- Juergen (7/5): In Ordnung, aber nicht für den Preis - Das Apartment war sauber und sehr geräumig, der Außenbereich ebenfalls großzügig. Die Altstadt und der Hafen sind zu Fuß in nur 5-6 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Apartment liegt an einer viel befahrenen zweispurigen Straße, dadurch kommt es fast ununterbrochen zu Verkehrslärm. Zudem war das Bett sehr schmal für zwei Personen und wirkte sehr wackelig, wodurch an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Für unseren Aufenthalt von 14 Tagen waren pro Person nur ein Bade- und ein Handtuch bereitgestellt. Auf Nachfrage wurden nach einer Woche frische Handtücher gebracht. Die Waschmaschine war nicht zu nutzen, da der Ablaufschlauch einen Riss hatte und somit undicht war. Sehr unangenehm war der Baulärm, der im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes fast täglich während unseres Aufenthaltes herrschte. Hier wurde anscheinend gebohrt, gehämmert, geflext, Wände rausgerissen, ohne dass wir dazu vor Anreise informiert waren. Die Terrasse war tagsüber eigentlich für uns nicht in Ruhe zu nutzen. Nach Mitteilung an die Agentur, hieß es, dass das Schlimmste nun vorbei sei und von nun an nur noch leise Malerarbeiten durchgeführt würden. Dem war allerdings nicht so und der Lärm zog sich auch durch die weiteren Tage unseres Aufenthaltes.

Quite noisy at night.Would be great if bedroom windows were more insulated to keep out noise from main road. MAIN PROBLEM…we didn’t receive the code for the door key and after phoning the number supplied by Booking.com as the owners and the one associated with Rent a Villa Mallorca and had no answers. By 7.00pm we booked into a hotel in Puerto de Pollensa, who also tried to phone Rent a Villa Mallorca. We only gained access to the apartment the following day.
