Highly recommend! - Beautiful flats, well furnished, very clean, great location with easy walks to restaurants, shops, markets & piazzas. Terrace was lovely. Veronica was a huge help with helping us obtain transportation from airport. She responded quickly to any questions we had. The two apartments were perfect for our family of 6. Nothing could have been better!
• Balz (9/5): - Die Lage ist sehr zentral; mitten in der Altstadt, gleich neben dem Piazza Maggiore. Die Wohnung in dem wunderschönen alten Gebäude ist grossflächig, neu renoviert und bietet viel Komfort. Die Gastgeber waren gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert für Gäste, die mittendrin sein möchten. Anmerkungen: Die Wohnung ist gleich gegenüber einen "Kaffe-Bar-Club" wo abends laute Musik läuft. Ab 23:00 wird die Musik leiser gestellt. Nicht optimal für sensitive Schläfer. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind nur durch eine lose Schiebetür getrennt.

• Alexandra (10/5): A lovely medieval apartment with modern flair and comforts! Check it out! - The apartment is beautiful, with an elegant aesthetic. Everything is new -- appliances, furniture, dishes, etc. WiFi is great and the TV has a good selection of channels, plus streaming options. The outside terrace is lovely. There is a washing machine and drying rack, so one can do laundry (which we needed to, as we were there for almost two weeks). The location is superb, right in the medieval part of town. Indeed, the building dates back to the 12th or 13th century and was refurbished about 100 years ago. Lots of food stores, cafes and great shopping! The owner, Veronica, is very helpful. Honestly, she has thought of everything in setting up this apartment (we stayed in the two-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1 half-bathroom one). Brava, Veronica! This is not a complaint, but something guests should be aware of. The apartment has small stair cases leading to all the rooms. Also, there is a very popular combo night club/coffee shop across from the terrace. They do turn off or lower the music promptly at 11 pm every night, but sensitive sleepers may want to bring ear plugs. We were so tired from walking all over beautiful Bologna, we fell asleep quickly. By the way, this combo night club/coffee shop has nice pastries and coffee in the morning.

• Karen (10/5): Gorgeous apartment in central Bologna - Beautiful spacious apartment. Phenomenal location near center of town one block off the Piazza Maggiore, near restaurants, and shops. Host went out of her way to be helpful. We had a problem with the heating but the host was very responsive and immediately had the problem fixed.
• Mira (8/5): Nice place to visit Florence!! Some repair works needed - Location and amazing view from the apartment.. nice and cozy! The apartment needs a renovation! The ac/ heat was not working properly!! Restart was needed.. some furniture was broken.

• Amy (10/5): We stayed in the blue apartment and were happy to have such a lovely home base for our week! - We loved the convenience of the large and well appointed bathroom, the decor of the entire apartment, the availability of a washing machine (which allowed us to travel with carryon luggage for a 2 week trip), and the quiet location in the historic center. There is nothing not to like!

The couple were absolutely hospitable and responsive and we could be more grateful.
