Há comércio chique e mercadinhos próximos. Apartamento confortável e com todas as facilidades. Desencontro inicial com o anfitrião, em virtude de chegarmos cedo do aeroporto. Após algumas tentativas de comunicação pelo WhatsApp, conseguimos entrar e depositar as malas na recepção até o check-in.

• Marion (7/5): Bon séjour :) - La décoration était de très bon goût et la localisation très pratique pour visiter Rome. La literie était très bonne ! Malheureusement le spa était cassé lors de notre séjour, la porte de notre chambre n’était pas loin de se casser et nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur la rue avec une faible insonorisation.

• Kerrie (10/5): The location is the best to restaurants& bars walking distance to - Location is the best. Close to restaurants & bars. 3 min walk to Piazza Novona, walking distance to Trevi, Pantheon and we even walked to Colosseum about 30min easy walk we are late 60’s and managed easy. Corissa is lovely & helpful, elevator goes from floors 1-4 if staying on 5 you can take it to 4 but you need to take spiral stairs from there. A little confusing to find it’s not called Residenza Leutari, just trust the lane & number 15. Definitely recommend. Nothing.

A equipe é muito gentil e prestativa - nos deu apoio em tudo que precisamos. A localização é o ponto alto - economizamos com transporte, já que conseguimos nos locomover facilmente a pé, inclusive à noite. Vale muito a pena! Sem observações negativas. Tudo ótimo!

• Sebastian (8/5): Tolle Lage und Mega Design! - Die Lage war super! Von außen ist es kaum wahrzunehmen und schreckt erst einmal ab, aber wenn man eintritt ist es sehr modern und stylisch! Personal war super nett. Mussten leider fast 2 Stunden auf unser Check In warten, da Gäste vor uns das Zimmer nicht geräumt hatten.

• Christy (9/5): Centrally located & Big Rooms - The hotel has a great location and the rooms were spacious and very comfy. We had a great nights sleep here and was able to find parking near by. Our only issue was that we specifically booked this hotel for the elevator as we had big heavy bags and our room was on the fifth floor that has a windy staircase. This was a pain to lug the bags up and down for just a one nights stay. The cleaning lady was kind enough to offer her help.

• Wai Mun (9/5): Clean, spacious stay at a great location! - The air conditioning was a life saver in the peak Italian summer! Room was as pictured, clean and spacious. Great location - walkable to lots of main areas (piazza navona, trastevere). There was daily room service which was also great. Only reason its not a 10/10 is due to their pillows- extremely soft (almost like there is no cushioning - kind of like when cotton within the cover splits and is clumpy). There were two so you could stack them up so that's how we managed- not a big deal to us.

Nous sommes juste à côté d une rue passante et nous n entendons rien du tout La personne à l accueil pas très agréable Il était mentionné sur Booking un accès au spa illimité. Quand je demande de pouvoir aller au spa la personne m indique que le spa est plein et que nous avons un sauna dans la chambre ..il fallait réserver . Ni sur Booking ni lors de l échange avec l établissement , cette réservation navait été mentionné. Déçue sur ce point surtout que le spa avait été une motivation pour réserver cette chambre .

• Philipp (7/5): Rundum gelungener Städtetripp - Super Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants / Bars in kurzer Zeit Fußläufig zu erreichen. Sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer. Aufgrund der naheliegenden Hauptstraße auch Nachts hoher Verkehrslärm. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht für ein konstantes angenehmes Raumklima gesorgt.

• Dinesh911 (7/5): A modern, stylish apartment in the ruins, if that is your thing... - The bed was very soft, a very stylish and modern apartment in an old building. Very thoughtful design and plenty of electric sockets, etc. Comfy bed, spacious room, very clean room, towels, toiletries, etc. the address is confusing, if you are following the google maps. The propoerty looks like a ruins from outside. but when you step in its very modern. My room was on the top, had to walk a spiral stairs from the lift. If you have heavy baggage its a challenge for you ... It was very far from the FAO buildings in Rome. Getting an uber or public transport is not the easiest from this location. a bit expensive

• Kinga (9/5): Perfect for city break - Perfect location for a city break - all the main spots are within walking distance of the hotel. The room looks even better than in the pictures - modern and really clean. The only thing is the high price that descourages from the longer stay and the elevator that is quite small, so for people with claustrophobia I recommend taking the stairs
