• Wendy (8/5): Pleasant stay in a quaint little cottage. - Comfy beds. Plenty of cutlery & crockery. Great to have dishwasher. High quality toaster & kettle., Quaint. Really great that a dog was allowed. Maybe a portable heater other than fireplace. Instructions on how to use TV would have been useful - we couldn't find free-to-air
• Krista (10/5): A charming renovated cottage in a peaceful neighbourhood - Absolutely lovely old cottage with a charming vibe. A very relaxing renovated space with lovely fabrics and furnishings. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was cute with plenty of helpful cooking tools, and the modern shower was great. Our small dog loved her stay too. We were very happy here for a couple of nights and would stay again.

• Gail (8/5): Four friends, one cosy cottage = a perfect combination - Location is ideal with a great cafe within walking distance - just a short drive into the township and a supermarket along the way. The cottage is furnished with relaxing in mind, the fireplace already to light was so welcoming - beds comfy, all modern appliances and an amazing shower.

• Marisa (7/5): Good - Location. Beautifully decorated. Beds were exceptional! Just suggestions, not complaint! House very cold, needed more kindling, (we had 3 sticks). Couldn't get signal on TV, emailed, no reply. Small milk upon arrival would be good. Bedding washing from previous people was still on the line, (we brought it in and folded). More than 1 tea towel please! A little welcome/instruction sheet would have been helpful 😀

A black cat who we assume was t - Just as described, comfortable and clean The television connection was not good. Netflix would glitch and say “another device was using the account”. Could only watch intermittently.

• Barb (7/5): Was fairly ok, decor nice but the cottage’s construction is basic - Good location, the cat, the main bedroom was good. The decor is nice but it could do with a heat pump/air con unit, especially with rooms with no proper ceiling (double bdrm and singles bedroom) - far too hot overnight and one night really cold from 1am. The singles bedroom had inadequate sun/light protection. Far too light o/n. Curtains would help to block light and sun heat and provide some insulation against the cold nights. Only an extractor fan in the bathroom- no opening window. Toilet seat not secure.

The beds were very comfortable and towels were lovely. Great shower too! We were there in the heat with very little breeze. So I feel a heat pump would be a real asset. The window locks could do with a bit of adjusting. We could only get the bolts in on the lowest lock which didn't allow for much air. Minor really...

Good wifi and lovely linen, towels and crockery. The kitchen and bathroom are especially nice. It would be good to have lamps in the bedrooms to let you read then pop the light off without having to get out of bed. TV doesn’t work, no network linked to it.

Thank - The cottage was beautiful and a lot more roomy than I was expecting! It was gorgeous inside and the beds were super comfy. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook for my family of 5 and although I didn’t need it knowing there was a washing machine and dryer in case of emergencies was a bonus. Thanks so much for a very enjoyable stay. The TV was very laggy and wouldn’t load up anything on YouTube we wanted to watch but the internet was fine so we just used our phones.
