• DANILO (10/5): - Confortable accomodation, clean and set a proper temperature inside. Too little toilette.
• Thomas (8/5): Good base for a couple visiting Vienna. - The apartment itself was of a good standard throughout, with everything you could realistically need for a few days in Vienna. The apartment was airy (plenty of windows) and warm (good central heating), the bed was big and comfortable, you have a working kitchen with Coffee Machine, Oven, Fridge / Freezer, etc. (no Microwave or Toaster though), and the lounge was comfortable and of a good size. The apartment is easy to get to from the City Centre, with the train station within a couple of minutes walk. There was also supermarkets and other shops within a very short walking distance. I believe this would be an ideal place to stay if you were a couple travelling. There are a few things that I believe could be improved: 1. The sofa bed would be a struggle for two people to stay on, but more importantly, the only bedding provided for the sofa bed was a bedsheet (fine), and a quilt cover - there was no quilt! This is not ideal, and made worse by... 2. I tried to contact the owner via the number provided while I was there and got no response, hence I had to use the quilt cover for three nights. Luckily, as the heating was quite good, and I was happy to wear a t-shirt to bed, I was okay. But this is worth noting before you book. 3. The shower design means that it is nigh on impossible to not soak the bathroom floor when you are showering (the shower itself is very nice mind!). Far from a deal breaker, but rather annoying that you have to sacrifice a towel or two for this purpose. 4. Just a final note that the hallway as you get in to the apartment block is a little 'worn'. I accept this has nothing to do with the accommodation itself, and it didn't bother our party, but again, I feel it is worth noting (we were initially a bit worried what the apartment would be like when we first saw it! - but the apartment is very nicely decorated).
• Maiko (10/5): - 電車、トラム、バスの乗り場から近く、周辺にスーパーもたくさんあってとても便利でした。部屋は広く清潔で、暖房もしっかり効いて、快適に過ごせました。電子レンジはありませんが、調理器具はそろっていて冷蔵庫も十分な大きさだったので、全く困りませんでした。ホストとのやりとりもスムーズで安心できました。ぜひまた利用したいです。 特にありませんが、エレベーターがないので重いトランクを運ぶのが少し大変でした。でも、部屋は2階（オーストリアの数え方だと1.Stock）なので最小限の苦労で済みました。
• José (9/5): - Prachtig appartement met alle voorzieningen en comfort. Dichtbij het station. Supermarkten om de hoek. Appartement zit in zeer oud gebouw. Intree en hal veel kapotte tegels. Gebouw is zeer onaantrekkelijk.

• steliyana (5/5): Peu mieux faire avec très peu de changements! - Appartement situé au deuxième étage sans ascenseur, idéal pour un court séjour à deux, voire deux adultes et un enfant. Il dispose de l’essentiel pour cuisiner, bien qu’il n’y ait pas de micro-ondes. L’endroit est calme, à proximité des transports en commun et des commerces. Appartement épuré avec essès d'espace aussi bien dans les chambres que dans le couloir et la salle de bain. Cependant, il manque des couvertures et des oreillers supplémentaires. Le canapé-lit n’était pas préparé à notre arrivée, et les draps tachés avaient simplement été mis de côté. Le ménage laissait à désirer, notamment la poussière. Aucune prise électrique n’est disponible dans la salle de bain. Nous avons également rencontré un problème de chauffage et avons dû passer une nuit dans le froid avant de le résoudre nous-mêmes, la réponse du propriétaire étant tardive et peu utile. C’est pourquoi j’attribue une note de 5/10.
• Sonya (9/5): - They provided you with everything. All details thought of. Fantastic location near the metro and supermarkets. Clean and spacious. It needs a microwave if possible. It needs a small dustpan and brush to clean up crumbs.
• Armin (10/5): gerne wieder - Es war alles da was man für einen sorglosen Aufenthalt braucht, Shampoo, Spülmittel, reichnlich Handtücher, Geschirrtücher ... sogar Kaffeebohnen waren im Kaffeautomat aufgefüllt! Ein Kartoffelschäler wäre höchstens noch praktisch ;-)
