• Daria (7/5): Great location for the price - Nice host. At first we should've paid extra 20€ to check-in late but it ended up free cuz the host had an opportunity to check-in us himself. Easy check-out, the host allowed us to check-out later. Great location, 4 min from the metro (15 min ride to the centre), few min away from the sea, 10-15 min away from the beach, lots of restaurants around, few grocery shops nearby. The apartment is small and cozy, first floor. Has a stove, fridge and a microwave. There were some issues with the hot water. At first the water was just cold, after the Host fixed some boiler settings it became better - but still not very good. There was enough hot water for like 5 minutes in the shower, after we had to wait for 20-30 min for the boiler to heat it up again. Was not a big deal to us since me and my friend took showers in different times, but could be a deal breaker for someone else. We didn't have any wi-fi during our stay. It was not the host's fault - something with the internet company - but was still unpleasant. Mobile internet doesn't penetrate through the walls of the apartment so we were completely connection free while inside.
• VERANIKA (7/5): Удобное расположение, но очень много вопросов - Отличная локация. Современный интерьер. Разрешили выселиться на час позже. Не понравилось несколько моментов: 1. За поздний заезд хозяин попросил на месте доплатить 25 евро. Сдачу не отдал, в итоге заплатили больше. 2. Отсутствие туалетных принадлежностей (мыла) и туалетной бумаги. Пришлось просить это, хотя в описании к этому варианту проживания было указано, что все это предоставляет хозяин. Более того, пришлось напоминать о туалетной бумаге дважды и идти в соседнее кафе за бумагой. В итоге бумагу дали, но с криками. 3. Очень холодно и сыро. В апартаментах стоит неприятный запах и влага. С потолка капает. 4. Отсутствие горячей воды в раковине как в зоне кухни, так и в ванной. Работает теплая вода только в душевой кабине и то с перебоями. 5. ПЛИТА. Мы выбирали жилье, где будет рабочая зона кухни, чтобы можно было готовить ребёнку еду. В итоге при заселении хозяин сказал, что пользоваться плитой нельзя.
