Pet friendly houses only; Please note that if you are bringing more than 2 pets you must inform us prior to arrival. Pets must stay off furniture and bedding and failure to pick up dog poop from the garden will result in charges. Any damage will be charged for.
Please note the security deposit is a pre-authorization on a credit card for $400. This is help up to 7 days after departure in case of damage.
The online check-in form must be completed prior to arrival to release the key lock box code
All payments are processed by The Beach House People. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that if the deposit is not received within 48 hours of booking, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Having additional items in the kitchen pantry was a bonus. The steps up to the front door are moss covered and very slippery when wet. They need to be attended to before someone has a serious accident. There was a unpleasant smell in the downstairs toilet during our stay.

Multiple living spaces. Very well equipped kitchen. Quiet street but easy walk to the town centre. And we could bring our dog so he enjoyed a great holiday too.
