• Su Hua (7/5): 地方非常大，但是真正可利用的空間不多。 - 位置在由布苑附近 空間大，但房間沒椅子，必須在廚房搬過去才有位置坐。床架會搖晃，稍微翻身就發出聲響，一整晚難以入眠。洗澡間小到剛好到沒有地方放毛巾和衣服。

• NgNg613613 (7/5): 適合多人的住宿 - 這是一間頗大的房子，有小型廚房，很適合家庭客住宿，位置也很好，方便逛街及前往金麟湖。價錢也相宜。 欠缺浸溫泉設備及浴室有點狹窄，冲涼時外面沒有地方攞放衣物。另訂房時還以為是旅館，不知道是apartment 形式，所以全程入住與離開也沒有服務員，說可以寄存行李，因不知如何存放，也沒有回覆我訊息，最後只有去JR站儲物櫃擺放行李。

• Kirsten (10/5): Perfection, big, beautiful - Huge space, great kitchen, perfect location so close to the lake; we highly recommend early morning walks to see the steam rise from the water. Bath was incredible, this is an amazing place to stay. Extremely comfortable and well and truly met our needs after staying in cramped hotels! We loved is so much we stayed an extra night. The owners could respond a little faster on the booking app. It was many hours between responses.

• Frederic (7/5): Very convenient location - Perfect location within Yufuin very next to the lake and tourist streets. Kitchen and living space is rather small compared to 2 large bedroom. The tiny streets are real chalenge when accessing the villa with a large car.

• Monchai (10/5): ที่พักสวย สะอาด ประทับใจมาก - เป็นที่พักที่แพงที่สุดในทริปแต่ก็ประทับใจที่สุดเช่นกัน เด็กๆชอบและตื่นเต้นกับบ้านที่ดูดีและกว้างขวาง มีเตียงให้นอน 6 เตียง และมี 2 ห้องชำระ ที่พักสามารถเดินไปดูทะเลสาปและต่อเนื่องกับที่ช็อปปิ้งได้ แนะนำให้ตืนเช้าเพื่อดูหมอกที่ทะเลสาปจะสวยมาก อาจจะเป็นราคาที่แพงไปหน่อยและมีห้องอาบน้ำแค่ห้องเดียว

• jiwen (10/5): “Wonderful Villa Experience Near Kinrin Lake - I had a really great stay at Rakushinkan Villa in Yufuin! Even though it’s a bit of a distance from Yufuin Station, there’s a bus stop really close by that takes you straight to the villa area. Parking was super easy, and it only took us about 3 or 4 minutes on foot to walk to Kinrin Lake. The villa itself was spacious and had everything we needed. The living room was big, the kitchen had plenty of room to cook, and they provided all the basic seasonings. Each room had its own bathroom, which was super convenient. And I have to say, I absolutely loved the laundry detergent and fabric softener they provided—the scent was so nice that I had to ask the host about it! They were kind enough to send me a picture of the brand so I can try to find it myself. We had a really enjoyable two-night stay. The villa has a lovely Japanese-style vibe that made the whole experience unique for us as foreign visitors. I’ll definitely leave a great review and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks again for the awesome hospitality! Everything is perfect

• Yating (7/5): 如果可以加強清潔還有把床都換掉，這真的是一個地點完美的住宿民宿。 - 地點很好，步行就可以去逛街、去金鱗湖，空間很大，有庭院可停車，對自駕很方便。 四張床都是翻身就會搖晃明顯，而且連10歲女兒睡動一下就會有聲音，所以睡眠品質不好，浴室排水比較不好。

• Eunyoung (10/5): Exceptional - The house was so beautiful, cozy and clean that I could relax and heal like my own. I was very happy to make good memories with my mom and sister. The staff was also very friendly. It was difficult to book a taxi early because we had to get on the plane early, but thankfully, the staff gave us a ride to the Yufuin bus station. This is where we would like to stay again.

Can have more user friendly amenities like hooks outside showers, more hangers. The spring bed mattress is VERY bad. Did not sleep well for all 3 nites. The washing machine is located in the yard which semi outdoors and not dedicated en suite.

• Tatyana (7/5): Good - Good location. Near a busy street. It's a 15-minute walk from the train station. The villa is spacious enough for 3 people. There is everything you need. We rented a 2-bedroom villa at the end of February. It was cold. A tiny kitchen was extremly cold. It was difficult for three people to have dinner in it. There is no common room, only 2 bedrooms. There is tiny shower room. Also it was very cold. The beds are creaky, the mattresses are very hard. We paid $240 per night for three people for this simple villa. It wasn't worth it:(
• Wai (8/5): Fairly comfortable stay in a luxury villa near places of attraction. - Location: it is within minutes walk to the Kinrin Lake and Yufuin floral village. Lawson is just a short walk out and convenient too if u come by bus (we drove). Space: the villa is huge and I could imagine the luxurious life of its previous occupants. It is kept very clean. Fairly well equipped kitchen: it is stocked with many sauces and the necessary cooking equipment, but does not come with full sets of cutlery for 6 pax. A pair of gloves to remove hot food from the oven would be appreciated. In winter, it can take a while to warm up the space. The master bedroom remains cold despite leaving the heater on at night. Luckily there were more rooms than we needed and we slept in the other room on the second night. There is no heater at the kitchen/dining room, so we had to heat up a pot of water to warm up the place during meal time. The bathroom and toilets are also poorly insulated. We would love staying here during the warmer months. The beds are on the hard side but still comfortable. Some beds even have charging points on the bedhead! The tv could have been placed in the living area instead of the master bedroom. The hot water supply is set to be enough for 2 baths and 1 shower only. We found ourselves out of water on the first night!

• Meihui (10/5): Rakushinkan vila was clean, convenient, spacious and bright, highly reccomend! - It was an excellent experience for me and my family. The rooms were very clean, spacious and bright, with warm and cozy decor. Every detail reflects the meticulousness and sophistication of Japanese style. The villa is fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen appliances to bathroom essentials. Most importantly, it was located in a very convenient spot for us to tour around Yufuin.
