Comminication with the staf was great. The bedding was quite basic and below expectations, as it did not include a proper duvet cover.

• Janette (10/5): Fun place to stay in Rome - We loved the location and the attention to detail in the apartment. It was bright and interesting and fully stocked with the necessities as well as thoughtful extras. We had a small problem that was quickly corrected, so management was very attentive. One of our favorite parts was the charming old elevator! There were many cafes, a gelateria, and a small store nearby. We liked everything!
• Mary (10/5): Lovely apartment near Vatican. - It was close to the Vatican. A short bus ride or you can walk 10 min to Vatican Museum and to Porta Angelica to enter St. Peter’s Square and Basilica. It is in lovely Prati neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, small grocery stores and pharmacy. The host was accommodating, friendly and responsive to our questions and needs. We stayed for one night, bed was comfortable, room and bathroom was clean and stocked with the basic necessities. They have a small shared kitchen and lovely terrace with city view and dome of St. Peter’s Basilica. They are on the 7 th floor with lift, and they have 2 more rooms,if you are a big party. None

• Cosimo (7/5): Piacevole fine settima a Roma. - Ottima posizione in quartiere tranquillo, ben servito da mezzi pubblici e pieno di bar e locali per fare buone colazioni o pranzi/cene lontani dalla folla turistica del centro città. Camera ed ambienti comuni pulitissimi. Il bagno è fornito di erogatore di bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo; c'è anche l'asciugacapelli a muro. In camera c'è sia il bollitore elettrico con modesta selezione di the, tisane o camomille ed una macchina del caffe a capsule. Istruzioni per l'accesso chiare e facili. Bella vista sui tetti di Roma dalle vetrate della cucina e dalla terrazza adiacente (si vede il Cupolone). Cucina piccola ma ben fornita di frigo, stoviglie, stracci e detersivi. Camere modestamente silenziose favorite dal fatto che si trovano al 7° piano (raggiungibile con ascensore). Lo stadio Olimpico si raggiunge facilmente con l'autobus da prende sul viale parallelo oppure con una piacevole passeggiata a piedi di una mezz'oretta.

• Barbara K. (8/5): Uitstekend, ga liever voor andere kamer dan #4 - Leuke rooftop terras met fijn uitzicht en straat. Comfortabel bed, groot genoeg, ook voor Nederlanders :) Schoon, modern gevoel, goede keuken met meeste gereedschap voor een ontbijt, lunch of simpel diner in een rustige omgeving. Veilig, goed gebouw, dichtbij alles, paar hoekje van de Vatican en de centra. De straat is druk, maar niet storend. Kamer 4 zit aan de grote straat en we hebben deze gekregen terwijl ik heb een rustige kamer gevraagd, speciaal dat het naar een rustige straat is, want wij slapen met open ramen. Goede nieuws is dat we hebben toch goed geslaapt. Ik vind toch dat de personeel zou ons het liever kunnen laten weten maar deed het niet. We hebben dan afgesproken dat we een andere kamer krijgen wanneer iemand van een binnenstraat kamer weg is. Maar we hebben het niet gekregen, terwijl de laatste 3 nachten waren we helemaal alleen in de 4 kamer apartment, dus 3 kameren waren leeg die allemaal naar de rustiger binnenkant openen. Jammer dan, want voor de rest alles heeeel uitstekend was.

They have electricity issues so we had to take the stairs all the way to the 7th floor. That was rough. However, not something the owners can do much about.

Spacious room, nice bathroom, great condition. The private balcony was extremely small - i dont think it would have been possible to seat there- did not have any exterior furniture anyway. So, it did exist but for me at least impossible to feel I could use it. However there was a great common terrace with nice view and spent most of my time there. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Although a very nice area and not that far from Vatican city I personally found the location slightly unconvenient for someone who wants to spend his time in the centre and in the most sought after areas. The cleaning stuff has to be more careful. Some welcoming cakes in my room had expired in September. I was lucky that I noticed the date and did not eat them. The owner apologised though.

• Elspeth (7/5): Really good area with amazing view but needs a solid clean and a new boiler - The view was amazing, 5 minutes walk from the metro and 10 minutes walk to the Vatican. A few good restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The hot water for our shower was faulty our whole stay, we had to message on the first night as it was freezing cold even though other people had complained about the same issue. We didn’t think it was cleaned properly as when we went to make the bed the bottom sheet had loads of hair on it(which wasn’t from us). This might just be us being thick as it’s our first time away but we didn’t think the facilities were shared (kitchen and balcony) as in the room description it just said kitchenette and Terence, when we found out we had to try and find it in the fine print. Also, nothing they can do but the lift is quite scary.

• Patryk (1/5): The owner admits that the room had a broken air conditioner, but still has no intention of refunding - What's crazy is that the owner finally admits (as he writes - after the technician's visit) that the room had a broken air conditioner, and yet he does not intend to refund money. I received a room with a non-working air conditioner. On the first day, I didn't notice it due to time constraints. On the second day, the temperature remained unbearable after 2 hours of air conditioning. I contacted the facility but spent the night sleepless until 3 a.m. because of the extreme heat. The next day, I was offered a room change for the last night, but I decided against moving all my belongings and wasting more time. For the conditions of the last night, I no longer blame the facility. After a stay where the first 2 nights were a torment, I received a message: “As we had confirmed, the air conditioner was checked by an expert technician and the only problem was in its controller which, having a low battery, was set to a higher temperature that was in any case absolutely livable given the 20 degrees in Rome in those days.” - 22 degrees instead of 18 on an air conditioner after a June 1 with a 26-degree daytime temperature - NO, IT IS NOT. The property denies responsibility for compensation for failure to fulfill the contract regarding the quality of the room - “you are the first guest to notify us of this malfunction” - In what way is it my fault that I reported it? If a landlord rents a property without knowing that the air conditioner doesn't work, or the light switch doesn't work, or writes to me - Why I didn't ask why the switch doesn't work, because they would have told me that I could do it with some remote switch. - My fault for not asking why the switch is not working. Anything wrong with the room is YOUR FAULT. Either YOU didn't report that the light wasn't working, or YOU reported something first, or YOU don't know that your bed isn't supposed to fall apart.

The location of the flat is excellent, close enough to all the tourist attractions but it’s also nice to be away from all the crowds! Very clean, looks exactly like the pictures. Our highlight was the balcony. Will stay here again next time we’re in Rome. :) We would have preferred natural (cotton) bedsheets as you get quite sweaty otherwise.. but this is minor.

• Peter (8/5): A renewed, nice room, kitchen and even a terrace! - Modern new facilities, furnitures, bathroom, the possibility to make a coffee in the kitchen, which was well equipped even with a fridge etc. You had to exchange a lot of messages before you could get into the apartment to clarify the codes etc. During the night the windows could not protect us listening the street noise, that was surprisingly very heavy time to time.

Please find a cafe with stella artois umbrella that sells cappuccino and cornetto for 2.5 euro. Believe me they sell the best cornetto and coffee! I love how clean and modern the room and how i feel right at home when i arrive

It has a very well provided kitchen with adjoining outdoor area. It’s located within walking distance to the Vatican and Metro and has many great cafes and restaurants to choose from. Nothing. We want to go back!!

What bothered me is that every buzz to the front door and to the apartment door could be heard in the room, so we would wake up at night at least a few times.

• Melissa (8/5): Nice Stay - The location is good very close to the vatican city. The room was very modern, clean, and well lightened. Comfortable bed however its far from the colosseum, trevi fountain and the famous restaurants and pubs ( around 25 mins by car). If you have a car it is very difficult to find a parking spot after 9pm.

• Dmytro (10/5): would highly reccomend for anyone lloking for a place to stay in Rome - very nice,friendly and helpful hosts,specious room with everything you need,exellent location: supermarket and few bars are litteraly around the corner and its only a short 5 min walk away from Vatican city one lift,if some one forgets to close the door you'd have to walk up,but it really is only minor detail
• Gizem (10/5): Recommended!!! :) - Terrazza is located very close to Giuliana Ottoviano metro station. You can reach it by walking. Access to the apartment is very easy. We logged in with an automated system. We received an immediate response in communication. It was immaculate. The communal kitchen and terrace were immaculate. It has a very beautiful view. I felt very safe and peaceful. This is very important for a traveler. Definitely recommended.

• Elena (10/5): Exceptional - Very cozy and clean room with a bathroom. Hot shower was always available. Bed is very comfortable. A lot of cafés and restaurants in walking distance. We had breakfast just in the opposite place called MAE Cafe. Our room was facing back yard and was very quiet. Black out curtains worked perfect Complementary wine from a host ))) 7 walking distance min to Ottoviano metro station.
