• Atanas (1/5): COMPLETE SCAM - The place is not hard to find when you have Google maps and the address. That's pretty much the only good thing I have to say about it. The experience was a disaster. I arrived at 22:30 on 03.09.2024. For 2 days I got absolutely no feedback from the host - mr. Jama Warsame. Upon my arrival his "friend" (no name was given) was waiting for me at the front door. He did not introduce himself although I was told by mr. Warsame that a "friend" would bring me in. We went up the stairs to the attic floor and entered an underroof apartment which had nothing in common with the pictures I checked when I booked it. I decided not to make a problem at this late hour as I was tired and I wanted to rest. My idea was to speak to mr. Warsame on the next day. I talked to his so called "friend" on the other day, because I saw him on my way out. He explained that the apartment on the pictures was not free, so they gave me this one instead...from 68 sq. m. mentioned in the booking reservation they switched without asking to 45 sq.m which were mostly unusable because of the narrowing roof. No normal windows but just roof hatches - perfect sea view if you climb up. The first bedroom did not even have lights inside, but instead some cables sticking from out the wall where the lamp was at some time I guess. The bathroom was renovated but had 2 large boilers which were simply stored there as they weren't connected to the power grid or piping what so ever. No hair dryer. There was a PVC pipe sticking from the wall next to the shower. The living room had of a sofa and a TV with no reception. 2 arm chairs and a coffee table, but no dining table. The kitchen was ok, but there was no washing machine, the dishwasher was busted, a dirty coffee machine, no microwave, no AC and the heating for me was only heating the bathroom. Non-refundable - That's wat I realized. I was charged 1200 NOK (with parking although I didn't park it and it was "FREE" in the booking) for a broken car for a day and 1500 NOK deposit for toll taxes and stuff which I probably won't get back.
• Leszek (1/5): Norway itself is a beautiful place, but we never expected that we would be cheated in such a way. - Nothing. We were cheated. We paid the full price for a 68m2 apartment with two bedrooms, fully equipped, with a balcony and windows with a view onto the sea and mountains. Instead of the apartment that we had paid for, the host provided us with a much smaller, poorly equipped place in the attic where there were no windows, only very small skylights.
• Urban (1/5): Bait and switch, stay away - Nice size unit pp p Beware all pictures were of a different much nicer unit than what we got. The kitchen drawer was full of moldy bread. All towels were in the washer and sopping wet. The shower drain was filthy with wads of hair. There are no window coverings except for one window which did not retract. One bed was missing the mattress. There was an odor to the bathroom. The AC was caked over with a thick layer of dust and dirt. Balcony flooring is a broken mess. Bedding had a mold smell The owner offered a replacement unit the next day and to pick up a red key that did not exist. We communicated back and forth wasting a good part of our vacation. We had to leave to find some clean acceptable accomodations elsewhere. We have requested a full refund repeatedly from the owner which have been rejected.

• Albin (9/5): Superb - Nice and clean apartment and walking distance to public transportation. Don't use the shuttle, it's so expensive, use public transportation. My opinion this apartment will even better if they change a different comforter. And bed sheets.
