• olaf (2/5): Leider absolut nicht empfehlenswert - Die 2 vom Personal (1 junge Frau, die zeitgleich in der angrenzenden Tankstelle arbeitete und der Kellner im Restaurant) waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber naturgemäß sehr gestresst, wie sie waren bei unserer Ankunft die einzigen Mitarbeiter. Das inbegriffene Frühstück war ausreichend und landestypisch. Wurde auch von dem jungen Mann serviert. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir bekamen ein kleines Zimmer mit dreckiger Toilette, schmutzigen Boden auf dem noch Müll lag. Die Badezimmertür quietschte furchterregend. Gebucht hatten wir die Juniorsuite. Also die Frau wieder aus der Tankstelle geholt, haben dann die Suite bekommen... Auch hier war der angekündigte Standard absolut nicht gegeben, es war dreckig, die Wände blätterten ab, es gab nur 1 Bettlaken. Die Toilette habe ich mit Desinfektionsmittel selbst gereinigt und das Tuch war schwarz! Wie die Duschkabine aussah brauche ich wohl nicht näher ausführen.... Insgesamt Ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig, man hört vom Flur und aus den anderen Zimmern einiges. Es liegt an der Autobahn.
• Agnieszka (4/5): - Nie polecam! Najlepiej ten hotel wygląda z zewnątrz i na zdjęciach, wewnątrz nie jest już tak kolorowo, poza recepcją. Wzieliśmy 3 pokoje 2 osobowe. W dwóch pokojach na 4 piętrze klimatyzacja ok, ale brak internetu w pokojach, zasięg tylko na korytarzu. Natomiast w pokoju na 2 piętrze internet ok, ale za to centralna klimatyzacja potrzebowała 2-3 h żeby w nagrzanym pokoju temperatura spadła do około 25 stopni C. Dodatkowo poza odpadającym tynkiem i grzybem w pokojach na 4 piętrze, to mrówki były wszędzie, ale najwięcej w pokoju na 2 piętrze (wchodziły nawet na łóżko plus taki, że przynajmniej nie gryzły). Poza tym, jeśli ktoś myśli o chodzeniu na plażę to mimo, że w linii prostej jest około 500 m to trzeba iść na około i robi się grubo ponad kilometr drogą w części bez chodnika, a gdy zapragnie ktoś (a warto) dostać się do części turystycznej Durres z promenadą to jest około 3 km, a droga raczej nie zachęca do spacerów, szczególnie po zmroku. Śniadania bardzo słabe, mały wybór i monotonne przez 4 dni zmieniały się tylko grzanki. Sporo jeździmy po świecie, ale dawno nie było takiego rozjazdu pomiędzy opisem a rzeczywistością!

All’accoglienza non c’era nessuno dell’hotel, un custode che ci ha dato le chiavi, nonostante ci sia scritto che la reception è aperta h24. Il pagamento è stato gestito interamente all’arrivo da questo custode, nonostante le condizioni erano 50% in struttura, 50% online. Abbiamo contattato ripetutamente la struttura e il servizio clienti Booking ma nessuno dei due ci ha mai fornito spiegazioni…

• ALFONSO (4/5): Hotel sucio en mitad de la carretera - La atención del camarero en el bar Hotel sucio con pelos sin limpiar en baños y sábanas. Muy antipáticos en la recepción. No te dejan tomar el desayuno en el patio. Estábamos sentados y nos echaron de allí. Nos llaman para que dejemos la habitación antes de la hora del check out. Mucho ruido en las habitaciones por la proximidad de la carretera y los pitidos de las puertas de las habitaciones de al lado cuando no se cerraban completamente.

Грешка стана със стаите и на 4 и 5 етаж стаите са отвратителни и Закуската всяка сутрин е еднотипна и леко отегчаваща.Стаите към пътя са доста шумни.

The whole location of the hotel was awful, literally next to busy road. Another thing is tha booking says tha the beach is 500m from the hotel but it is like 2km 😅 because you can't cross the road. Одна только девушка на ресепшине была вежливая и приветливая и хорошо говорила на английском. Рядом автострада, очень-очень грязно, волосы везде, в номерах не чего нет, интернет надо спрашивать, мало кто говорит по английский, персонал в ресторане плохо обслуживал. В номере на 2 этаже были муравьи. Вода не уходит, когда принимаешь душ. Менял номер, из за того, что было грязно. До моря добираться по плохой дороге, по грязи, но 15 минут.

Hotel is obviously new or recently built, which probably explains why not everything is fully finished. Gas station right next to it with a small store open 24/7, very convenient. Bar and restaurant on the first floor, very convenient, though no food except for pizza is tasty there. Glass walls at the toilet and shower - no privacy at all. No hooks for towels, no shelves for bathroom utensils at the shower. No glasses in the room, no minibar. Extremely slippery floor at the shower and toilet. Both the glass door to the shower and the glass door to the toilet are badly installed: one making extremely loud squeaky sound and another one gets always stuck. Poor breakfast, low choice of food, not tasty. Only receptionists speak English, no one else, but they are still trying to be helpful. Far from the beach, difficult and dangerous to walk there

Vi hadde en uheldig hendelse hvor dusjen ikke fungerte som den skulle, men personalet ordnet opp med en gang og oppgraderte til et større og bedre rom. The location is terrible. - Nice breakfasts, nice room with comfortable beds, very clean The shower drain in the bathroom was not working at all, it was not stuck, but the whole floor was in perfect level and there was no gradient from the drain, so water was everywhere, even leaking out of the bathroom. The location was simply bad, beach 500m but as the crow flies, in reality it was like a mile journey around really busy roads, the beaches were "private" and it was not so easy to "break" in.

Pani która nas przyjmowała do hotelu i obsługiwała przy śniadaniu, nie dość, że bardzo ładna to niesamowicie uprzejma i pomocna. Niestety nie znam imienia tej Pani. Pobyt był krótki ale dzięki takiej obsłudze będziemy miło wspominać ten hotel. Przeszklona toaleta niedokońca jest fajna.

• Barjam&Chiara (10/5): Consigliato! - Hotel nuovissimo, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Ha anche un ristorante dove abbiamo cenato. Prezzi bassi, nella media di Durazzo. Colazione tipica albanese (che io adoro), manca forse qualche opzione dolce, basterebbe una cioccolata spalmabile. Accanto all’hotel si trova una stazione di servizio aperta 24 ore con un minimarket. Lo staff dell’hotel gentilissimo e cordiale, soprattutto Franceska della reception che è veramente fantastica! È stata gentilissima e ci ha accolti come se fossimo a casa. La location è scomoda se vuoi visitare Durazzo, si trova in una super strada molto trafficata, il mare è vicino in linea d’aria ma a piedi non lo consiglio. Noi eravamo in macchina e non abbiamo avuto problemi

• Abergel (10/5): - Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet hôtel : la chambre était propre et spacieuse, le personnel de l’accueil et du restaurant sont très chaleureux et aux petits soins. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon avec beaucoup de choix (sucré et salé) et nous y avons dîné plusieurs fois, les plats sont délicieux ! (Nous vous recommandons le steak Florentine avec la salade grecque et la sour cream !). Au niveau de l’emplacement ça n’a pas posé de problème, il y a le bus et les taxis sont disponibles rapidement. Nous avons loué une voiture via une plateforme locale très intéressante. Merci pour tout au staff de l’hôtel, vous avez rendu notre voyage agréable ! Mention spéciale à Francesca, love from France !

• Alessandra (6/5): Può essere consigliabile a chi è di passaggio, perché si trova sulla superstrada di collegamento. - Siamo stati per una notte e ci hanno dato la stanza Deluxe, che era molto ampia e comoda. La camera e il bagno non erano puliti in maniera ottimale, la colazione un po’ povera, non mi ha soddisfatto.

Parkimine hotelli all parklas või maja ees. Suurepärane koht puhkuseks. Vannitoas võiks olla nagi. Ei leidnud kohta, kuhu riputada rätikut või toetada oma kosmeetikakotti. Dušši vesi kippus levima üle vannitoa, puudub ilmselt piisav kallak.

• Marija (6/5): - Hotel je blizu stanice Plepa pa mi je odgovaralo pošto sam tu bili jednu noć u prolazu. Ispali su korektni i pustili me da hotel napustim tek uveče u 18h a ne u 11 kada je odjava. Osoblje je korektno, malo je potrebno da znaju bolje engleski i da više pažnje posvete gostima kako bi ih uputili na sve sadržaje koje Drač ima. Restoran je jako jefitin i konobari znaju engleski i jako su ljubazni. Udaljen je mnogo od centra grada koji vredi obići. Ima gradski autobus za koji se morate raspitati gde staje i gde treba da se vratite. Plaža u blizini hotela, na 15 minuta hoda je za moj ukus loša, ali možete otići dalje na malo bolje plaže, mada su plaže u Sarandi i Ksamilu daleko bolje. Svakako je velika udaljenost od centra grada i za letovanje u ovom hotelu vam je potreban auto.

• Srečko (10/5): Baza za obilazak Albanije. Jedan od najboljih hotela u kojima sam bio. Ako ovo čitaju, hvala. - Ovom hotelu jednostavno nismo mogli naći zamjerku. Svjetska razina usluge. Ogroman parking. Jednostavan prilaz hotelu. Recepcionerka je ustala svaki put kada smo prolazili kraj recepcije, nasmijana i lijepa. Engleski savršen. Sobe klimatizirane. Kuharica za doručak peče izvrsne lepinjice kao da smo doma. Konobari prijateljski i ležerni. Četiri zvjezdice za povoljnu cijenu. Baza za istraživanje Albanije za svaku preporuku Cijena goriva na benzinskoj koja je dio grupacije sa hotelom.

L’hôtesse d’accueil a eu la gentillesse de nous proposer d’autres chambres quand j’ai fait remarquer la réservation booking qu’on avait. Le personnel est très arrogant et regarde les gens de haut. On avait l’impression d’être de trop. On a pas eu droit à la carte quand ils ont su qu’on logeait dans l’hôtel et aucune explication sur le petit déjeuner. Il y avait que du surgelés et rien de chaud. On aurait bien aimé avoir la carte quitte à payer des suppléments pour un café. L’hôtel est à l’entrée d’une autoroute. Donc ce n’est pas très prudent quand vous n’êtes pas véhiculé.
• Srečko (10/5): Izvrsna baza za obilazak Albanije. - Ako pročitaju ovu recenziju koristim priliku da se zahvalim osoblju hotela i šaljem im puno pozdrava iz Hrvatske. Kada budemo ponovo u Albaniji sigurno bira, taj hotel. Što se hotela tiče nemam nikakvu primjedbu. Hvala.

• Sven (4/5): Zimmer ok - Lage an der Schnellstraße eher grenzwertig - Zimmer modern und intakt. Frühstück war frisch zubereitet und vielfältig mit einem Kaffee! Der Bar Mitarbeiter sprach zumindest Englisch die Rezeption leider nicht. Balkon ohne entsprechnende Möbel. Hier fehlt ein Tisch und 2 Stühle. Rezeption versteht nicht wirklich englisch. Lage direkt an der Schnellstraße und einer 24 Stunden Tankstelle mit Shop ist praktisch, aber auch nicht wirklich eine ruhig.
