Leckeres Essen nebenan. Schade das das Dusch WC nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung war. Überall hängen Zettel die einem das Nötigste erklären. Wahrscheinlich ist das bei dem internationalen Publikum leider auch notwendig.

Daniela (10/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Ein schönes, sauberes Hotel. Das Bad ist neu renoviert, die Betten bequem. Es gibt ein kleinen Garten mit Spielplatz und Liegestühlen. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Zum Park sind es nur 10 Fuß Minuten der Parkplatz ist inklusive das Personal mega nett. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer steht und die Handtücher erneuert werden. Ansonsten gibt es wirklich nichts zu meckern 🙃

Esmeralda (7/5): Kindere waren teleurgesteld - Fijn dat we de auto konden laten staan toen we naar europark gingen, de kamer zag er ook goed uit. De bedden lagen helaas echt niet lekker en de kinderen waren zwaar teleurgesteld omdat ik een mail had gekregen met de mededeling dat er oa een trampoline was, maar uiteindelijk zowel de trampoline als de slingerbaan op slot stonden en niet gebruikt konden worden. Dat iets kapot gaat kan altijd, maar zet het dan niet in je bevestigingsmail.

Majorie (8/5): Leuk voor kinderen! - Fijne speelplek voor de kinderen! Blij verrast. Lieve vriendelijke eigenaresse. We hadden een suite met 3 tweepersoonsbedden. We hebben onze 4 kinderen in de twee slaapkamers gelegd. Zij hebben prima geslapen. Voor ons bleef het bed in de woonkamer over. Dat was een vrij klein bed. Het matras was niet zo fijn. Als mijn man zich omdraaide, stuiterde ik er bijna uit. Maar het was maar voor 1 nachtje voor ons, dus het was niet zo erg.

Abegglen (9/5): Familienfreundliche Unterkunft. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. wir kommen wieder.... - Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir waren schon letztes Jahr hier. Die Nähe zum Europapark-Eingang ist ideal. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ebenso. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und die Zimmer sauber. Einziger Mangel: Duschbrause ist an der "falschen" Seite montiert. Kleinere Überschwemmung im Badezimmer ist nicht zu vermeiden.

jgrillas (10/5): A clean and comfortable accommodation in Rust, ideally located just minutes from Europa-Park. - I stayed at this accommodation in Rust and my experience was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of options and fresh products. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, always willing to assist with anything we needed. A big advantage is the location, as the accommodation is very close to Europa-Park, with easy and short access, which was ideal for us as we were traveling with children. I would definitely choose it again and highly recommend it!
Yann (7/5): Apartment - Irreführende Unterkunftsbeschreibung - Kein Kommentar. Wir haben am Vorabend über Booking.com ein Apartment unter dem Namen Hotel Sunnegässle gebucht, mit einer Stornogebühr von 80 %. Aufgrund der Darstellung gingen wir davon aus, im Hotel selbstuntergebracht zu sein. Es gab keinerlei Hinweise darauf, dass es sich um eine eigenständige Ferienwohnung abseits des Hotels handelt. Im Gegenteil. Da Frühstück inklusive war, müsste es doch Teil des Hotels sein. Erst am nächsten Morgen erhielten wir per E‑Mail die Information, dass es sich bei der gebuchten Unterkunft um die Ferienwohnung Mondschein handelt, welche in einer anderen Strasse liegt, rund 300 Meter bzw. 3–4 Gehminuten entfernt ist und sich zudem im Untergeschoss befindet (siehe Foto). Diese Angaben wären für unsere Buchungsentscheidung ausschlaggebend gewesen, fehlten jedoch vollständig bei der Buchung auf Booking.com. Hätten wir dies im Vorfeld gewusst, hätten wir auf eine Buchung verzichtet. Wir versuchten, die Situation am Vormittag telefonisch zu klären. Leider war niemand mit entsprechender Entscheidungskompetenz erreichbar, sodass wir gezwungen waren, vor Ort anzureisen. Dort beschwichtigte die Geschäftsführerin, dass die fehlenden Informationen bereits mehrfach an Booking.com gemeldet worden seien und die Gäste ja eine nachträgliche Informationsmail erhalten würden. Dies hilft jedoch wenig, wenn man auf Basis unvollständiger Angaben eine Buchung mit hoher Stornogebühr vornimmt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Kulanz der Geschäftsführerin, die einer kostenfreien Stornierung zugestimmt hat. Mit diesem Kommentar möchten wir zukünftige Gäste ausdrücklich darauf hinweisen, dass es sich bei den „Apartments“ um separate Ferienwohnungen handelt, die u.E. nichts mit dem Hotel gemeinsam haben (abgesehen vom Frühstücksraum). Wir verzichten bewusst auf eine schlechte Bewertung, in der Hoffnung, dass dieser Missstand zeitnah durch die Verantwortlichen des Hotels Sunnegässle bei Booking.com behoben wird.
