Check-in using the key from the locker is also very convenient for late arrivals. As the apartment is on the 8th floor, it is quiet inside, and you don’t hear any noise from the trains or the street.

• Deborah (8/5): Cool ! - - L'emplacement est idéal, juste en face de la gare centrale et de la gare routière, avec un grand supermarché juste en bas (Lidl). - L'appartement se situe au 8e et dernier étage accessible par ascenseur. Il y a une petit entrée et une petite cuisine. La chambre était bien et propre. Il y a une machine à café, une bouilloire et un mini frigo. Le gros plus est une immense terrasse. - Le check-in s'effectue en autonomie et en ligne, on reçoit le code de la boite à clés une fois que c'est fait. - La douche était très petite. - Le frigo (ou autre) fait un drôle de bruit assez régulièrement (comme si il y avait une remise en route). - Le lit est très mou, on s'enfonce littéralement dedans. - On entend facilement ce qui se passe dans l'autre chambre. Le plus compliqué reste le bruit de l'ascenseur qui ne s'arrête jamais. - L'accès à l'ascenseur se fait avec une clé, une fois celle-ci rendue, il faut descendre à pieds.

• Lucyna (1/5): Disappointed!!! - Location The host was rather unfriendly, and the apartment was quite uncomfortable. The adjacent apartment lacked proper noise insulation, making it feel as though their television was in our room. Every conversation between the couple next door, as well as their phone calls, was clearly audible, which made it impossible to rest. Additionally, the comforter in the closet was unclean. Overall, it was not a pleasant place to stay. A lot of homeless people sleeping in the front of the building.

• Claudia (3/5): - Solo la posizione Camera sporca,lenzuola già macchiate e polvere ovunque. Ho passato la nottata con l'inalatore per l'asma sempre in mano. Appartamento situato all'ottavo piano e raggiungibile solo tramite un vecchio ascensore. Se avete paura di un ascensore traballante pensateci bene prima di prenotare. Aggiungerei anche che il letto era scomodissimo,pieno di bozze e privo di copri materasso e copri cuscini.
• Marayaa (6/5): - Habitación pequeña, pero cómoda con una terraza impresionante, estupenda para disfrutarla, pero en otra época del año. Al lado de la estación central. Comentar el hecho de no poder entrar en la habitación hasta la hora del check in, sobre las 15, aunque habia solicitado poder entrar antes, ya que nuestro vuelo era temprano, y viendo que es todo telemático nu hubiera existido ningún problema, a parte comentar que al entrar en la habitación, observé que las sábanas estaban sucias, lo cual me generó desconfianza en la limpieza. Cierto es, que se lo comenté al anfitrión y las cambiaron (tardaron un tiempo). Ya como dato personal, comentar la necesidad de tener un microondas como parte del apartamento conjunto, ya que es lo que se suele utilizar y no una placa, y cambiar el colchón (no soy una persona con dificultades para dormir, pero cierto es lo que dicen los demás comentarios en cuanto a la forma y el desgaste)

• Diego (10/5): Excelente estadia, excelente localização - Excelente localização, em frente à estação de trem. Tem um supermercado em frente. Tem uma cozinha compartilhada muito útil. Tem um terraço grande.

• Robert (1/5): DO NOT BOOK! FALSELY ADVERTISED. - Nothing. The flat was misrepresented as a "whole-apartment"! DO NOT STAY. It says nowhere that this is a flat share in an apartment with 2 separate rooms. The kitchenette is only contained in the hallway. The state of the room was in poor condition.
• Petrov (4/5): - Teresa and locations. We don't like the apartment in not renovation more of 20 years especially bathrooms. In the bathrooms no have soap, the toilet seat we don't use never. The shower cabine it's was too small and too older and wasted. We wouldn't visit again.

• Mirjam (6/5): - Das Zimmer liegt im 8. Stock und verfügt über eine grosse Terrasse mit tollem Blick über die Gleise. Es liegt gleich beim Bahnhof, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Zimmer ist lieblos eingerichtet, die Möbel sind abgewohnt, die Matratze ist extrem weich. Die Duschkabine ist sehr eng und hat schlechte Qualität. Ich hielt auf einmal den Temperaturregler in der Hand.

• Angela (6/5): Review - It is next to the train and bus stations so very easy to access the transport. The host helped us with fixing the elevator when needed. It is a flat with 2 rooms. The rooms are close to each other so if you book just one, you hear each other's noise. The elevator of the building was sometimes working, sometimes not. It also has a video camera that we did not know about it! As far as we are concerned, we were filmed against our approval, as no approval was requested from us. If you are a big person, there is no way you'd be able to shower...
• Bożena (10/5): Świetne miejsce jako baza wypadowa - Komunikacja z właścicielem praktycznie natychmiastowa. Doskonała lokalizacja dla osób zwiedzających Apulię (sąsiedztwo dworca kolejowego, autobusowego i autokarowego). Pokój na 8 piętrze miał wyjście na duży taras, z klimatyzacją, bardzo wygodne łóżko, łazienka z oknem. Ciemna kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Warto mieć ze sobą przyprawy i małą patelnię, jeśli ktoś nie preferuje śniadań na mieście we włoskim stylu(na słodko). Mieszkanie idealne dla dwóch par znajomych. Osobiście polecam i chętnie skorzystam następnym razem. Kuchnia była dzielona z gośćmi z drugiego pokoju. Nam to nie przeszkadzało, ale w ofercie nie było informacji o wspólnej kuchni.

Noise, smell inside of apartment and room and sheets, that's not good for me, cleaning must be better!

• Konstantin (8/5): Very good - Location is perfect, everythink is in nearby, central train station, city centure, shop. Ideal location for sightseeing of city and whole region of Puglia. There is huge terrace which is perfect for chilling. Host is very kind and he allow us to leave our lagguage in accommodation until our flight. Very noisy. You can hear everything in next room, elevator in hallway. The good thing is that you can't hear the trains because traint station is next to the building. There is one another problem with bed, which is old and it's not very confortable for sleeping. Because of that, grade is 8. For Italian conditions, this accommodation is very good.

Very small room. Lots of keys to juggle including to the elevator which I couldn’t get open but I’m bad with keys. Had to haul luggage down 8 or 9 flights of stairs. But who’s counting? Bedroom only 2 electrical sockets  (2 round pin), not the "standard european". No international electrical sockets. Luckily we brought a 4 outlet extension cable ... but it was limited to the corner of the room. Shower cubicle is the smallest I've ever seen ( I'm  retired hotel designer ) If you have a beer belly... you're not getting into the shower. Not great sound insulation.
• Georgi (2/5): Very poor - The location is great, owner was responsive. I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this property due to persistent issues with the hot water. Upon arrival, there was no hot water at all. After notifying the owner, he simply turned on the boiler and assured us it was fixed. However, it took nearly 3-4 minutes for hot water to start flowing, which then alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold without a reliable way to adjust the temperature. Even after the owner attempted repairs, the only way to have somewhat stable hot water was by keeping the sink tap fully open, which then drastically reduced water pressure for showers. Additionally, the bathtub is very very small. While the balcony was spacious and away from train station noise, the constant sound of the elevator was a persistent annoyance. The owner wanted 12€ more on arrival for city taxes

This apartment is ideal for two couples travelling together, offering both a sense of being together and also privacy. The owner was always available and answered any questions very quickly. can’t say anything I didn’t like. Finding a parking place was difficult but not impossible.

• Joanna (10/5): Great stay, we will happily come back - Everything. There are two bathrooms so travelling with the family is so much easier. There are two terraces so you can have coffee or even a work out if you fancy. The apartment is very close to the train and bus station. Wi-if works great, there are two tv, one in each bedroom but we have not used it so not sure what is available to watch ( meaning Netflix etc.), there is an air-con as well if you need it and a park very close by as well two supermarkets. The host was very helpful and accommodating, letting us to leave our bags inside the apartment before our check in ( the lovely cleaning lady was there). Our host provided us with lots of useful information about the city, please ensure you find Gelateria Gentile in old city as there were one of the best sorbets we have ever had in our lives. There are plenty of towels in the apartment as well. Everything was really good.

New dishes in the kitchen. The friendly host asked several times if anything else was needed and if everything was fine. Everything is fine
