• I. (8/5): Groot huis, gunstig gelegen t.o.v. de toeristische bezienswaardigheden - Het huis is groot en ruim. Het is een ouder huis, maar goed schoon. Er zijn op de bovenverdieping 3 slaapkamers met 6 fijne bedden. Er is 1 parkeerplaatsje in de tuin en een grote parkeerplaats voor 1 auto op het terrein naast het huis. Er was koffie en thee. Het huis was al warm toen we aankwamen. Op loopafstand van het centrum. Fuji liet zich vaak zien. Er is geen bank om op te zitten. We zijn niet gewend om op de grond te zitten. We zaten daarom aan de eettafel. We verbleven daarom in de keuken. Dit was minder gezellig. De badkamer was wennen, maar voldeed wel. Een mooi boompje in de tuin zou leuk staan. Registratie gegevens naar een Gmail account sturen is niet veilig.
• Luke (10/5): A comfortable and convenient stay in a great location with excellent hospitality. - The house was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The heaters worked really well, which made the stay very cozy and the kitchen was fully equipped with useful appliances and a washing machine in the bathroom. The location was excellent, with the bus station/train station only around a 6–7 minute walk away. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and the host was very accommodating with our special check-in time. Nothing to dislike. Everything was comfortable and well organized during our stay.

• David (10/5): - Booked this spot at the last minute. Check in was very smooth. The location is great, a few minutes walk from Kawaguchiko Station where you can catch trains and buses to attractions. The house itself was enormous and very comfortable. Nothing.

• Angel (7/5): Nice, comfortable stay! Very homey :) had a nice view from the balcony of Mt Fuji. - Great walking distance from Kawaguchiko station! It was really cold during the morning & nights so the heating and extra blankets were amazing. A bit dusty.

• HARUMI (10/5): とても快適に過ごせて、満足できました。 - 駅の反対側にある施設で、移動に不安があったものの、それほど遠くなく徒歩圏内でよかった。 子ども大人 10人で利用しましたが、リビングやダイニングの広さも丁度良く設備も整っていたので、不便なく過ごせました。 利用したのが3月でまだまだ寒かったのですが、チェックインに合わせて、暖房をセットしてくれており、とてもありがたかったです。 特になし

• Kai Theng (8/5): Overall pleasant and convenient stay - Location is superb, just a short walk from Kawaguchiko station, and even near to Toyota Rent a car. Real convenient! House was clean and comfortable. You can see a little of Mt Fuji from one of the bedroom windows. Overall really comfortable and huge Japanese house with a parking lot! Lack of amenities, we had to use our own or donate some money to use the ones provided (Even towels). The futons looked old and messy so we didnt dare sleep on it. Used the beds instead! Found a used face mask in one of the cabinets... perhaps housekeeping staff would have to take note!

• Jacqueline (9/5): Great location close to all attractions, buses and trains. - Great location next to train station. House was big and cute design. Restaurants close by and fab view of Mt.Fuji There is a charge to use the stove top.

Large number of beds Only place you could relax was on a kitchen chair. The accommodation really needs some comfy lounge chairs. No knives in the cutlery drawer. Would be nice to have a coffee machine or at least some decent coffee and tea bags other than matcha tea bags. No teatowels Stairs really steep
• よつばの (10/5): みんなで最高の思い出になりました！ - 4家族グループ11名で利用させていただきました。 富士急ハイランドへ行くにも立地が良く、駐車場も2台停めれて大変助かりました！ 建物は一見古そうですが、中は綺麗で清潔感もあり、部屋も広く、各部屋にエアコンがあり、暑い夏でも快適に過ごせる事ができました。 スタッフさんの対応も早くて、助かりました！ 特にありませんが、強いて言うなら、冷蔵庫がもう少し冷えてくれると、もう少しキンキンのビールが飲めたかな？くらいです！
• OKADA (6/5): - 河口湖駅のすぐ近くでとてもよかったです。犬用品は置いていないとの事でしたが、玄関に足拭きシートとペットシーツをご用意していただいていてありがたく使用させていただきました。問い合わせに対し、返信が早くて安心できました。 犬の追加料金を明記されているといいなと思います。お風呂の床の汚れ？ぬめりが少しきになりました。
• yu ting (10/5): - 非常棒及舒適，離各地點很方便，床也很好睡，空間非常大，屋內設備很齊全，廚房客廳，浴室也有洗衣機，只是因為浴室只有一間，多人旅行時可能在輪流洗澡時會需要花比較多時間，不過這個事前就知道了，整體非常滿意！
• Migle (5/5): Great location - Overall, property was great. Location is impeccable across the street from the beach with an obstructed view of the water. Everything is nice and clean, have all the appliances and amenities you could possibly need. Lots of room. My daughter was sleeping in the loft and during the rain air conditioner had leaked and got all her things wet. Very disappointing.
• Molly (9/5): 鄰近車站的民宿包棟! - 這家民宿包棟的地理位置很棒，距離河口湖車站走路350公尺，超級近。晚上飯後，早上起床，想要到超市採買，散個步，一下子就到了，順便趁著富士正美麗的時候，衝過去車站前捕捉富士山的美景，因為知名LAWSON便利商店也就在車站旁。廚房的設備以及餐具很齊全，一群人者晚餐和早餐，非常愜意方便。此外，二樓有一個房間，可以在房間的窗戶看到富士山的狀態，尤其是否有雲朵遮住決定我們是否要早起去LAWSON拍照，真的優質。 此次旅行，我被分配到睡在一樓塌塌米，這一間的窗戶沒有遮陽的窗簾，因此一大早，我就被夏日早早升起的太陽給亮醒，因此沒有睡飽呀。此外餐桌上有兩個燈其中一個壞掉，一群人吃吃喝喝享受美食，稍嫌美中不足。浴室的門無法上鎖，洗澡的時候會有些不安的壓力。

Would certainly be great for groups lots of space and clean environment. Family style stay. Internet wifi was great speed, unlike many free guest wifi access points.

• Chan (9/5): A nice comfy stay - It was a very comfortable stay for our first night at Kawaguchiko area. It doesn’t take long to travel to the station and the location is easy to find. The house is beautiful and peaceful and the facility is good! We recommend for a smaller group (5-6 people) as there is only one shower. There are two separate toilets, so that’s a plus.

• Boo (7/5): Really pleasant stay overall, would recommend if you have the money - It was a very nice traditional home and with very nice rooms. Service of amenities was great and everything was prepared before check in. Location was really near the station as well. Overall everything was great! I think the water pressure of the shower was kind of lacking. The aircon takes quite awhile to cool the room but it’s not a big issue. The balcony appears kind of old and could use with abit of cleaning. Minor thing: Would’ve liked to have experienced a kotatsu
