- Claudia (10/5): Risvegli da sogno - La Posizione è fantastica svegliarsi tra i vigneti e vedere tra le colline isolata questa struttura è magico. Purtroppo c’era un rumore (ticchettio costante) in cucina probabilmente che non mi ha permesso di riposare al meglio. Problema risolto chiudendo la porta della camera.

- RAMON (8/5): Terrazza su Barolo - Ottima la posizione e il panorama. Struttura pulita e funzionale. Comodo il check-in via WhatsApp. Possibile acquisto e degustazione di vini della cantina. Con poca spesa si potrebbero inserire alcuni comfort e la struttura farebbe un grande upgrade: delle smart Tv un asciugacapelli normale, cuscini migliori.

- Luca (10/5): - Posto meraviglioso, con una bellissima vista. La camera era molto accogliente, con tutti i comfort necessari. Sono riuscito anche a riposare benissimo, erano due giorni che dormivo male. Laura è stata davvero gentile nel fornirci tutte le informazioni utili, come il tragitto per evitare la strada agricola difficoltosa. Spero di tornare presto a trovarli.

- Guest (9/5): - la posizione panoramica, la tranquillità. Barolo è vicino, ma per sentiero, ovviamente in inverno è meglio muoversi con la macchina, ma con la bella stagione può diventare una piacevole passeggiata.

- Luraschi (1/5): - Vacanza a fine novembre, siamo arrivati alle 17:30 e nell'appartamento non funzionava il riscaldamento. Ci hanno proposto di spostarci in 2 camere separate dove il riscaldamento funzionava ma avendolo appena acceso c'erano 10 gradi alle 7 di sera. Abbiamo rifiutato in quanto avendo bimbi piccoli non volevamo restare in un ambiente così freddo e la struttura oltre a crearci il danno di dover cercare un alloggio alle 7 di sera si è anche rifiutata di rimborsare tutto il soggiorno, rimborsando solo la prima notte.

- Laura (6/5): Relax tra i vitigni per 1 weekend - La struttura è immersa tra i vitigni delle Langhe e la collina affaccia su Barolo. L'alloggio è pulito ed è ben riscaldato all'interno. È una cantina quindi organizzano per chi lo desiderasse degustazioni. Potrebbero lavorare su un kit di benvenuto dal momento che la struttura, diversamente da quanto indicato in descrizione, è a ben 3km di distanza da Barolo raggiungibile solo in auto e ti avvisano quando stai per arrivare della strada da percorrere. In alloggio c'erano solo 4 cialde di caffè e 2 bottigliette di acqua piccole ma eravamo 4 persone adulte e pernottavamo 2 notti. Inoltre una delle due camere aveva un letto matrimoniale più piccolo e scomodo. Non ci sono servizi in prossimità raggiungibili a piedi.

- Elisa (8/5): Bel soggiorno nei dintorni di Barolo - Struttura comoda al paese di Barolo, Laura é stata molto gentile nel fornirci tutte le informazioni necessarie per raggiungere la camera. Camera spaziosa con vista sulle vigne. Nulla, mancava solo il sapone in bagno ma poco male.

- DENIS (10/5): Pace e tranquillità.... - Posizione in cima ad una collina con vista su Barolo. Non è immediatamente raggiungibile dalla strada principale ma le indicazioni fornite sono state esaustive ed è stato facile arrivarci. La camera è molto grande: 1 letto matrimoniale e due singoli. Il riscaldamento è partito subito (interruttore vicino alla luce del bagno). Silenziosissima e con una bella finestra ad oblò che affaccia su un panorama che sembra una cartolina: sia di giorno che di notte con le luci di Barolo di sfondo.....In camera è presente un bollitore, una macchina per il caffè con le cialde e un frigo. Il bagno è mansardato....attenzione alla testa :) C'è l'ascensore che però arriva solo fino al primo piano. Da tenere in considerazione se ci sono ospiti con mobilità ridotta. Le stanze all'ultimo piano sono raggiungibili solo tramite le scale.

- flavio (9/5): A scenic retreat in the middle of Barolo lanscape - The location and the view from the room were certainly one of best parts of our stay. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the whole complex is modern and decorated with good taste, while well integrated in the countryside. The communication with the host was smooth and useful.

Qualité supérieure. - DE L'appartement , la vue était sublime sur les vignobles qui dévalaient les collines; vue spectaculaire sur la campagne et les trois villages juchés sur les collines au loin. Musique des cloches, etc. ascenseur décevant qui ne se rend pas à la hauteur de l'appartement. Pour des personnes âgées avec plusieurs bagages... petit problème...

- CORRADO (6/5): Peccato per le cimici ovunque - appartamenti ampi, carini, moderni e puliti. Location fantastica. Peccato che la Suite fosse INFESTATA di cimici. Abbiamo passato mezzora a eliminare la prima dozzina poi ci abbiamo rinunciato perchè continuavano a spuntare fuori come funghi. Lo abbiamo comunicato alla proprietaria via Whatsapp solo per farlo presente, senza chiedere interventi o niente. Risposta al mio messaggio: mai pervenuta. Ignorati completamente.

- Eloisa (4/5): - La vista sulle langhe 1- abbiamo scelto questa struttura perche era scritto che si trovava a 500 m dal centro di Barolo. Ci vogliamo invece 10 minuti in macchina,e per noi era essenziale questo requisito,avendo scelto l'albergo apposta per quello 2-nelle settimane precedenti,abbiamo provato poi volte a metterci in contatto con la struttura perche volevamo prenotare una degustazione. Impossibile. Ne al telefono e ne alle mail hanno risposto. La nostra era una richiesta fittizia,ma ci fosse stato bisogno di qualcosa di più importante ,non avremmo potuto farlo 3-i muri sono di cartapesta. Dalla nostra stanza sentivamo ciò che gli altri ascoltavano dal telefonino 4-per raggiungere le stanze c'è una rampa di scale da fare,cosa non segnalata per chi ha problemi di deambulazione
- Enzo (5/5): - la posizione Abbiamo deciso di soggiornare nella "suite" certi di beneficiare dei servizi degni di tale nome, ma quanto indicato sulla piattaforma booking non rispondeva completamente alla realtà: ad esempio cucina senza forno (come invece indicato su booking) neanche un microonde, mancanza di asciugacapelli e prodotti da bagno (come invece indicato su booking). Vengono indicati n. 02 bagni, ma in realtà uno dei due è un lavatoio con sanitari peraltro privo di finestra (cieco) nel quale non funzionava la ventola per il ricambio dell'aria e wc con il fondo macchiato di calcare che non dava l'impressione di pulito. Le luci delle specchiere di entrambi i bagni non funzionanti. In una delle due camere da letto mancava un comodino, creando disagio all'ospite. Mobili vetusti di genere misto e approssimativi, non all'altezza della definizione "suite". Nell'insieme struttura approssimativa.
- Anita (7/5): - The location was superb within and overlooking the stunning scenery of the vineyards of Barolo. Just a few minutes drive from Barolo, free parking, spacious accommodation. It was also possible to try the wines from the vineyard which were left in the accommodation but on this occasion we didn't drink any. Sitting on the balcony in the evening gave a perfect sunset view. The accommodation did send directions but it was still a little tricky to find. Our fault for not reading the instructions properly as the satnav gave a different route!

- Ralph (7/5): Great Location, Poor Communication - The location, the views, and the surrounding area are amazing. The shower in the Barbera room was blocked. The instructions for getting to the property were poorly structured and unclear. This information should be included in the booking details, not sent via WhatsApp with multiple images and confusing explanations. A more organized and professional approach is needed.
