• Thuli (8/5): beautiful, spacious, clean exactly what we needed, not far from town too. value for money for sure. - room was exceptional, with everything we needed, spacious and clean. value for money, peaceful and private too. we hardly saw the staff, but they were friendly and helpful. the venue accommodated our special requests which was very helpful as we had travelled hours to the venue. telephonic communication before arriving was excellent. a truly wonderful place, close to town as well. we didn't have any meals so i cant comment on that. route to the venue was terrible, muddy and potholes everywhere, road works and most entrances closed, it would have been nice for the host to let us know beforehand of alternative routes to take, we spent much time being lost. the young lady that welcomed us was lovely but inexperienced and made the first impressions not so good. Reception sign is not visible upon entrance, a suggestion to have a sign put up to direct guests properly. otherwise no complaints at all.

And scrumptious breakfast when we had it, but on most days we opted for self-catering. And enjoyed all TV options including DSTV Now (cable TV), Netflix and Showmax etc. Enjoyed watching Afcon football tournament matches Anonymously for all my reviews please Booking.com Noise (including singing) from staff when washing laundry or generally cleaning in the morning before we woke up. Asked them to keep it down and they agreed, but they forgot and continued such noise for more days after that. Education for staff is required and thereafter penalties may be imposed on the noisemakers

Noise from other patrons- Check in process disjointed- was shuffled to another area of the property wasn’t readily visible? Lights constantly On coming into room- No Soap; towels- for two guests we had reserved for; Breakfast extra- for the price- given limited options in the area;
