The price is too expensive for this apartment, the bedroom set up is one room with single bed, the other one with one single and one Full, even they have a sofa bed but it's in the middle of living room. And only one bathroom. We have two couples and this is not convenient for us. Host was hard to reach during the visit. Tried to fix the water situation during our entire visit. The first day, the water was not stable, some time was hot but then it turned cold. The second day there was no hot water at all. We couldn't take a shower. There's no water on the day we checked out. Which created a lot of issues for my family not being able to shower or use the toilet. If there's a schedule water shut down, the guest should be informed about it.

• Chan (9/5): Great choice for city traveller, for foodie and explorers on foot! - The location of the apartment is excellent, right in the heart of good restaurants, famous Gelato and metro link! I very much enjoyed my stay, with very I accommodating host! All smooth in check in, staying and check out, and hopefully visit again! Very occasionally, there were some noise of vehicles pass by. As it is not too much of party area, so it is only a minor issue.

The beds were comfortable, bath towels were good and the place was clean. Pictures show exactly how it is. I would recommend to friends and family and would definitely stay again. I liked everything but as a suggestion I would make available a few dishwasher and washer pods to guests.

Walking distance to Lanza metro station=1 stop to Cadorna for changes to Red Line. Many lovely restaurants, cafes, authentic gelato within walking distance. Safe area. Comfortable beds, linens, and large towels. Getting into apartment was a bit complicated but host was extremely responsive and helpful. There are stairs to access apartment. Lift is not on ground floor for luggage - so you will be carrying all luggage up 1 flight of stairs to access lift. Couch sleeper is appropriate for children (mattress is thin). Instructions for how to start dishwasher and washing machine would be helpful to have in the apartment.

• Pn55 (6/5): Pleasant - The central location is good (but see below), and Paolo our host was extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean and the beds comfortable. The apartment is on the first floor above a cocktail bar which is open until 2am on Friday and Saturday nights and 12 am on other days (we were lucky in that it was closed for 2 night - 24/25 December). The bar plays loud music and none of us slept while the bar was still open. The apartment is lovely but with spartan furnishings - sofa bed gives seating for 2, and there are 6 plastic chairs around the table. The kitchen the lacks the basic utensils to cook or serve a meal - there are 6 large plates but no bowls, and no way to make coffee, etc. The dishwasher was faulty in that it didn't heat the water and so failed to wash, ant there was no way to way up by hand. These are all easy things to fix, and once done would be fine if you are a heavy sleeper or plan to be out late.
