Guest Reviews
- Brian (8/5): - Great location and was very comfortable. The outside light by the bedroom window on all night. The shade did not block the light.
- Marquita (10/5): -
- Sawyer (10/5): It was a quiet weekend getaway which is what we we after. - It was beautiful and spacious Where the laundry room was located
- Michael (4/5): The stay was cold. - That it was clean and spacious. There was no heat. The furnace was broken and the space heaters that were given to help couldn’t get any of the rooms above 55 degrees.
- Kristen (10/5): I would recommend and stay here again! It was in town and place was nice. - It was in town, close to attractions, food, gas. It was clean, easy to access.

- Pat-Ted (9/5): - Rey comfortable. In nice neighborhood. Very convenient for my purposes. Felt safe. Owner was very efficient about letting me know about entry info and details.
- Kendra (7/5): It was fine for a one night stay. - The home had character and was clean. The apartment smelled like pot and so did one of the bed pillows.

- Diana (8/5): - Great location, quiet, spacious, good value.
- Jay (5/5): Decent, but wouldn’t stay again. - Convenient to ballpark. Horrible lighting. Entry door was jacked up and hard to open. Keurig but no pods. Old fashioned Ice cube trays? Please!

- Mgrauerholz (7/5): - The bed was comfy and the location was perfect. The air conditioner in the bedroom didn't work. We had to go out and buy fans to keep us cool in 90 degree heat. When you first walk in you can smell weed. We were scared we would get blamed for it. Also, very little communication from host.

- Joyce (8/5): Very good - The apartment is beautifully furnished, and close to the city and river (driving distance) Yhe neighborhood is nice. There is only parking on the street, but it was not a problem. The front door sticks from too many years of paint, and doorknob is also pretty wonky. I keyed in the code and pushed hard, but it wouldn't open. I called the host, and he showed up within a couple of minutes, but clearly very irritated that we had bothered him.
- Douglas (8/5): Very good -
- Cynthia (7/5): Nice for a short stay - Definitely very spacious. All of the rooms were a very nice size. And the windows in the front living room were beautiful and let a lot of light in. Porch was nice too. We were just up overnight for a concert. Lights in the bathroom did not seem to be too bright. At night in the bedroom, there seemed to be a lot of light coming in. Not sure if it was from the neighbors or an outside light somewhere but there’s a window right above the bed and light was coming in directly from that window and also the driveway facing window of the bedroom. Could also have used a lock on the back of the bedroom door. Looks like there used to be one there to keep it closed, but it is gone now. Could also use a little more guidance on the light switches and what they operate. In the bedroom, you have to turn the light switch on to run the air conditioning unit. I believe the same applied in the kitchen with a remote and how things were operated. Had trouble getting in because we had the wrong code but property owner was quick to respond with the correct code.
- Yuri (7/5): Good - This house had good location Smell of marijuana upon entering and some sharp edges in the house.
- Piersall (10/5): Well done - Nice place! Clean, comfortable
- Laura (2/5): Cincinnati Victorian - 1.The location was perfect near my son's apartment.
2.Towels were nice and new.
3. Code to enter premises was sent via text message would have liked to have it in booking.com 1. Freezing, heat offline, host not responsive, alternative was a space heater that barely heated unless you stood directly next to it.
2.Bed and bedding uncomfortable and gross, no extra blankets
3. Bathroom sink dirty, painted over. Tub faucet didn't work properly. When you tried to turn knob for shower, only half the water went to the shower head. No shampoo/conditioner only 3 bottles with some bodywash.
4. Host said enjoy the snacks, snacks consisted of 2 packs popcorn, 1 Ramen cup, handful hotel mints. There were coffee pods but no machine to use them in.
5. Most plugs did not work which resulted in having to plug my toothbrush in the kitchen and leaving the charger behind.
6. There appeared to be 2 cameras one in kitchen and one in the living room which made us uneasy.
This place has potential and is in a nice neighborhood, however it needs to be fixed up, cleaned up and set up with decent amenities and made more comfortable in working heat....
- Rikkilee (10/5): Cute Victorian - Cute little 1 br place with full kitchen!
- Oswaldo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kelley (10/5): Best booking deal ever! - Somehow perfect temperature always and was never cold or hot regardless what the outside temperature was! Extremely spacious apartment!!! WOW! Bed was hella comfortable, blankets were warm and cozy, bath towels were high quality and super absorbant, and the place was spotless. Made me wish I was staying longer! 3 large bottles of body wash and no shampoo or conditioner was odd.
- Seth (8/5): I have stayed at this location a number of times and keep coming back. - The location is great. Street parking is super easy. The neighborhood is very walkable and there is an excellent coffee shop and good food options nearby. The home has a lot of charm. It's classic but well cared for. Appliances are newer and work well. The bed is quite comfortable. It's an excellent value for the money and perfect for 1-2 people. The living room furniture could be a little more comfortable. The new dining set in the kitchen is a big improvement over the old one. Bed is plenty comfortable. Make sure you turn off the porch light, otherwise the light outside the bedroom window will be on during the night and can be unwelcome.
- Corey (9/5): Superb -
- Kentner (10/5): Exceptional -

- Rigdon (9/5): Superb - Apartment was very clean and close to the hospital. Offered everything I needed for my stay. Bathroom needed brighter lights. Could hear people overhead walking and talking
- Brittany (8/5): Very convenient and resourceful. - It was clean, instructions were clear and it was close to the hospital like I needed it to be. The place had so many sounds like someone was coming into the unit, I didn’t like that at all!
