• Senada (10/5): Svjetlost u tami!!! - Dorucak je bio odlican , sve pohvale kuharu Igoru . Vila je za porodicu idealna ko voli mir i tisinu. Rucnici mirisu posteljina cista, neznam kako je u sezoni mi smo bili u Aprilu bilo je lijepo vrijeme predivan pogled iz soba na more sa svih strana svidjelo nam se sto plaza djeluje kao privatna i zatvorena i direktno uz Vilu je more. Svidja nam se posebno stil kuce. Gospodja Renata mislim da se zvala jako ljubazna imali smo bebu sa sobom sve su lijepo pripremili . Hvala im rado preporucujemo ovu Vilu i nadam se da cemo uskoro doci opet . Nemamo nikakve primjedbe.

• Dmitry (10/5): - в низкий сезон было очень здорово: людей мало, была отличная погода и цены приятные. также был шикарный завтрак и сауна с видом на море. сам маяк тоже красивый, вид сверху классный . еще и джакузи есть, в общем скучно не было жаль что от сауны до моря надо немного пройти и в темноту там не очень видно где лучше заходить в воду. летом думаю это не проблема, но зимой это не дало нам окунуться после сауны (замерзаешь пока дойдешь до воды и найдешь где в нее лучше зайти). но это конечно мелочь, сам факт что сауна прямо возле моря это супер, тем более можно и днем окунуться

• Christian (9/5): Ein Aufenthalt der sehr positiver Erinnerung bleibt - Wir wurden persönlich von unserem Gastgeber Igor empfangen. Da es ein kleines Problem mit unserem Zimmer gab, wurden wir kostenlos und umgehend auf ein größeres Zimmer umgebucht. Die Lage und das Quartier ist sensationell. Vor allem auch das Frühstück im Freien mit Meerblick hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Konzept des Frühstücks, kein riesiges Frühstücksbuffet, sondern je Gast/je Paar ein eigener Teller mit mehr als ausreichend Käse, Wurst, Früchte, Brot, Gebäck.... ist ökologisch und nachhaltig.
• Patrick (10/5): Like a resort - Breakfast was served to your table with breads, fruit and cheese and eggs on request. Very nice. The staff was just over the top to help with anything. The sauna overlooking the sea was a nice surprise. The gate to the property was opened using the key fob you get with your room keys so the property was very secure. The water temperature fluctuates so we had to be careful in the shower.
• Kristina (6/5): - Das Frühstück war top. Igor und seine Frau Renata waren freundlich, bemüht und gesellig Die Anlage war nur zum Teil nett gepflegt. Die Poolbar existiert dort nicht. Der Strand war mehr als naturbelassen, war ein Flop. Das Apartment war feucht, schimmelig und abgewohnt. Man fühlte sich im Apartment durchgehend wie in einem Schaufenster.

The place is cozy, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean—every detail has been thoughtfully arranged. What truly made our stay special was Igor, our host. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. He made us feel so welcome and was always available if we needed anything. The amenities are fantastic: pool, whirlpool, sauna, private beach and clean towels every day. The entire area is fenced, so kids can play safely and freely. Private parking is a great bonus. Breakfast is served at your table with a nice variety and taking special diets and allergies into account. Our stay was fantastic and we definitely will be back!

• Victor (10/5): Memorable stay - This small boutique hotel has all of the amenities you could ask for. We felt pampered. Our room was large and comfortable, great shower pressure, good bed, everything very clean. Bathrobes and beach towels included. We made use of the bicycles to ride all the way to the Old Town. The jacuzzi was relaxing after our ride. Full and hearty breakfast served to your table in the garden, no buffet. Staff were especially attentive and kind, thank you so much for making our stay memorable. I recommend Puntamika Laterna wholeheartedly. Nothing, we liked everything.

The location couldn't be more perfect, with the property practically stepping onto its own private beach. Less than 10 meters away, you have exclusive access to comfortable sunbeds, inviting you to unwind and soak up the sun in style. And for those seeking ultimate relaxation, the jacuzzi and swimming pool provide the perfect respite after a day of beachside adventures. Its a small private beach with a beautiful lighthouse, climb up the light house to watch the sunset or open sea. But the luxury doesn't end there – the outdoor area is a true oasis of tranquility. Whether you're lounging under the shade, enjoying a refreshing drink by the poolside, or watching the sunset from a cozy seating area, every moment feels like a serene escape. And let's not forget about the breakfast – a delicious spread served up each morning to fuel your day of seaside exploration. With a variety of fresh and tasty options, it's the perfect way to start your day on the right note. Hosts Igor & his wife were amazing and made us feel like home. Next to the property is a beach restaurant and bar where you can go and enjoy either food or drinks. I would suggest hire a car in Zadar, you can pre book or get it from rent a car just outside the arrivals lounge across the road at the airport. It's hard to find anything negative to say about the the property. Everything about it is designed to enhance your experience and ensure maximum relaxation and enjoyment. Pebbly just like other beaches in Zadar but from its proximity to the accommodation to the availability of sunbeds and the serene ambiance, there's very little, if anything, to fault. It truly is a beach lover's paradise.

It was great to sleep with the ocean right outside the window. Even though it was November, we were able to swim in the pool, enjoy the jacuzzi and sauna. Good breakfast! The hosts were great and allowed us to do early check in and late check out. If I go back to Zadar, I will stay there again for sure. Nothing, everything was great.

• Thomas (9/5): Unique, quiet and peaceful accomodation with great facilities. - A really unique place. Pool, sauna and hot tub added a touch of luxury, and hosting couldn't have been better. Breakfast was great, and the outdoor dining and breakfast area was perfect.
• Rajeshkumar (10/5): Overall, a beautiful holiday place for my family with the very best of nature and people around - This is a beautiful property with a breathtaking setting by the lighthouse, right by the sea with a view of the setting Sun. We loved its set of cute amenities including the pool, sauna with a view of the sea, washer dryer facility, the jacuzzi, the table tennis corner and the lighthouse. We loved the breakfast. Most of all, we loved Igor, who together with his wife keeps the place running clean and organized. Big guy with a bigger heart, warm human being. The place is smaller than you would expect. It’s not a full fledged resort, it’s a dainty place with its set of clean amenities in a beautiful setting. There is no restaurant within. Breakfast is served at the table by Igor and his wife, but it is wholesome, fresh, warm and detailed. For us, it was one of the highlights of the day. And there are plenty of dining options at walking distance from the property. If you go in an off season (we went in early April), the weather can be a dampener. The coastal weather is unpredictable and can be wet, windy and colder than you would expect in April. So bring a warm water proof jacket. I hear that from May to Sep the weather is warm and great. And yes, during one very wet and windy night we had water seeping into the room through the windows dampening the floors. It’s the fault of the nearly 150 year old heritage structure that cannot be fixed without necessary government approvals. And Igor and his wife quickly did what was needed to clean it up. Nevertheless, we would any day revisit this place , maybe this time in warmer weather months.

Igor and his wife look after the place, and helped to make our stay the most fantastic week. Igor is a chef and puts on a menu a few times a week, his food is amazing! Nothing, it’s fantastic
