• Aaron (10/5): Great Stay in a Fantastic Location - We stayed in this apartment for seven nights and were very happy with our stay. It does get a little warm at night, but leaving the bedroom door open helped a lot. There are two fans provided, which is a great bonus, and although there’s also a heater, we didn’t need to use it. The washing machine and dryer were excellent and made our stay really convenient. The location is fantastic—close to everything we needed. Suzaan was very accommodating to our requests, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.
• Jason (9/5): Awesome location! - We moved the location right in the CBD, close to Sky Tower and Viaduct Harbour. Great view being on 11 floor especially at night. Bed was very comfy, towels were amazing. Great to have portable Air conditioner, works very well to cool down quickly. We thought that maybe having tea and fresh bag of coffee and small milk would be good as it's usually what you feel like after a long drive 😊

• Laura (10/5): A truly stylish apartment. - What a fantastic apartment!! It's truly impossible to say anything bad about our recent stay here. It has everything needed,and it's in a secure building. The view of Auckland centre is absolutely superb. The owner arranged a early check in for us, when we had to leave our previous accommodation so early,and nothing was too much trouble for her,and we are forever grateful. Absolutely nothing !!!!
• MereRatu (8/5): City stunner - Very friendly and helpful. Really went out of her way to make our stay worth while. Apartment was well stocked, full size fridge, washer n dryer. Good location, close to city center but not too busy or noisy Wilson parking across the road was only $18.50 for 24hrs on weekend Key was not in key collection point. But she quickly came to deliver spare key to us and offered late checkout for the inconvenience. Air conditioner wasn't strong enough to keep apartment cool so was quite uncomfortable in the middle of summer.

• alexandra (9/5): sweet comfortable home away from home - The whole place was very secure (key fob required to enter the building and key fob required to go to your floor). The unit was clean and bed was comfortable. It's located farther away from the town center so walking into the center was about 15-20 minutes. But it's quiet since it's away from the town center. Beautiful view of the sky tower from your window. If you have an aversion to walking or want more late night eatery options, then search closer to the town center.

• Jenni (8/5): Very nice apartment and good location for Auckland CBD. Very quiet. - Excelent location for the Aotea Centre. Would have been helpful to have two keys, and to be able to open a window. It got a bit hot at times and this was in Autumn (although it was a warm Autumn). There was no air conditioning but a fan was available.

• Allan (8/5): overall it was a great stay, apart from no hand soap and a useless fan - The hand soaps are fulled not empty. As there is on Air conditioning it would be nice to have a decent fan as the one they supply was useless.

• Carsten (6/5): Not for business trips. - Nice neighbours who helped with technical issues. Apartment is in walking distance to city center. Owner promised to issue an invoice before the booking but didn't keep to it afterwards in spite of multiple reminders. On the roof terrace it is not allowed to eat and drink, so it's only for enjoying the nice view.

• Nicole (7/5): Long weekend in Auckland - Clean, great location, light and bright - There was no air conditioning and the fan provided wasn't sufficient to cool the apartment - The downstairs foyer had an odd oder - We couldn't collect the key from the same location as the property

• Lorethus (9/5): Excellent value for money for a spacious apartment with full facilities located in Auckland CBD. - The property is flawless, spacious and clean. The facilities are exceptional with the full kitchen, stove, oven, pots, plates, fridge, washing machine and dryer at your disposal. Nice view of the Sky tower when sitting in the dining area. I will definitely book this property again when in Auckland CBD. It would be nice if there is a car park available on the property. The nearby Wilson parking is just across the road so it's still convenient though it will cost you extra to park overnight (8pm-8am) and casual rate is a bit expensive for a half hour increment parking on weekdays.
