• Camilla Annamaria (10/5): - the room was very big and spacious, it was clean and very comfortable and the hotel is very convenient as it’s right in front of the beach!!! the bed and pillows literally felt like a cloud! shower gel and shampoo were already provided as well as towels; the towels were small, the ones you use to dry your face, so if you struggle drying up with that, consider bringing your own bath robe - it was not a big deal for me and i managed just fine!! the view is to die for!!! i almost cry because of how beautiful it was!! you can also leave your luggage there before and after your stay. there were little to no sockets. if i looked correctly, there wasn’t any in the bathroom so i had to dry my hair in the living room sitting on the floor cause that’s where the closest socket was! there wasn’t even one close to the bedroom.

• Eva (8/5): Belle chambre tout confort avec vue - Chambre moderne, propre et confortable avec magnifique vue sur le pont. La situation est très bonne pour profiter de la plage. Nous avons eu deux jours de suite des annonces au haut-parleur de la chambre (matin et soir). Malheureusement pas traduites en anglais donc on ne savait pas du tout ce qu’il se passait. Beaucoup de demande pour les seuls deux ascenseurs à certaines heures, donc difficile de se déplacer.

• Chrisi (8/5): fantastic location for your stay in Busan - El Momento Gwangalli had spacious rooms with beautiful ocean views, which made the stay very enjoyable and relaxing. The location near Gwangalli Beach was a real highlight, offering easy access to the waterfront and great atmosphere, especially in the evenings. It was also very convenient having a coffee machine in the room, along with thoughtful extras like curling irons in addition to the hairdryer, which was a nice touch. The room itself was comfortable, although there were a few practical drawbacks. The bath towels were quite small—more like hand towels—but this seems to be fairly common in South Korea. The shower was also quite compact, and the door design made it a bit awkward to get in and out comfortably. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a great location in Busan, with stunning views and useful in-room amenities, despite a couple of minor design inconveniences. the shower cubicle was big enough but the door swung inwards almost making it impossible to get into the shower. poor design.

• Steve (9/5): Exceptional location and a clean, well appointed room really made our stay in Busan great. - Fabulous views from the ocean view apartment with the balcony having furniture so you can admire the view of the ocean and the beautiful bridge. Room was very clean. We were there for 6 nights and had one clean mid stay (this was explained at check-in and was no problem. There are plenty of food options nearby but breakfast places don’t open until 10am so the kitchenette was handy to whip up some eggs on days when we weren’t able to wait that long. Late check-in (4pm) seems to be standard for that area but we were tired after arriving at 9am after an overnight flight. Luggage storage is available and early check-in is available at a cost of 20k Won per hour (I missed that in the earlier communications).

Jeden tag geb es frische Handtücher und Wasser. Check- In hat super funktioniert. Bahn und Bushaltestellen in Laufnähe.

The hotel is amazing and equipped with everything you might need — kitchen utensils, a coffee machine, a washing machine, a dryer, and more. Towels are changed daily, the reception is always available and helpful, and the staff are very kind and supportive. The view from the apartment is unforgettable, with the location right by the beach. From the window, you can watch drone shows, sunrises, and enjoy a wonderful view of the bridge. Nearby, there are shops, restaurants, bars, a currency exchange office, and even a beauty salon. I highly recommend this place🙂 All perfect.

• Süheyla (7/5): Disappointing - We were able to use the password-protected luggage room because check-in was late, which allowed us to explore without wasting the day. Afterwards, the reception completed the check-in process very quickly. The location and the view are beautiful, but the room was smaller and less functional than I expected. The bathroom was squeezed into a very minimal space. To get into the shower and close the door, you practically need to be paper-thin. There wasn’t even a trash bin for the toilet; you have to use the general trash bin located outside the bathroom in the room area. There were no large towels, and we found hair on the towels, so we didn’t use them at all. Luckily, we had brought our own camping towels. The electrical system is strange — it constantly cuts off the power to the outlets automatically. There’s also no bedside phone charging option. There is a coat rack near the entrance door in the shoe-removal area, positioned above waist height, which makes it impractical. Actually, the empty space next to the refrigerator could be redesigned nicely for luggage storage and hanging clothes. The couch is very worn out; when you sit on it, you sink in. In general, most of the furniture in the room feels old and worn. We stayed in the “Studio with Panoramic Ocean View,” and our room was on the third floor at the corner. The sign light from the corner restaurant next door shines directly into the room and even lights up the balcony. Because of this, we had to keep the curtain on the left side closed all the time. There is also a restaurant located below the room, and in the evenings the smell of food fills the room. In short, if you stay on the lower floors, you cannot really enjoy the peacefulness of the view because of the light and noise pollution. The cleanliness of the kitchen area was also insufficient. Both the tiny bathroom and the overall lack of cleanliness were disappointing for me. In the end, the beautiful view lost its meaning.
• Valerie (9/5): Vue incroyable! - Le check in s'est bien passé. L'apart était déjà prêt donc on a pu rentrer avant. Tout était propre. Mais ce qui fait vraiment son charme, c'est la vue incroyable du petit balcon sur le pont de Gwangalli ! Le soir, on laissait les rideaux ouverts et on s'endormait en regardant le pont de son lit. La lumière, la climatisation, presque tout est digitalisé, mais il y a un mode d'emploi très complet de disponible dans l'appart. J'y retournerai sans hésiter. La salle de bain était petite. Tout en restant fonctionnelle.

The beds are hard, it would be nice if they place a softer mattress topper to balance how hard the bed felt laying on it. No bath towel was also an inconvenience. Hand towels will not suffice!

• Naomi (9/5): - 駅から少し遠いけど、ビーチの真ん前、お店も沢山あって、コンビニも目の前、立地がとても良くて便利でした、バルコニーからの眺望は最高で朝昼夜、どの時間帯も素晴らしい景色が楽しめました。波の音も聞こえてきてリゾート気分も味わえ、最高の体験でした！ 建物の入口にカードのようなゴミが散乱してました、すぐにお掃除はされてました。 あと2階に居酒屋が入っているので、入口が色々な匂いがします。

• Ancel (7/5): In any case, our stay was still fun! - Great location. We had a great view on the entire beach front from our balcony. Beds were comfortable too. We had problem adjusting the temperature of shower water. Hardly any water when we wanted it cooler and it turned extremely hot if we wanted more volume…so showering wasn’t too pleasant when it should be relaxing!

A convenient, contactless check-in process They don’t provide large towels, which is a major drawback, since the small ones aren’t very practical to use after a shower. The room looked worse in person than it did in the pictures. The announcements over the speakers were very intrusive. The luggage storage room is rarely cleaned and is in poor condition.

• Psarri (4/5): Excited with the view - The ocean view and the bridge is absolutely stunning! The rooms are not so big as the look like in the pictures, the cleaning is not so good, some spots of mold in the shower, the shower doesn’t allow big sized people to go inside the cabine and close the door behind so you don’t mess everything with water. Wasn’t nice at all. Super small rooms with extra furniture that makes it smaller than the pictures, same panorama suites in two rooms with totally different decorations.

There are plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee shop shops, bars, convenience stores all within walking distance. Nearest subway stop — and Busan has an excellent subway system — is a few minutes walk. It was nice having a little kitchenette. It’s a bit tiny. Shower is extremely small. It was difficult to squeeze in and neither of us is big. Most surprisingly, we were provided with only hand towels. When we asked for a larger towel, we were told the property does not provide them. That was extremely odd.

You have to buy a sachet of detergent from the vending machine at the reception area. Which is not good for sensitive skin, I have been getting rashes all over my body since using it. The drying rack is also limited, so you have to use the tumble dryer is no rack is available.

• Matthew (6/5): Great location but unfortunately the room is very small and facilities not the best - Location was excellent, your are 50m to the beach and access to good coffee. Easy access to Bus and Metro, Room was clean and quite which was good. View from room was ok standing on the balcony you got a good view of the beach, From the bed you can wake up to a sunrise. If you are there on a Saturday there is a free drone show on the beach, Room was pretty small the photos made the room look bigger, Bathroom was very small. There was a very bright sensor activated light that could not be turned off, so every time you walked to the bathroom in the middle of the night or tried to leave early for a run and not wake my partner the light turns on full brightness and is timed for 20 seconds. Very annoying. Hard to work out the AC didn't end up getting it to work, No Tea Towel to dry dishes, No Bath towel given, you are given 4 hand towels to dry with, in all the hotels, apartments and Airbnb's i have stayed in around the world i have never had hand towels given as a replacement for bath towels. Lighting in the bedroom was annoying as you only had one light switch panel in the corner of the room which was not easy to turn lights on and off once in bed. There was also an annoying screen to order food that you could not turn off at night - Had to cover with a book, TV did not work remote was not linked to TV so could turn it on but then not do anything else with it. Lifts are very busy. Smell that lingers from the restaurant on level 2 when ever you leave or enter the building, Thankfully it did not make it to our room on Level 6

The only thing was that access to the shower was a bit awkward due to lack of space so we had to shimmy in, but didn't mind too much because the place was nice overall

• Jagjit (3/5): Didn’t meet my expectations - The only thing I like about the property was the view Broken pillows, Bed was so uncomfortable, corners are so sharp my husband hurt his leg in that corner its still blue after a week, bathroom so tight definitely not for a large size person i m small size had to squeeze myself and shower floor was slippery looks like not cleaned for over 15days, only 2 lifts n too slow as this building is an apartment In pictures look like an amazing property fell for that don’t recommend staying for the price i paid Asked for tax invoice i was refused customer service said to ask booking.com
