• Eliza (10/5): Dobry na pobyt dla pary. - Hotel jest całkiem przyzwoity. Pokój mały, ale pozwolił na komfortowy pobyt. Wygodne łóżko, ciepła woda, dobre wifi. Lokalizacja hotelu wspaniała. Nasz pokój był od strony bocznej ulicy i w nocy było całkiem cicho. Zameldowanie I wymeldowanie bez problemu.

• Julia (3/5): Not a good experience - Not at all like the description on Booking.com. Very basic accommodation for inflated price. Can't find much to like about it. Bed comfortable, sheets clean but stained in parts. Hot water good. Lift talks to you and is efficient. Great location near shops and restaurants. Terrible wi fi, dropped out all the time. Very shabby rooms and bathrooms. Staff ok but non English speaking apart from desk manager and not very helpful. Wouldn't ever stay again. Better available nearby for same price or less.

• Naryana Subbanna (7/5): It was satisfactory but for the shortcoming mentioned above which can be set right with minimal efforts and cost. - Location 1. The electric geyser is too small for 2 people who stayed in the room. 2. AC was in non working condition. 3. The ceiling fan was without a proper switch & regulator & hence we were unable to control the fan’s speed to our requirement. 4. The bath towel given to us on the last day was torn! Torn towel being given to clients is very bad.

• Teni (4/5): disappointing, I would not recommend this hotel. - The location is the only good thing, as it was close to my office. Apart from that, the entire experience was disappointing and not worth the trouble. I would not recommend this hotel. I booked this hotel for 2–3 December 2025, but I stayed only on the 3rd because I was arriving early morning. I booked one extra day only to avoid check-in issues, since their normal check-in time is 2 pm. I informed them many times that I would reach on 3rd early morning. Even after all that, when I reached at 9 am, they did not have the room ready. They made me wait 15–20 minutes while they cleaned it. It felt like they had given the room to someone else and rushed to prepare it after I arrived. This was unacceptable, especially when they already knew my timing well in advance. I had to reach office by 10 am, so their carelessness forced me to rush, skip breakfast, and start the day in a stressful way. The room I finally got was very small. I am not sure if it was even the same category that I booked. The bathroom was smelly and clearly not cleaned properly.
