El mobiliario de la terraza muy bueno. No se escucha el ascensor ! Ubicacion para conexiones con metro y autobuses excelente El sillon del living muy vencido ,incomodo. Las sillas en estado MUY DEFICIENTE,se lo comente x telefono a un asistente. El portal de ingreso al edificio MUY SUCIO ,parece no lo limpian nunca.Un asco Los primeros dias el WFI muy bien ,cuando comenzó Octubre MUY LENTO .

Aguilar Bourguignon (1/5): Disrespect and humiliation! - We were disrespected by the staff at this place. We had a problem with the lock on our apartment and immediately contacted them by phone. They left us waiting in the hallway for approximately 5 hours. Meanwhile, we called several times with my teenage son feeling sick and my wife needing to go to the bathroom. Every time, they said someone would help us in a few minutes, but nothing happened. After waiting so long, we had to call a locksmith. And they didn't even reimburse us the cost. We were humiliated. Disrespect and humiliation!

Luis Dion (9/5): Regreso asegurado - En general todo es excelente. Sugiero colocar soporte o barra de seguridad para entrar y salir de la bañera. Y tener la piscina habilitada en temporada de verano. El hecho de que algunas personas fumen en los espacios comunes dado que el olor ingresa al departamento.
Martin (8/5): Greate location, great quiet apartment; internet an issue - Great location, very comfortable bed. The apartment is cleaned once a week. The kitchen is functional with everything that is needed to cook. Our room faced the interior courtyard, had a terrace, and we very quiet, despite the central location of the apartment. The internet is erratic. Sometimes it works, sometimes it is too slow to be functional, and sometimes it does not work at all. This makes it difficult to use the apartment to use for a business (or educational) stay.

Junhong (7/5): ok no too bad. - walking distance to my work place which is something I looked forward to before booking this place. slow wifi, it also had issue at the beginning, facility fixed it very quickly but the max speed is limited at 1MB/s which is slow.

Dawn (9/5): Very Comfortable Apartment - Great Location - Highly recommend this apartment. Check-in was easy and the apartment is easy to find. One block away from the Pacifico Metro stop. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, and spacious. Communications with the host was excellent and they were very responsive. There were plenty of markets, shops, cafes, and restaurants within a minute or two walk. Easy to get to all of Madrid's attractions/sites. Ideal for long or short stays for a family of 4-5. The weekly cleaning was an added bonus. We’ll definitely look to stay here on any return trip to Madrid. Our apartment's kitchen would have benefited from food storage shelf. The beds were ok, but not super comfortable.
