- Francis (10/5): Perfect holiday cottage in a great location - A well presented cottage with a large open plan living room, two good size bedrooms with comfy beds and a good modern bathroom suite. Everything was excellent and the location was quiet and within a short walk of Berry Head and 20 minute walk into Brixham harbour. Nothing

- Faithy (10/5): Exceptional - I am so happy to have booked here 🤗 Hosts were so helpful and provided us with a lovely place to stay. All the instructions were so easy to follow and understand. The home was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, heating (if needed) was easy to adjust, and beautiful hot water for the bath or washing up ☺️ The location was perfect, just a 15 minute easy walk to the top of Berry Head, with beautiful views. Saw dolphins from there ☺️ The walk into Brixham harbour is not too far, either, which is good. I would totally recommend staying here. Wonderful hosts, wonderful little home. Thank you xxx

- Malcolm (10/5): Exceptional - Nice, cosy and warm. Plenty of heating for this time of year. Hot shower and bath. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Great facilities. Main bedroom a little tight to get around the bed. My wife recently had a replacement knee, so it was a bit awkward for anyone with limited mobility....second bedroom with 2 good sized single beds was fine. Still had a lovely stay.

- David (9/5): Superb - Pictures don't do the cottage justice. We arrived to a warm, clean, cosy cottage. The milk tea coffee provided was a nice touch. Excellent value for money. 11am checkout meant we didn't have to rush to leave. It is difficult to think of anything.
- Nicola (10/5): Fantastic Autumn break - Fabulous! Warm and spotlessly clean property. Truly a home from home, comfy beds and plenty of hot water. Complimentary coffee and tea plus milk in the fridge. Reliable broadband and absolutely no problems with anything at all. Ideal as a base for Berry Head Nature Reserve and a couple of minutes walk to get on the South West Coast Path. Perfect in every respect. Nothing.

- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the local walks and made sure we ended up in Brixham at the end of the walks. The local National Trusts we're easy to get to, the cliff ramparts to protect England/Devon from Napoleon are a must see ,a massive construction with so much left to see.
