• Sara (1/5): IMPRESENTABLE - Vuelo desde Gc a Ftv para quedarme en este sitio, cojo avión y dos guaguas para llegar al lugar( no alquilamos coche y estábamos limitados de movimiento) porque este apartamento estaba justo al lado del destino al que íbamos a ir. cuando estoy ya en la zona para esperar la hora de entrada, me dice que tiene un problemon con el baño, que lo tiene tupido y que a ver cómo se da la situación… le digo que me apaño sin baño ( ya me buscaría la manera de cubrir esas necesidades) con tal de no quedarme sin alojamiento porque quedaban pocos, lejos y mas caros a causa del Festival de Reggae que había ese día en la zona. Me dice más tarde que el fontanero estaba y que nada que ya había hablado con Booking para que me busquen una solución y me cancela el alojamiento porque la ducha también estaba estropeada… todo se iba estropeando al instante parece ser, me quedo sin alojamiento, sin Booking atenderme ( porque solo tienen inteligencia artificial) y no puedes contactar con ellos, ni ellos te llaman… y después de horas sin saber dónde me quedo… aparece un apartamento a 20 minutos del sitio donde por fin me puedo alojar. Y ella sin dar la cara ni buscarte soluciones. NO LO RECOMIENDO, es una impresentable y espero la próxima ver bien los Comentarios del lugar que esté tiene bastantes y malos. Ya entiendo porqué
• Stefan (8/5): - Leider Keine Klima. Im Winter ist es kein Problem aber im Sommer kann ich mir vorstellen dass es recht Heiß wird. Es sind zwar überall Ventilatoren aufgestellt aber ob das reicht bezweifle ich.

• MARIA (8/5): Cómodo, práctico y limpio. - Es un apartamento sencillo pero muy funcional y estaba muy limpio. Usamos el Wifi para trabajar y funcionó perfecto que era algo fundamental para nosotras. La ubicación no es la más bonita pero es muy funcional y tiene una ubicación buenísima a solo 7 min o menos de la playa y con supermercados y parking cerca. La cama de la habitación principal, tienen que revisar el somier.

Apartment very hot. Although fans supplied these were ineffective. Unable to lock door from lounge to balcony. Main door to apartment block was nearly always open
• Fernando (7/5): - Puedes aparcar cerca. Hay de todo loo necesario en la cocina. La ubicación, si no fuera por el escsesivo ruido que hay. Mucho ruido al estar cerca de la carretera general que viene y va para el muelle. Se calienta demasiado la estancia.

• Andre (6/5): Highway Holiday - The apartment is very close to the bustling city center and the city- beaches of Corralejo. Directly below the apartment is a coffee shop, there are endless shopping opportunities. The rental company did care about the questions and problems we had. The apartment is right on a very noisy main road with two lanes in each direction. It's incredibly loud, the air is stuffy. Relaxing in the apartment with the windows open or even on the balcony is only possible in the evening. Unfortunately, we did not get the apartment that was indicated in booking.com, but a similar one in the same house. The landlady told us this on request. The doors inside this apartment did not close properly. No communication with the rental company was possible in advance. On site, communication always took place via WhatsApp, impersonally and discreetly.

• Lorenzo (5/5): Some good some bad - Apartment was as expected in terms of location and cleanliness. Host replied fast. The coffee shop below the apartment turned on the music at 6am on a Sunday and the bedrooms are right above with the sound rumbling the whole day. Although the windows made some screen the road has a lot of traffic and noise is present. We had to change location.
