• MICHELA (2/5): - Niente di particolare Faccio un elenco: Odore sgradevole ,l'argenteria sporca , compreso il servizio dei piatti...vacanza da 4 giorni di cui 3 in MANCANZA di acqua per igiene personale e della casa, che ha creato molti disagi. Cosa non da poco , non dando colpa a nessuno, perenne inquinamento acustico causa cantieri, limitando a poco il nostro riposo . Check ritardato, dalle 10:00 che era stato previsto di mattina fatto alle 15:00.

• Alice (5/5): Casa grande e comoda ma un po' trasandata e non curata. - La casa è grande e comoda il portone di ingresso stretto e al buio (le luci non funzionavano), le stoviglie erano rovinate (con il fondo nero), la porta di ingresso non è una porta di ingresso ma un semplice infisso quindi non è sicura, mancava una sedia al tavolo da pranzo (erano tre), le doppie prese non funzionavano bene, il miscelatore della doccia perdeva, sotto al tavolo da pranzo c'era il modem e altri cavi (non sicuro), l'infisso della cucina non si chiudeva (era difettoso), gli infissi del bagno e della stanzetta anch'essi difettosi (il bottone per aprire e chiudere era difettoso/rotto).

• Aneja (8/5): - The apartment is practical and clean, with everything you need for your stay. While the street is a bit unusual, the bus connections are good, making it easy to get around. A small tip for future guests: the place is a little hard to find as it's not marked correctly on Google Maps, so it's best to get specific directions. Overall, it's a good place to stay and I would recommend it.

• Tatjana (8/5): Понравилось, остановились бы в следующий раз. - Хорошая , чистая квартира, лифт, кухня, все есть. Напротив остановка транспорта, до Валлетты 20 минут пешком. магазин в 10 минутах. Есть кондиционер , очень актуально в жаркий день... Рядом стройка, немного шумно.
• Ivana (8/5): - Apartman je bio čist i uredan, imao je sve što treba za kratki boravak, zgrada ima lift što je bitno ako ste na višim katovima, madraci su bili fantastični, u apartmanu se mogu naći osnovne potrepštine kao što je sapun, deterdžent za suđe, kava, mlijeko... Mali balkon, a sigurna sam da sam rezervirala apartman s velikim balkonom, jer je nama to jako bitno, ali balkon je bio baš mali i uzak, 3 osobe ne stanu. Možda je bila stvar nesporazuma, ali onda je jako loše opisano koji stan ima kakav balkon, a na Bookingu su iste slike za sve apartmane (možda slučajno, a možda i ne). Mislili smo da će lokacija biti malo bolja. Nije bila loša, ali nije odlična. Cijelo područje je veliko gradilište pa ima buke i prašine.

Buszmegálló kozvetlen kozelben van Mivel a szallast csak 3 órától lehetett elfoglalni, mi pedig mar reggel 9kor Maltan voltunk a taskakkal meg borondunkkel, ezert felvettem a kapcsolatot az ugyintezovel, hogy lerakhatjuk-e a check-in időpontjáig a dolgainkat a recepción, amire igen volt a valasz.. mint kiderult nincsen semmiféle recepcio, Szoval taskakkal es boronddel egyutt voltunk kenytelenek jarni a várost es strandolni. Az hogy nehezen megtalálható gyenge kifejezes. Egy uzlet mellett egy keskeny folyosora nyílik az utcáról egy ajto, sehol nincs feltüntetve az apartman neve, alsohangon fel orat kavarogtunk a kornyeken mire rabukkantunk. A fürdőszoba ajtot nem lehet becsukni se kulccsal se kilinccsel, csak akkor marad csukva ha becsapod. A zuhanykabin ajtaját pedig ha egyezer becsukod, utana nem lehet kinyitni. Valamint viznyomas se volt a furdoszobaban.

• Antonela (8/5): - The apartment is well located and communication with the host is really easy and fast. There are a few more apartments in the building but we didn't hear any noise. Our apartment had two ACs to cool the place evenly. Maybe it would be better if there was one more mirror in the apartment, one more towel per person and some more equipment for cooking and cleaning, but it is not that necessary for a shorter stay.

• Mariacristina Silvestro (8/5): Piacevole soggiorno maltese - Molto bella la casa e molto comoda per la posizione rispetto alle attrazioni dell'isola. I letti erano molto comodi, la cucina e il bagno molto funzionali. A livello di utilizzi essenziali della cucina, andava molto bene. Anche la lavatrice e il ferro da stiro molto utili soprattutto per chi desidera lavare i vestiti anche in vacanza. Ottima illuminazione e ottimo il sistema di climatizzazione. La parete di una delle camere non è una reale parete ma è una copertura più sottile sul lato esterno, motivo per il quale i rumori della zona circostanze si sentivano più forti del normale.

• Szilvia (10/5): Exceptional - The host is is extremely helpful, we had a small problem with the electricity, the host resolved it really quickly and we didn’t have any problems after that during our stay. The apartment is close to multiple bus stops so all parts of the island is easily accessible. There are carnivals happening almost every week in different cities so some bus routes can be affected and also there are road works which can also affect the buses. (this is just a small heads up for other travelers) Overall, our stay was amazing, I can’t say anything bad about the apartment.
• Radomir (7/5): Good - + The apartments were clean, modern, and spacious. + We stayed in two apartments located conveniently across the hallway from each other. + The kitchen was well-equipped with all necessary amenities. + The air conditioning in the rooms was fully functional and effective. - Very low water pressure in shower - Standing water in shower drain - Only one key per apartment, which is not ideal for group of 5 - The instructions said the keys would be in the lockbox, but it was empty — the apartment was unlocked and the keys were just left on the table.

• Marcello (7/5): Good - Nice new apartment with balconies and lift. Plenty of room for two and has a washing machine. The owner sent through a very informative welcome pack before arrival. Close to a couple of supermarkets and restaurants. Bus stops located right out front, about a 20 min bus ride to Valletta. We stayed for 5 days and got an explorer bus pass from the airport, with unlimited travel anywhere in Malta, very convenient. Loved Malta best places we liked were Valletta, Sliema and St Julien. Caught the local ferry over to Comino for the day , worth a visit. The area around where we were staying had alot of road works. Got lost a couple of times. The apartment, even though it was new, had a few issues that could be easily fixed to enjoy the stay more. The shower head was loose and wouldn't stay up. No soap, not enough toilet paper for 5 days. It had shampoo but no conditioner. Only two towels, it had a washing machine, so l would have washed towels if there was powder to wash with. ( l couldn't find small pkts of powder to buy). The bed was very hard, needs a mattress topper to soften. TV was in, im assuming Maltese, and couldn't change to English. The owner ended up trying for us, but it didn't fix the issue. Tried watching YouTube, but it kept kicking us out. So we didn't have tv for 5 days, which was very annoying. A little bit far from area's of interest but good value.

• Andreja (5/5): Everything you need for a short-term stay in Malta - - Bus station right in front of the property with really good connections. - Spacious apartment. - Elevator in-house, so no need to worry about dragging your luggage up and down the stairs. - Yes you can hear the cars outside, but we didn't find it to be all that bad (and yes, you can hear roosters in the morning). - AC really cools down the apartment nicely! - Close proximity to Valletta, St. Julian's, Mdina/Rabat and other cities. - The kitchen offers you everything you need; a nice fridge, stove, oven and utensils. - Plenty of closet space with hangers. - TV with basic apps ready to go (Youtube, Netflix). - Keep in mind that the beds are rather firm and the pillows are rather thin. - Plenty of sockets scattered around the apartment. - Travel adapters available at the apartment for convenience. - Privacy thanks to the blackout curtains in every room. - Easy self check-in and check-out. - The property is quick to reply via booking.com OR phone. - Rather big balcony. - Sadly our first apartment at the property had an ant infestation + leaking AC, so we ended up having to wait from 10AM to 4:30PM to check into another apartment at the same property. - Our second apartment had a few ants on the balcony, for which we had to buy Baygon bug spray because we didn't want to move AGAIN. - The utensils, pots and pans should really be replaced. They have a lot of rust, wear and tear. - The neighborhood isn't the best. - No dryer at the premise. We were really disappointed as we picked this apartment over others because it promised to have both, a washer and dryer. - Shower is very slippery. - Supermarkets, cafe's and others, are a bit out of the way - approximately 10-15 minutes of walk. - I wish we were left off with more kitchen paper towels and perhaps some baking paper. In general, it would be nice to have a fresher salt, sugar, pepper and such things ready to go. - In high summer, due to the humidity and shade, clothing will not really dry outside as nicely as it could with a dryer, so keep that in mind. - The water pressure is REALLY bad. - One of the beddings had, what seemed to us, cold candle wax in the middle of the bed, which we found odd, especially after being told that everything will be cleaned for us anew. - Smart TV is out of date and needs to be updated; that's why we couldn't use Netflix or any other app. - Iron has a little bit of rust on it so if you're not careful it can singe your clothes. - Sadly, we had to buy a detergent and fabric softener for the washer, and wished it was provided by the property. - Keep in mind that depending on the apartment you're staying, you might have certain amenities or not (eg. shampoo, detergent, fabric softener, distilled water for ironing).

• Andrew (9/5): Nice place :) - The location was good for what we were doing. Very attentive staff to help at all hours. Nice space. The AC wasn’t working 100% the second night. We were able to stay cool with the fans though. It would be nice to be able to keep the ac on even when you’re not there so that way it doesn’t take an hour to cool down upon return.
