• Antje (4/5): Dieses Apartment würde ich nicht wieder nehmen. - Auf den Fotos war einen voll ausgestattete Küche. Im Apartment im Erdgeschoss/Keller gab es nur 2 Herdplatten. Der Parkplatz war nicht richtig ausgewiesen. Ich habe den Parkplatz suchen müssen. Am schlimmsten war aber der muffige Geruch in der ganzen Wohnung, der nicht zum Aushalten war.

• Cornelia (10/5): Vielen Dank - Es ist ein tolles Appartement, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, der erste Eindruck war perfekt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend, die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Die Lage ist optimal. Wir konnten die Stadt fußläufig erreichen. Allerdings wäre auch eine Busanbindung möglich gewesen. Bad Homburg ist ein sehr schöner Ort mit vielen tollen Cafés, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. Wir sind positiv überrascht. Vielen Dank für den netten Aufenthalt.

The location is excellent—quiet, safe, and convenient, close to shops and a park. The owner tried to make the guests as comfortable as possible. The code-operated door opening system is very cool, no need to worry about keys and you can arrive at any time. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bad Homburg. Natalie

Sehr empfehlenswert. Ich habe nichts Negatives zu sagen, ganz im Gegenteil, ausgezeichnet.

• Ckojib3kuu (8/5): - Die Apartments sind geräumig und groß – ideal für Familien oder eine größere Gruppe. Es gibt wirklich alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders schön ist der eigene Innenhof auf dem Gelände, wo man wunderbar Zeit verbringen und entspannen kann. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch: In nur 15–20 Minuten erreicht man das Zentrum von Frankfurt. Insgesamt eine hervorragende Unterkunft – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen! Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer war leider defekt – selbst im geschlossenen Zustand gab es fingerbreite Spalten, durch die Straßenlärm eindrang und den Schlaf gestört hat. Außerdem gab es kein richtig heißes Wasser, nur lauwarmes. Im Hochsommer wäre das vielleicht akzeptabel, aber Ende November ist es eindeutig zu wenig. Wenn diese Punkte behoben werden, ist alles wirklich hervorragend!

• Kerstin (5/5): - Allem in allem war es gut Am 2ten Abend war unser Parkplatz besetzt und es gab keine wirkliche Lösung ausser das wir auf der strasse hätten parken sollen und es aber dort weder Parkplatz sonst irgendwas gab,aus diesem Grund haben wir uns einfach vor ein anderes Auto auf dem Parkplatz gestellt

• Kerstin (7/5): Wir hatten einen Platz zum schlafen! 🥴 - Der Zugang über einen Code hat gut geklappt. Das Zimmer wirkte unfertig/ unrenoviert. Der Toaster war dreckig. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher sind ausgelaufen. Die Lichter gingen teilweise nicht. Die Sauberkeit von Kühlschrank und Küchen so wie Bad war nicht schön. Da ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Zigarettenrauch zog ins Zimmer beim Lüften.

• Rene (5/5): Kamer valt tegen - Locatie is top, dicht bij de stad. De bedden zijn ook goed. Badkamer was niet schoon, onder de bedden ligt erg veel stof en troep. De lampjes bij de bedden zaten los of het glas ontbrak. Erg gehorig, de woning is opgedeeld in 6 appartementen en wordt (volgens mij) grotendeels verhuurd aan arbeidsmigranten (roemenen, slowaken) Er was iedere avond ergens harde, schreeuwende ruzie. Slechts 1 redelijk comfortabele stoel, terwijl het een 2 persoonskamer is. En de afvoer van de wastafel is bijna verstopt, het water loopt erg slecht weg. De foto's kloppen niet, die zijn van een ander en groter 1 kamer appartement...

• Rachid (5/5): Disappointing apartment - The flat was clean the apartment is noisy with poor sound insulation, Also the sunday morning at 7h00 am . difficult to turn up the heating so the apartment is cold for me, no parking space on the last evening, average services overall for this price. No contact with the owner to find out if everything was okay except for a wifi problem

The owner was very friendly and helpful when I called her. There was plenty of space in the apartment and it was quiet there. There has a tiny bit of a mildewy smell in the bathroom and the bedroom floor was a little dirty/dusty. It would be great to have a more firm style pillow rather than just the big fluffy ones for people with back and neck issues.

• Stokes (8/5): A nice place - We received an email before our arrival telling us which parking space to use. The spaces are numbered but we were directed to another. It was good until the person in the space next to us decided to park badly. Luckily they left early next morning so we could get out easily. The property is in a one way street, is quiet and within walking distance of the city centre. It was also easy to drive to a supermarket. There were no windows, just a skylight. However, the unit is on the ground floor so there would have been no views anyway.

Big kitchen with all the utilities. Big bathrooms. Best value for money. Felt secure with central locked door. Free Parking was made easier, by assining a partking lot. The place outside the apartment is of good use too. Very close to Bad Homburg centrum (downtown, city centre); and only 20 kms from Frankfurt. So nicely located.
