- Prathap (10/5): Met all expectations - My family and I had a very pleasant stay at Palcastle Regency. The property and rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff were professional, polite and helpful. Breakfast options were sufficient and satisfying. While the basement parking is a bit tight on space, I could park my SUV there with some careful maneuvering. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

- Parameshwar (7/5): Great beds, center of Palakkad, beware of foreign credit cards not working at checkout. - It was simple. Great location. Creative and artsy. Staff responded quite quickly. Especially with our need for toilet paper which wasn't in the room. International credit cards were not accepted. For a hotel that accepts Booking.com, I would have expected credit cards from the US or Japan to be accepted. This was the only location in India that my credit cards were not expected.

- satish (10/5): comfortable stay at this town centre hotel in palakkad - this is very nice hotel located in the sultanpet area of palakkad, only a short distance from the bus stop and a short auto ride from palakkad junction ( rs 120/- ).we found our rooms to be well appointed, very comfortable and spacious.the interiors were pleasingly designed particularly the ceiling and the lighting.staff were polite and helpful - gibeesh and ajay at the reception desk need to be commended.breakfast very good & we enjoyed all the items that were being served.fasamori resto cafe - on the ground level - we found tasty food and a pleasant ambience. overall we would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

- Charles (10/5): Exceptional - Palakkad doesn't have too many hotel options so this has to be your best choice. It's a newer property so everything works and feels fresh. The location is in the heart of it all (though a few km away from the railway junction as that was not built in the center) and the Fort is a short walk away. It's only a few minutes walk to the main bus station where you can easily catch a bus for the Malampuzha Dam area. The room was super clean and I loved the ceiling design. The included breakfast was your typical Indian fare and it's in a very nice room.
