Volha (9/5): - Very cozy, well equipped authentic Greek house 15 minutes drive from Matala beach. The house is located in the village Pombia, there are a couple of restaurants with good local food nearby. We enjoyed our stay there! It is not about the house, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. They are so tiny, can hardly see them
Ole (10/5): Family stone house with history and atmospere - We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully renovated old family stone house. The modern roof terrace which has been added to the atmospheric old house was a really nice spot to enjoy both our breakfast and the sunset. We fell in love with the lively village Pombia where people lived their lives and nothing was based on tourist. Everybody was friendly and we could get anything we needed. Pombia is a great base for excursions to borh gorges, archeological sites and beaches. Tiny bathroom with shower without a curtain. But it works. And the floor dries quickly.
