Do dyspozycji mieluśmy nowoczesny, ciepły i w pełni wyposażony apartament, przechowalnię dla sprzętów sportowych i miejsce parkingowe. W promieniu 10km kilka ośrodków narciarskich, trasy piesze, rowerowe i do narciarstwa biegowego. Idealne miejsce dla osób lubiących aktywny wypoczynek. • Stanislav (9/5): Naprosto profesionální a lidský přístup pana Švece,všem doporučuji. - Ubytování bylo v zrekonstruovaném domě,příjemné bylo podlahové topení v celém apartmánu.Lyžárna byla vybavena vysoušečem bot.V blízkosti ubytování /2min pěšky/obchody a restaurace. O pár metrů větší pokoj,ale nám to stačilo.

• Marek (10/5): Świetnie spędziliśmy tu aktywny, przedłużony weekend - Bardzo dobre miejsce na przedłużony weekend albo i na dłużej. Blisko do centrum miasteczka, gdzie są sklepy itp. Kwatera miała wszystko co potrzeba. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, duży salon gdzie można było odpocząć po dziennych aktywnościach. Wszystko czyste i sprawne. Jesienią w środku było ciepło i komfortowo. Super miejsce na odpoczynek, bardzo przyjemna okolica. Przydałby się dodatkowy wieszak, albo najlepiej grzejnik w łazience. Mały parking, my byliśmy poza sezonem i byliśmy jedynymi gośćmi więc nie było problemu, ale jeśli pozostałe pokoje będą pełne, to może to stanowić problem.

• Sylva (10/5): Příjemný pobyt v krásném interiéru - Krásně zařízený apartmán, v takovém bych chtěla bydlet. Knihovnička, dobře vybavená kuchyně, čisto, estetično. Trochu déle trvalo, než v kuchyni začala téct teplá voda (dlouho odtékala studená). Ale v koupelně v pořádku.

The property is plastered with instructions on how to behave, including how to urinate. I’d expect this in a hostel with a community feel or a place that was lent to me for free. But considering that you charge hotel rates, I find it inappropriate.

• Alicja (8/5): A good place for cycling and hiking in the summer, with beautiful areas around, especially forests. - I rented apartment no. 1 in June 2024 for three weeks, for one person. Comments after your stay – apartment = 1 room with kitchen and bathroom: Pros: 1. Apartment on the ground floor, which is a plus for me considering my age 2. Kitchen separated from the room by a door 3. windows facing south/west, sun in the apartment until the evening, but it is possible to regulate the temperature in the apartment 4. The keys can be picked up in a box by the front door, which is very convenient for both parties 5. Renovated apartment - new cabinets and household appliances in the kitchen, new equipment in the bathroom, easy-to-clean tile floors 6. WI-FI works well 7. There is space for 3 cars near the house, but 2 spaces mean one car behind the other, you need to communicate with other guests 8. There is a separate place for bonfires in the garden behind the house Neutral: 1. Apartment for one/two people - more, especially with children [bunk bed in the room] there will be problems with moving freely because the apartment is small, but you can live with it for a few days 2. The kitchen and bedroom windows overlook the street and you can hear every noise, but the street is relatively quiet 3. Behind a concrete fence there is a church and a cemetery, but you should be afraid of the living rather than the dead 4. The stay regulations and registration instructions are only in English. Czech - it would be good to add Polish, English and German versions 5. There is an old table in the kitchen, but it is stable and enough for 4 people, unfortunately the 4 old chairs squeak with every movement, and they need to be covered with new felt so that they slide well on the floor because they scratch. 1. No hot water in the kitchen and bathroom - I arrived after 5 hours. driving around 5:30 p.m. and I wanted to take a bath. When I asked about hot water, the owner said that I had to run a stream of water to make it flow so that I could finally have hot water. This is an incredible waste of water that flows into the sewage system unnecessarily. After 10 minutes she was finally warm. The next day the situation repeated itself, hectoliters of water were poured out before it became warm. 2. No waste bin in the bathroom, 3. in the kitchen, instructions on how to sort waste - plastic, paper and bio-based - so what if you have to run from the bathroom to the kitchen to the cupboard with bins. 4. No hairdryer - this is unacceptable at the current time and price of the apartment 5. No cosmetics in the bathroom - one container with some washing liquid, nothing else 6. One large gray towel, washed, obviously used for a long time - after I asked for another one [because one every three weeks is not enough], I received another one and a change of bed linen 7. There is no frying pan in the kitchen - after my request to the owner, I received instructions on how to get a frying pan from the second apartment [there were two there] 8. Gray and navy blue checkered bedding, you can see that it is already worn out and soggy, the duvet is coming out of the duvet cover because it has no fastening, the sheet is soggy, creased and very rough on the skin 9. Tea and coffee making facilities - [what is given in the apartment description on Booking] is only a kettle, nothing more 10. No coffee machine or coffee grinder 11. Only 1 medium sandwich plate, 1 teaspoon 12. Only one dishcloth, she was given a second one upon request 13. Only one sponge for washing dishes, and it's already used 14. In the drawer there is a dirty, dried knife and a dirty orange plastic bowl - probably from previous users 15. There is no dryer for washed clothes, there is no line in the yard to hang laundry.
