The views, the space its just lovely, so clean aswell which is a big bonus and is equipped with everything you need for the perfect home from home. The booking is easy, stress free, and helpful we struggled getting onto the island with the weather and straight away Jane was there with helpful advice. Honestly 10/10 N/a

• Alyson (8/5): Very good - Location was great, apartment was clean and had what we needed. Easy to find, free parking available. Comfortable and clean.
• Philip (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good. Lack of information about how things worked in the apartment and no helpful suggestions on things to see, do and eat and drink which would be helpful, as would a visitors’ book which are also helpful for future guests in giving pointers. Not being able to check in until 4pm seems a bit excessive. We appreciate that this was probably introduced during COVID to allow additional cleaning but surely now a reversion to a 3pm check in, as seemed to be the norm, would be better.
• Lydon (10/5): Exceptional - I had stayed at the apartment the year before and had commented that it was missing a washing machine. I was delighted to find that the kitchen area had had an upgrade and now featured a washing machine. The apartment is ideally located, quite private and perfect for a small family or couple short stay. I can imagine wanting more space if I was staying more than a week. That being said the apartment was certainly spacious enough. I will look forward to staying again next year. I can't really think of anything so it would really be nitpicking. I suppose I had some difficulty with the radiator in the living room but that is it.

• Ellen (7/5): Adequate - Location was good Difficult to find. Dolphin was what we booked under but on the outside of complex was Waterfront Apt. no street number so used the neighbour’s number and lots of exploring to find it. Frustrating actually. Couch was uncomfortable flamingo glasses out of place. No whisky glasses, bbq flipper would damage nice frying pan. Straining size for 20 people etc Kitchen seems to be a Pell mell thrown together Instruction that hot water heat switch needed to be turned on would have been nice to know before we needed. Shower very very small.
• Hearn (9/5): Superb - Great location. Well equipped, had everything we needed. Plenty of parking right outside. My only negative would be the lack of daylight in the lounge and kitchen - it just has one small window.

• Edward (3/5): Mull and Tobermory great, apartment didn’t meet expectations - Apartment location good Parking much more difficult than advertised Apartment was a bit tired,inside and out. Not to the standard we’d expect at this price point. No hot water on arrival and took 24 hours to get it fixed.
• David (10/5): We fell in love with Mull and that includes this apartment. - It was perfect for our visit to the island. The best bit is probably location but everything else was perfect.
• Lydon (8/5): Excellent - The location is great. It's a good size and comfortable for a couple of people but might seem over crowded if there was more than 3. Everything was clean, a high standard and easy to use. It would have been good to have a washing machine, as this is the only thing that puts me off a stay of more than 4 days. The only other thing is it would be good if the check in was from 3pm as 4pm is a bit more of a gap for anyone arriving on the island by the ferry. Otherwise, I cant complain. Excellent accommodation
• Barbara (8/5): We had a great time and would book again. - The location was fantastic - right on the harbour. There was a good assortment of cooking utensils and crockery. There were excellent restaurants near by. We enjoyed the walk out to the lighthouse via a path just next to the property. We think the property would best suit a couple as we didn't fine the pull-out bed very comfortable.

• Andrea (8/5): Perfect little getaway flat. Good value for money - Perfect size for self catering. Private and quiet end of the street. Check in was easy. Communication was excellent when we had a problem. Service of housekeeping was very good. It was great, no problem
• Indie (8/5): Lovely comfortable apartment, great, swift responses from the rental team! - Great apartment, right on the Harbour front with great access to shops and restaurants, and Tobermory Distillery! Very clean and comfortable, lovely modern shower room. Well equipped, lots of thoughtful extras- Nespresso coffee machine, bedside chest of drawers each, bedside lamps, well equipped kitchen. All of the windows open up wide, to let in the fresh sea air and vibes! Just to note: although there certainly are lots of free parking spaces on the harbour front, (and a large official car park at the end of the High Street next to the Distillery) it can get very busy- so you cannot always park near the apartment itself. Would also recommend the walk along the coastal footpath, to the lighthouse. Start of the walk, to the left as you exit the apartment, to the left of the ferry terminal

• Angela (10/5): Great apartment in the very beautiful Tobermory. would recommend - lovely well equipped and very comfortable apartment. great location and parking was always available on the road outside. was nice to have an area to wind down at the end of the day separate from the bedroom. nothing of significance

No idea why it is called Dolphin Apartment. it is apartment 6 of Waterfront apartments! Two glasses and a bowl were cracked so unsure whether checks are made on the crockery situation after each guest

Pics did show the size Apartment underneath, when cooking alarms go off and all food smells rose and came into our appt, it was horrible. Also second lot of guests very noisy Better mattress protectors needed as they are so uncomfortable
