser quoi que ce soit. Bien sûr, personne ne répondait quand on essayait de contacter quelqu’un. À fuir absolument.

• Dr Oussama (10/5): Un séjour impeccable que je recommande sans hésiter - J’ai tout aimé durant mon séjour. Tout était parfait, de l’accueil jusqu’à la fin. Tu as été attentionné, disponible et toujours à l’écoute, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. L’ambiance était chaleureuse et je me suis senti très à l’aise. Franchement, rien à redire : tu as été parfait tout au long de mon séjour. Merci pour cette excellente expérience. Un immense merci tout particulièrement à la femme de ménage pour son travail remarquable et ses efforts constants. Sans oublier le boss Amine, une personne exceptionnelle, toujours professionnelle et digne de confiance. Un grand merci également à Monsieur Mouad ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe Samy. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la disponibilité l’écoute et le professionnalisme de toute l’équipe, qui rendent chaque séjour agréable et sans stress. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et on s’y sent vraiment à l’aise. Un grand bravo à la femme de ménage pour son travail irréprochable et son engagement quotidien. There were people slamming their doors and fighting around 2am overall my experience was very bad. I booked the place for 3 nights but ended up leaving after 1 night

Невероятная грязь и вонь вокруг, особенно со стороны рынка заставляли порой зажимать нос, чтобы пройти к подъезду и побуждали желание мыть обувь. В принципе, эта грязь и вонь стали главной причиной смены жилья. Люди зачем-то вываливают полу тухлую рыбу прямо на проезжую часть для птиц. Там она лежит и гниет какое-то время. Затем туда добавляются запахи от фруктов и овощей и близлежащей помойки. В общем объект совершенно в этом не виноват. Это реалии местной жизни. Но это единственный минус. Все замечательно. Особенно чистота внутри апартаментов, а также оснащение всем необходимым для быта

Ødelagte stole - håber de bliver repareret forstår ikke formålet med en vaskemaskine, med 800 omdrejninger- dvs meget vådt tøj, når der ikke er tørremuligheder Nok 50 gange ringede det på døren eller dørtelefonen gennem natten. Det var noget skræmmende

The light in the bedroom was so dim that we could barely see and had to change in the lounge , the bathroom shower had mould and there was not enough ventilation in the whole apartment.There was just this funky smell in the apartment . The one side of the bed was also caved in which made it quite lobsided. I wish owners who rent out these places would care enough for the experience of their guests to take time to check that things are up to par before guests arrive.

The place is cool, large living room with everything you need in the kitchen, even if you want to have a stay-in night. There is also plenty of storage in the bedroom and a parking place spot. The light in the toilet is not very and quite dark, so that’s something I would improve. The shower didn’t work really well, but it we still managed to have a shower.

The remote control for car parking worked very badly. Hot water ran out midway showering and stopped completely after (no hot and cold water in kitchen and bathroom).

• Inspection (8/5): Very good - The place is one of the best places I stayed in Casablanca, the one bedroom suite was big enough for me and my partner, I did extend my stay for another 3 nights, the reason is that it is near all my needs of shopping,the only downside of the place that they cut the water round midnight and turn it on round 7 am the following day,not sure why they do that, I asked round the block and the water doesn't shit off at night .

There is a convenient table that can be used as a work table if you need to work on the computer. The location is in a bit of a remote area. The windows overlook the courtyard, very loud audibility. On weekend evenings, very noisy, people talking very loudly, shouting something.
