Guest Reviews
- Ndhlovu (2/5): More work needs to be done to make the placecomfortable for the guests.it’s people before profit and not profits before - The fact that I had a place to sleep for a few hours only otherwise was just waiting for day break to we could leave. That’s how uncomfortable it was On arrival l called the lady to ask if we’re in the right place opposite the church and she said yes but she took a good 10 minutes to open for us.
We’re from Capetown and had taken a Uber to Airbnb and luckily the driver was kind enough to wait with us.
There was no water, no toilet paper in the bathroom no sugar or tea bags no extra blankets except for the very light one on the bed.
The shower wasn’t clean and the ceiling is falling apart.
The place didn’t look clean.
The lady sounded very nice and professional on the phone but the service wasn’t good in person .
The body language and expressions not good.
When we asked her why did she book us knowing there is no water she showed us old 5liter bottles outside by the corner.
It was really cold and we asked for an extra blanket and all she said was you have a blanket on the bed there’s no extras.
It’s just running business for money and not making the place comfortable for the guest.
I was up at 3am and left the place by 4 am.
Me and my sister both couldn’t sleep cause of the cold in the light blanket that felt like a sheet and had to toes all the time until we both fell asleep.
- Boitumelo (1/5): Unsatisfied guest - When we arrived the gate was locked,we called their number 3 times till they answered. The person who answered said she'll send someone to open for us and eventually when the worker opened she said she was in the shower and no apology whatsoever. The room was cold with only 1 duvet. No towels n toilet paper in the bathroom. The bed sheet had cigarette holes. Basically I'll never set my foot there again no matter how affordable it was.
