• giuseppe (6/5): Struttura comoda , ma un pò di attenzione all'igiene la renderebbe ottima! - Mi è piaciuta la posizione vicino alla fermata Metro Piramide, il sesto piano è molto apprezzabile, le dimensione delle camere, la facilità di parcheggio. E' un peccato che una struttura confortevole abbia le posate sporche, il pentolame con i fondi delle pentole antiaderenti consumate. Il trovarsi gli asciugamani che sono state utilizzate in precedenza messe ad asciugare sul terrazzo per poi essere utilizzate, anche no! Altro dubbio come sono state lavate ed igienizzate se la struttura non ha una lavatrice? Consiglio si portarsi il necessario da bagno!

• Shaunina (7/5): Маленький лифт и красавец сосед напротив ) - Расположение возле метро Квартира меньше чем на фото и уже немного приуныла. Нас до было трое , наволочки на 4ю подушку не было, душевая подтекает. Нет штопора для вина , в Италии где все пьют вино)
• Sviatlana (6/5): Проживание оставило крайне неприятное впечатление из-за низкого уровня чистоты и отсутствия базовых условий. - Очень понравилось расположение апартаментов, до метро 5 минут ходьбы, а до железнодорожной станции 3 минуты. Хозяин отвечал на все вопросы. Апартаменты оснащены всей необходимой посудой. В ванной комнате в душевой кабине были сломаны двери, в помещении присутствовала пыль на прикроватных светильниках и в шкафу, что говорит о поверхностной или отсутствующей уборке. Микроволновая печь отсутствует. За 5 дней проживания был предоставлен только 1 рулон туалетной бумаги и практически пустая бутылка жидкого мыла. Этого хватило лишь на первые дни, после чего пришлось самостоятельно покупать все необходимые средства гигиены. Отдельно хочется отметить крайне неприятный момент с постельными принадлежностями. Пододеяльников не было вообще — только простынь, которой накрываются, а сверху кладётся одеяло. Одеяло имело выраженный запах предыдущих гостей, что вызывает серьёзные вопросы к его стирке и гигиене. Это неприемлемо для арендуемого жилья!!!!!!!!!!!! Также не работал Wi-Fi. Мы обращались с этой проблемой, и нам сообщили, что есть сбои на линии и всё будет устранено. Однако по факту интернет работал нестабильно: одновременно пользоваться им могли не все устройства — подключался только один телефон, остальные не могли нормально выйти в сеть. Это доставляло серьёзные неудобства. Перед заселением я обращала внимание на предыдущие отзывы о плохой уборке и получила ответ от управляющего, что клининговая компания заменена и ситуация исправлена. По факту ничего не изменилось. Создаётся устойчивое ощущение, что в апартаментах только выносят мусор, а за остальным — уборкой, чистотой и состоянием вещей — никто не следит. Я не являюсь привередливым человеком, но считаю, что в жилье, которое сдается гостям, должны соблюдаться базовые нормы чистоты: качественная уборка и чистое постельное бельё — это элементарные требования, а не дополнительный комфорт.

• Eleonora (7/5): Gostei muito! - Muito bem localizada. Anfitrião super gentil. Maquina de lavar e varal 🤩 Estava sujo quando cheguei. O box do banheiro é bem pequeno, foi um pouco dificil a mobilidade. O ralo do banheiro estava super entupido, mas eu resolvi com os produtos disponíveis na casa!
• Jasmin (6/5): - Good location. Easy to find and enter the building. Good transport connections. Quiet area. Good for basic needs. Equipped kitchen. Lots of cleaning products. Easy contact with the owner. Towels were broken. There was hair on bed sheets. Very small shower.
• Aude (7/5): Je recommande pour les personnes pas regardantes sur la propreté, cependant l’emplacement est top - L’emplacement était top (2 arrêts de métro du centre) et l’appartement était grand c’est très agréable ! Il y a également une petite terrasse. La propreté n’est pas au rendez-vous, les draps sont tachés et la salle de bain est salle. Il n’y a pas de climatisation.

• Peter punk (8/5): Piccolo appartamento con vista, vecchio ma completo - Ottima posizione, molto carina la vista dalle due finestre cucina e camera da letto Immaginavo avrei trovato almeno del caffè x il primo giorno e una pulizia più accurata. L'appartamento è carino all'ultimo piano ma è vecchiotto, è stata fatta una minima sistemazione davvero troppo arrangiata, un cambio letto, un tavolo nuovo e delle sedie non rotte oltre ad una verniciata fatta bene avrebbero dato un nuovo volto, non sono presenti luci al comodino, solo luci fredde sia in cucina che in camera, doccia scomoda..prezzo alto x questo appartamento, la sua fortuna è avere tutto il necessario, essere all'ultimo piano con acensore e una vista carina sulla città ma sopratutto l'ottima posizione e collegamenti con i mezzi bus/treni/tram

• Gema (5/5): Aceptable - Bien ubicado, al lado de la estación de tren de Ostiense y a escasos minutos del metro Pirámide El piso es algo antiguo y creo que es caro para lo que ofrece. El pomo de la puerta estaba roto, y la cafetera italiana no tiene asa. Es un piso básico

• Karimov (7/5): To sum up, it was very good in terms of location but not comfortable for spending much time at home. - The most beautiful thing related to the property is its location which was very beneficial for us to travel everywhere. The balcony is great and the view is valueworthing. The property has washing machine and hairdryer which are excellent. First of all, the bathroom is below my expectations since the shower cabin is not comfortable to take a shower. It is very small and not comfortable at all. In addition, despite having a cooling equipment, it was not sufficient at all to cool the room.

• Luis (6/5): Good value for a well located flat - The apartment is very well connected with public transport and going and getting back from the city center was a breeze The page said "two beds" but it was one bed and one couch which was not comfortable at all. The shower had mold. The overall hygiene of the place was not great.

• Juliette (9/5): Superb - Nice flat with great location! We spent a beautiful weekend walking around in Rome and it was perfect to come back to and have some rest. We appreciated the sunlight coming in the room. The elevator is a big plus as well.

• Stylianos (7/5): Ok budget accomodations in Rome. - Water boiler. Washing machine, although it broke down in the middle of my second load. Location near train and metro stations. Roomy. Good bed. Host let me check in early. Good communication with host. AC too weak: could not maintain 27 degC. Shower too small...much, much too small and doors so rickety and hard to use. Broken washing machine. Wifi kept needing to be restarted, stopped working after day 2. No TP roll holder. Water pressure low.
• Lazar (6/5): My favorite restaurant Burger King is close and that is the best thing ever. For only that I would give it a 10. The own - It had a nice view, everything was looking pretty cool. I liked the location, liked that we had a balcony and a big spaceous bathroom. Liked that the owner was communicating with us and trying to help us in any way we needed. We really liked this place. We didn't have the internet on our first day which was so disturbing because we could not tell anyone that we landed. And the a/c could not cool anything, it was too hot to breathe. But overall it was pretty nice. I didn't like the fact that the price changed - looked totally different in the moment when we were casually scrolling (it was lower) and at the moment when we actually payed the room it was higher. The difference was in like 50 euros.
• Luca (8/5): Very good for it's value - - Good communication with the Staff - Great walking distance to the colluseum - Beds were kind of hard, but still good enough to sleep in.
• Maria (3/5): Gross hot apartment in a great location - The location is good - near pyramide, easy walk to circo Massimo and it was the cheapest option available. The facility is not taken care of in the least - the bathtub has mold (and is tiny and the door kept falling off) and there was a small colony of ants bathroom which consistently smelled so humid and gross we needed to ensure the door was always closed to prevent the smell from entering. The level of general upkeep was shown by peices of paper which are inexplicably nailed to the wall and super messy paint throughout. The apartment is on the 6th floor with a tiny elevator which barely fits two people which while not uncommon in Rome is inconvenient especially if you are a family. Worst of all the ‘air conditioning’ - a must in Roman summers - does not work really work (it’s a small movable unit in the bedroom with an exhaust pipe out the window), it by no means cools the entire (small) apartment and is only useful if you face it directly at you a few cm away. Even so the temp of 29 degrees celsius did not budge in the bedroom. The living room and kitchen (which get no cool air) is consequently boiling hot.

• Michal (6/5): the price-quality ratio is fine - the location is great, 3 minutes on foot from the subway. shops, restaurants also a short distance away. Host very helpful. the smell in the accommodation, the shower was small, we had to wipe the dusty cabinets (actually 3 mm of dust), outdated equipment, damaged door handle. the apartment really needs to be renovated - or invest in improvements or repairs.
• Elena (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the location - very close to Ostiense station and the metro, 2 supermarkets in 10 min walk, some restaurants nearby, nice and quiet area, even though you see the railway station from the bedroom window - it didn't disturb at all. The apartment in a 30-40 min walking distance from Colosseum, Circo Massimo and other places to visit, no need to use transport. Can't say anything about air conditioning, we didn't use it, the heating system works. The shower cabin is rather narrow, so is the elevator in the building, not a disadvantage, just to mention - take into consideration if you are very tall or have XXXL bags with you. The apartment was rather clean, the kitchen has everything one needs for cooking and eating - plates, glasses, pots, pans, forks etc. The furniture isn't brand new, but it's all ok for the price and good for short staying. Fully satisfied my expectations.

• Daniel (10/5): Good apartment! - Everything was good, kitchen got everything you need, enough storage for your stuff and the view from the rooftop was amazing as well, we really liked it! Only thing that was "annoying" more or less was the shower, it took a while to get warm and the shower was small but that was not a big problem, still a good apartment!

• Tomás (8/5): Great place to stay for great connections and nice area. - The ambiance was great, you really feel like an Italian living your life in Rome. The location is surrounded by great restaurants and has easy connections with everything. The owner helps you a lot with everything and is very attentive. It was very nice in general. It being in a sixth floor helps a lot with great views, specially at the sunset. Some things like the showerhead are far too old and broken, spending just a few euros and time to fix it would make it a much better experience to use some of the appliances.

I didn't like the apartment as apartment wasn't upto the mark as per money. bathroom was so small that a person can not move. no bowls in the kitchen. no bath and shampoo provided. not enough toilet paper provided. Bedsheets seems to be used.
• Julia (7/5): Better than a hotel but having no air con was awful. - Location was not far from metro and train station. Clean and comfortable. kitchen plug socket was loose and unusable so had to plug kettle in elsewhere. No air con which made it hard as it was very hot. Shower leaked water. WI-FI password was hard to decipher as g turned out to be a 9 so couldn’t connect for days after trying different combinations. I did message the host but wasn’t offered any help and didn’t check to see if I had managed to connect. They just told me the password was in the bedroom but didn’t check to see if I had managed to connect. It took 3 days to get the password right due to how it was written down.
