Mi ventana no tenía entrada de luz natural, porque tenía una protección que topaba con un pilar de afuera y no se podía abrir más que un par de cms. Si se hubiera podido abrir, le hubiera dado la valoración máxima.

Zona tranquilla, non si sentono particolari rumori. Arredo e stile moderno. Palazzina dotata di ascensore. Non c’era un balcone ma solo una finestra, il bagno dunque era cieco. Materasso e cuscini non molto comodi.

• Opezzo (9/5): - La struttura era perfetta: pulita, comoda e a due passi dal centro e dalla stazione. L'accoglienza dello staff indubitabile con tanto di piccolo souvenir pronto al nostro arrivo. La camera presenta tutto il necessario con asciugamani, shampo e bagnoschiuma, doppi cuscini e snackini per prima necessità. Phon un po' difficile da usare per ricarica a scatti, ma comunque utile.

• Matthew (9/5): A nice place to stay - We came to stay before heading off to Cinque Terre, it was an efficient and comfortable stop off point. Simple, no frills but clean and well run. Nothing, it was just as expected and as described.

• Sara (10/5): Super Consigliato!!!!! - Devo dire che mi é piaciuto davvero tutto! La posizione é centrale, perciò davvero comoda. L'appartamento per due persone é l'ideale, spazioso, confortevole e cosa più importante pulito! Il prezzo onesto e giusto per tutto ciò che offre.Volendo c'è anche la possibilità del parcheggio nel box che dista circa 10 minuti dall'appartamento,noi alla fine non ne abbiamo usufruito poiché in moto si riesce a trovare facilmente parcheggio. Super consigliato! Nulla, mi é piaciuto davvero tutto!

• Cédric (9/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per tre notti. La posizione è centrale e comoda se si ha il parcheggio (noi abbiamo prenotato il box presso la struttura). Il check-in é automatizzato e le indicazioni sono chiare. La camera disponeva di tutti i confort: frigorifero, bollitore, acqua, caffè, Wi-fi, ecc. Il box si trova a 20 min a piedi e si paga 20 euro al giorno da lasciare in contanti. La nostra esperienza é stata positiva. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema ad aprire la porta di ingresso il primo giorno. A volte il sistema si blocca ma alla fine con un po di pazienza la porta di apre.

Mancanza di un bagno comune per chi dovesse lasciare i bagagli in struttura l’ultimo giorno e (magari) cambiarsi dopo un bagno a mare. Stanze un poco isolate dal punto di vista acustico.

• Maira (8/5): Buena estadía - La propiedad es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Está muy limpia y la comunicación con la anfitriona es fluida, responde con rapidez. La propiedad en general me gustó. Solo quiero dejar una sugerencia: es un departamento con diferentes habitaciones privadas. Lamentablemente no todos los huéspedes son responsables, y en más de una oportunidad encontré la puerta de entrada al departamento mal cerrada. Obviamente que eso excede al anfitrión, que no es culpable de la mala educación e irresponsabilidad de algunos huéspedes. Mi sugerencia es poner algún tipo de aviso, algo que suene cuando la puerta queda mal cerrada.

• Marine (9/5): Emplacement idéal pour les Cinque Terre - L’emplacement était idéal à 12’ à pieds de la gare centrale et 3-4’ du centre de la Spezia. Idéal pour visiter les Cinque Terre ou se rendre à Portofino (par exemple). Chambre spacieuse, air co dans les chambres (pas négligeable quand il fait 35 degrés 🥵). Petit coin « café » dans le hall commun avec du café, lait et biscuits. Bouteilles d’eau dans le frigo. Tout est très propre, le nettoyage/changement d’essuies se fait tous les 2 jours. Les coussins sont un peu trop mous mais ça c’est un avis personnel uniquement 🙂

Good AC, comfortable bed, easy and nice comunication with the person in charge, i left my luggage there early before the check-in and also the next day after the check-out. From the train station it is a 12-15 min walk through the city center, on a pedestrian street full of restaurants, cafes and shops. Felt very safe The towels had a weird, “sour” smell (maybe some fabric softener in the future).
