• Laurina (10/5): Heerlijk comfortabel appartement, ook in de winter - Mooi en ruim appartement, goed ingericht. Goed bereikbaar met een lift naar de vierde verdieping. De slaapkamer op de bovenverdieping is erg mooi ingericht. Mooie uitzichten, met fijn balkon op het zuiden naast de keuken. Goede ruime keuken met mogelijkheid om zelf te koken. Goede verwarming voor in de winter. n.v.t.

• Suzifinn (10/5): - Our host was wonderful. He had a beautiful bowl of fruit for our arrival in the apartment when he showed us around. The apartment was spacious with 2 floors both with balconies. Had air conditioning. All mod cons. Safe neighbourhood with good entrance and elevators. We didn't dislike anything. Was all perfect.
• begoña (10/5): - Rafa es un amor, llegamos de madrugada y nos atendió con una sonrisa en la cara, el apartamento es súper cómodo, es muy amplio y esta bien distribuido y súper limpio, a dos minutos andando de la playa, con supers y tiendas cercanas, esta bien aislado, no escuchamos ni un ruido ningún día. La cocina esta totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario. Nosotros si volvemos a Guardamar sin duda vamos a volver a este apartamento si está libre. Todo nos gustó, no tenemos ni una sola pega

• Yvonne (10/5): Perfect holiday. - We were delayed until the early hours. The receptionist at the hotel carried our bags to the apartment and made sure that we were safely settled in. The apartment was extremely comfortable, clean, and had everything that we could possibly want for our stay. Great location and I can highly recommend Apartment Mediterraneo. There was nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect.
• Steve (8/5): Really enjoyed our stay - We had a wonderful time the apartment was large, clean with great outside places to sunbathe and sit. The only thing we would suggest the kitchen needs refurbing. We would still recommend this place to friends as everything else was fabulous. The kitchen needs refurb and possibly a new shower cubicle in upstairs bathroom, downstairs bathroom was beautiful.
• Suzanne (10/5): Exceptional - Great location close to restaurants, the supermarket, and the beach. Small but well equipped kitchen stocked with essentials. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The rooftop patio off the master bedroom is a suntrap and very private. Seaview from the balcony and the rooftop patio. The owner was very accommodating. Communication was easy with quick responses. I highly recommend this apartment.

• Elizabeth (7/5): Lovely apartment but needs a few tweaks. - Great location close to all amenities including restaurants and supermarket. Five minutes walk to beach. Two lovely balconies for sunbathing. Modern fridge/freezer in kitchen Hard and uncomfortable mattress in main bedroom No English channels on TV. This could be easily resolved. The steep stairs to the first floor could be a problem for people with mobility issues. Bathrooms need updating
• Sorana (10/5): Simply Lovely! - The apartment is very well positioned and has a great view. It's close to the sea as well as restaurants, bars and coffeeshops and yet it's not in the noisy area. We haven't had issues finding parking places on the street but bear it mind it wasn't high season (May). Our host was super friendly and went the extra mile and waited up for us until 2 am as our flight had a big delay. Also, he left fruit and juice in the fridge for us which was amazing as everything was closed when we finally arrived. Thanks again! There was no wine opener but we bought one at the nearest shop so not really an issue :)

Fantastic views and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, cafe/bars and supermarket. Raphael was very accommodating and helpful, which made the whole booking easy. Would love to stay again!
