• Maj (8/5): Fräsch lägenhet i sliter hus på promenadavstånd från tågstationen, om än i ett ganska ödsligt kvarter. - Fräscht och generöst utrustat med alltifrån tvättmedel till oljor och kryddor. För vår bebis fanns även resesäng, barnstol och roliga leksaker. Att vi inte hade tillgång till hissen och att fastigheten i övrigt kändes lite sliten.

• Glenys (9/5): This apartment is a great place for a stay in Bolzano. - Everything that I needed was there, plus extras, like cooking condiments, though I didn't do any cooking. Tea and coffee were provided. The bed was very comfortable bed and plenty of towels were supplied. I loved the apartment and would recommend it for a stay bin Bolzano. Sylvia was a great host, responding to my questions. The lift wasn't working so I had to carry luggage up two flights of stairs to the first floor. The location was about 15 mins walk from the main centre so I walked it a few times as the bus service was not very frequent or reliable. I realise the host can't do anything about this! However, it was not far from the cable car which I recommend using for a beautiful scenic ride.

• Daniel (9/5): Schöne Ferienwohnung für eine tolle Reise nach Bozen - Die Wohnung liegt weniger Gehminuten zur wunderschönen Innenstadt von Bozen. Wir hatte eine tolle Zeit. Die Anreise mit den Auto war eine Herausforderung, da viele Parkplätze bereits geschlossen waren. Zu Empfehlen ist das Parkhaus an der Seilbahnstation ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft.

• Alberto (10/5): - Appartamento pulito e ben arredato, completo di tutto l'occorrente sia in cucina che in bagno. Proprietaria gentile, disponibile e puntuale nelle informazioni. Ottima posizione in zona tranquilla, il centro si raggiunge comodamente a piedi in poco più di 10 minuti.

• Laura (9/5): Bellissimi giorni trascorse tra montagne splendide facendo passeggiate con vista mozzafiato. - Appartamento spartano, ma molto accogliente e pulito. Posizione molto comoda e vicina al centro, anche se la zona non è un po’ più periferica. Host molto disponibile e gentile. I piumoni dei letti, tipici delle zone del nord Europa, non molto funzionali

• Albin (10/5): Jättefin och mysig lägenhet, fullt utrustad med bra läge i staden! - Väldigt trevlig och mysig lägenhet med bra läge, nära till linbanan som vi fick åka gratis med bolzano-kortet som ingick i boendet. 1 minut från bra mataffär. Fanns all utrustning som kan tänkas behövas inklusive tvättmaskin med torktumlare som uppskattades mycket eftersom vi reste med bebis. Bra praktisk information skickad till oss innan vistelsen. Jag tvivlar inte på att lägenheten var noggrant städad och inga problem med detta i övrigt men golven skulle nog behöva en mer grundlig rengöring då strumporna ganska snabbt blev smutsiga.

• Chiara (7/5): Non male per chi ama passeggiare - Appartamento molto rifornito tutto il necessario e’ presente e anche qualcosa in più (detersivo, cialde caffe/the…) Palazzina tranquilla anche se un po’ vecchia…supermercato sotto casa, piccolo ristorante di fronte con buon rapporto qualità prezzo Parcheggi blu nei limitrofi …entro un km che permettono di risparmiare rispetto agli autosilo Troppo piccola adatta dal mio punto di vista al massimo per due persone, tre se presente un bambino piccolo La doccia a sfioro ma in uno spazio minuscolo…risultato il bagno si allaga dopo ogni doccia abbiamo dovuto lavare gli asciugamani serviti per tamponare l’uscita dell’acqua

• Katja (10/5): Perfect base for 7 days in Dolomites - Loved everything about our stay. Easy communication, well set up and very clean. Bonus for airconditioning, just to take the edge off on hot nights. Very generous supply of coffee and tea and some condiments. Equipped with numerous appliances to make coffee, toaster and kettle, which is not that common when we travel. Extra bonus for getting the Sued Tirol guest card which given us free access to public buses in the region and some cable cars which we made use of. Would highly recommend staying here!

• Margaret (10/5): I really liked Bolzano. Everyone should visit there. - Very well equipped with everything that anyone would need, secure, modern, close to the train and supermarket. The views of the snow capped mountains outside the windows were beautiful. The heated floors were so lovely on a very cold night ☺️
• Anton (1/5): Bad - The apartment is great But I encountered rudeness from the apartment host (Silvia Winkler). The apartment had dirty floors (we had to wash them ourselves) and there were 2 deformed frying pans with damaged surfaces. I reported this to the host as an improvement, but in response I received a rude message that it all invented complaints, that floors were washed before our arrival and the frying pan was new. Instead of understanding i faced rudeness.
• Joseph (9/5): Very well situated and value for money. - The location was near Bolzano train/bus station and the host gave us free transport passes so that we could use local trains and buses for free. This allowed us to tour Sudtyrol region very cheaply! We had some difficulty with finding the tv channels, and space for the luggages.
• Charlene (10/5): Delightful. The kindest host ever!! - Absolutely modern and fully equipped kitchen with the best setup of amenities. Bathroom also great A bit far from midtown at first with luggage ( we were walking from train station) and slightly challenging to find but once we knew where it was it was great.

Next to the house there was the construction site, wellll, i would still pick this hotel, I feel like the price is lower for such apartment due to this inconvenience
