The staff were all very lovely and friendly which made me feel safe. Free coffee machine in the foyer for members was a huge bonus and definitely much appreciated.

It is a great idea to have the snack bar there too. The building seems pretty new, so the facility looks really clean. The vibe is very cozy and classy. Maybe I could say, the air freshener that they're using is too strong. If i may suggest to use more light, fresh, and clean scent instead of perfume like. My friend told me, their toilet brings out some odor, I think that could be fixed. But in general, we were happy about the stay.

I booked with other 2 friends that has kid as well so we don’t need to separate but we have our own privacy while our kids play. Not much transportation close by. But doesn’t matter as we have rented but its great if there was so we can easily commute.

The location was excellent as it was very accessible to places that we visited. After 3 days of our stay, we requested our rooms to be vacuumed and cleaned. This was not done. The bedsheets and towels seemed to have been replaced. However, the carpet and bathroom floors were not vacuumed, and we could still see dusts on the floor.

Bellamore (8/5): Quiet and lovely - I loved the furniture,it was practical and extremely comfortable. Kayla was so lovely and welcoming when I arrived. The place was very quiet, and I had a genuinely lovely stay. I only wish I had stayed longer to fully experience everything the hotel has to offer. There were a few minor issues, such as small cracks in the light switch and a permanent nail polish mark on the bedsheet. These were very minor, and I reported them to the hotel staff, who were kind and understanding. It would also be helpful to have toilets available in the lobby area, just in case.
