- Andrew Deakin (10/5): Great hosts and idyllic setting. - We made our own breakfast in the beautifully apointed kitchen. Nothing
- Wendy (9/5): Enjoyable stay. - Its perfect for a couple wanting a quiet break. The bedroom floor boards make a lot of noise when you walk over some of them. Not a problem during the day but its impossible to get up in the night without waking your spouse - very loud.

- Brian (10/5): Shangri-la - Snuggled in the heart of the Saddleworth countryside the property was in an ideal location and only a few minutes drive to Delph village , Denshaw and Uppermill, So near to quant Yorkshire pubs and eateries, Lots of attractions nearby including a garden centre, museum and Saddleworth canal. If you are a fan of the countryside, stay here for stunning view, Great for walking , eating and having a drink.
- Rachel (9/5): Cosy little cottage - perfect for our weekend trip to see family. - Such a cosy welcoming cottage, had everything we needed for a comfortable weekends stay. We loved the log burner (especially our whippet!) Oh and Rowan and storm the horses were very sweet neighbours. Mattress and pillows could maybe do with an upgrade.
- Wendy (9/5): It ticked all our boxes and we will be back to stay another time. - The property had everything that we needed for our stay. Nothing
- Sarah (10/5): Lovely, quiet location and the cottage is well maintained. - Very comfortable and welcoming cottage. The owners were very hospitable. It was very hard to find as the postcode doesn’t take you directly there and there’s no signs from the main road.
- Tehreem (10/5): Outstanding - Hugh was a brilliant host. Very polite and approachable. The cottage was beautiful, cosy and very well equipped. It had everything you could possibly need for a getaway or mini break. It was very clean and bigger than expected. The horses outside were amazing. It's one of the most beautiful homes I've stayed in and will definitely be visiting again in the future. Thank you for the hospitality!!

- Susan (9/5): Perfect for our needs. Thank you - Self contained with everything you need. Clean and comfortable. The driveway down to the property is fairly precarious and I’m very glad it wasn’t icy or snowing which would make it very difficult indeed.

- Lisa (7/5): Would not use again, but might suit others.. - Noisy fridge.
Hosts putting away car in garage late evening, felt it intruded on our stay. Thought it was a little inconsiderate, if we had been told, we would have expected it, but it was dark. Garage under mill cottage. Not shown in pictures. No enclosed garden for our dog. We only stayed one night, even though we paid for two nights.
- Chloe (10/5): Lovely cottage and host! Beautiful area! -

- P0ndskipper (10/5): The perfect country getaway - Everything about our visit was perfect. It was exactly what we wanted in a countryside stay away. The owners were wonderful... friendly and accommodating. Although they stayed on the property we never felt like we were in their way and vise versa... they would tend to their horses and such which was a lovely treat to see. The cottage itself was absolutely stunning. Comfy and cozy with everything you need to have a joyfully stay. The surrounding area was the star of the show. Beautiful scenic countryside with gorgeous vistas and Delph being a short walk away was the icing on the cake. There was nothing there I didn't enjoy. Its was literally a perfect experience
