- Inge (6/5): - Die ruhige Lage am Park, in der Nähe von Biennale und Vaporettostation. Und der Blick aufs Wasser! Das Bett! Für diesen Preis reicht es nicht, wie hier einfach Matratzen auf ein Brett (!) zu legen. Das Bett füllt die Nische völlig aus, man muss vom Fussende reinsteigen und kann es morgens kaum in Ordnung bringen. Ausserdem keine Ablage, keine Möglichkeit, Lampe am Kopfende zu benützen.
- Martina (6/5): - Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il lido da Venezia o per la biennale. Vista sulla laguna. Appartamento all'ultimo piano, con molte rampe di scale ripide, strette e sporche. Porta di ingresso senza maniglia, per chiuderla è necessario tirarla dalla serratura. La modalità di locazione prevede che sia l'inquilino ad occuparsi dell'immondizia o di lavare i piatti, tant'è che non c'è nemmeno un cestino della spazzatura, neanche in bagno. Per tutto il tempo ho avuto l'ansia di non produrre immondizia, per non dovermi occupare di cercare dove smaltirla negli orari indicati, perche' incompatibili con i miei orari di lavoro a Venezia o con la partenza. Le lenzuola non erano infilate ma piegate sul letto. Letto matrimoniale composto da due letti singoli, con fessura in mezzo. Insomma nessun servizio per un prezzo forse ragionevole per Venezia ma in assoluto molto alto.

- Iuliia (1/5): - Очень неудобная Крутая лестница на 3 этаж с чемоданами! Очень неудобная лестница в спальню на чердаке и потолок очень низкий с балками, о которые ты ударяешься головой. Стиральная машина есть, но не работает! Воды, чая, кофе нет! Стройка из окна, окна маленькие! Выезд в 10 утра ! За заселение в 20 часов взяли 35 евро! Не стоит своих денег точно

- Brendan (9/5): Very pleasant. - The location is very near to the vaporetto - 5 minutes - as well as to Via Garibaldi - which can provide you with plenty of eating options from local trattoria/cafes or if you choose to do more self-catering (great local bakery/vegetable stall/co-op etc). The apartment is in the loft/top floor, so has nice views. It's perfectly comfortable for a couple.

- Kristoffer (10/5): Lovely hideaway in Venice - A really nice, quiet and well equipped apartment at a great location, about 150 m from the Giardini boat station, next to parks, and with view over the lagoon. Be aware that the stairs to the apartment are a bit steep, and the exposed beams in the ceiling of the living room/kitchen area are around 190 cm from the floor.

- Alan (7/5): Very nice apartment other than low upper ceiling height and building work noise during the day. Also, much quieter once - Excellent location for the biennale - contemporary interior - view across to the Giudecca - well equipped kitchen etc. Old steep staircase up to this top floor apartment - building works in progress on floor below made stairs more hazardous through resulting grit and dust. Cleaning wasn’t carried out properly after making the complaint. Loft bedroom ceiling was very low when accessing the bed - space not usable for dressing. Property more suitable to younger agile people.
