Guest Reviews
- Peter (10/5): - The flat is clean throughout and had all the facilities I needed. The location is within easy reach of Trastevere station and you can get into the centre of the city via Metro 8 which runs nearby. Robert was an excellent host and was extremely amenable. Nothing
- Andjela (10/5): -
- Alexandra (9/5): - Really lovely, bright and airy apartment with a very handy elevator. Well stocked kitchen for a short break.
Location is quite far from the main tourist areas, but very close to the tram stop and Trastevere station for both the main city centre and airport.
The best thing about being so far out is the incredible coffee, gelato and food places right on the doorstep of the apartment - all incredible quality and very cheap!
- Rosa (9/5): - Casa tranquilla e pulita
- Marco Plutino (10/5): Soggiorno eccellente - Appartamento nuovo (o comunque rimodernato), pulito e ampio.
- Aldo (8/5): Good value for money. - The shower do not work properly, and there is no microwave oven.
- Burian (9/5): Superb - It was a bit cold there, but everything else was fine.
- Volker (10/5): Very nice apartment on the left site of river Tiber - It's a very nice apartment on the 7th floor (elevator). The apartment is full equiped; it has two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom and it has two balconies to the little street Ugo Betti and to the yard. The host, Roberta, is very friendly, communication (mail and telephone) works within a few minutes. The area around is quiet and secure.
In about 5 minutes walk you can reach tram No 8 o Piazza Venezia and several bus lines; in about 13 minutes you can reach train station Quattro Venti (trains to the north-west and to the Vatican), in about 16 minutes walk you can reach Roma Travestere train station with several destinations as Roma Termini and Roma Tiburtina. Buses need about 30-45 minutes to Roma Termini, trains from/to Travestere train station about 15 minutes.
Supermarkets (Todis and Conad) are just a 3-5minutes walk away.
- Lorina (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was really nice and gave us useful information. Location is a bit far from the center, but there's a bus station nearby. Overall, everything else was perfect, and we enjoyed our stay.
- Marine (8/5): Nice rental - The apartment is really nice. Big rooms, everything inside, quiet neighborhood.
Easy to check-in, the owner is really nice and helpful. A bit far from the city center (40min in average)
- Jaco (9/5): Superb - Beautiful aesthetics. Good location. But overall good experience. The host was very kind to let us check out later. Thank you Shower was really unstable and small.
- Elena (9/5): Superb - The apartment was clean, secure, spacious and comfortable. The location was a bit far to the centre of Rome Grgg ß
- Vincent (7/5): Good -
- Raghu (7/5): Good -
- Cristina (10/5): We would love to go there again! - The apartment has a lovely Rome vibe that any tourist is expecting. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Our host was very nice, helpful and responsive.
The area was great, with lots of pizza places or restaurants, pasticceria, grocery shops, basically we didn't miss anything.
We would definitely go there again. It's not really a "don't like" but more of a heads-up. While we were there the tram lines were temporarily under construction and there were buses. So if you have guided tours booked it's good to take a 15 min buffer to get there and check google maps in advance.
- Ella (9/5): Superb - Lovely area, more locals than tourists which we loved, 5 mins from tram to the city, cafés/restaurants a couple mins walk, supermarket 5 mins walk. Friendly neighbours in the apartment complex, quiet area, loved the balcony! Photos make the space look bigger, very small living area once sofa-bed unfolded, but it us an apartment I guess!
- Gábor (9/5): Beautiful apartment at a nice spot. - The apartment is at a great spot. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Famous spots can be reached on foot in an hour. Parking can be hard, because there are only paid options. If those are full, then you have to circle around. Aquiring keys can be a hassle.
- Hanna (10/5): Everything was great. Nice apartment -
- Viktoria (8/5): Nice place - Even though the apartment was obviously old, the hosts did a great job renovating it with new furniture. It's spacious and has a cute balcony. There was a coffee pot and coffee. Checking in was super easy but beware - we were charged additional city tax before arrival. Getting to the city centre was easy - by tram or bus for 30-40 min depending on the traffic. Overall the neighbourhood is quiet but the walls were thin and neighbours were noisy - dogs barking, kids screaming, construction works every day from 8 AM (it is outside Italy's quiet hours but still it's not pleasant to be woken up at 8 AM by terrible noise). The bathroom wasn't perfectly clean.
- Teodora (10/5): Exceptional - Easy check in. Very clean apartment, big enough for 4 people. Sofa bed in the living room isn’t very comfortable for sleeping.
- Suzana (9/5): Superb -
- Kiril (10/5): Exceptional - We were traveling with a car around Italy so we needed a place outside of the "center" where we could stay. There was a parking (payed) near the place where we can leave the car for four days. Bus station is like 5 minutes away and takes you to the center in about 20-30 minutes. Really comfortable.
That's how we choose the place, but it was more awesome than this. First the entry was entirely automated. We could enter on our own. We were a family of 4 and found it comfortable. Around it, there are many places to have dinner. Reaching the Vatican city is very easy - train station is 10 minutes walk, then the train for 5 minutes and you are near the Vatican City.
Host was awesome, I asked for a favor and she did a favor/present for me that I will never forget. (I am not sharing publicly, not to put her on the spot :D).
- Andrea (9/5): Superb -
- Kaya (7/5): Good -
- Ayesha (10/5): Beautiful interiors, Spotlessly clean , Amazing location - Beautiful interiors
Spotlessly clean
Amazing location nothing
- Betty (8/5): Very good - Beautiful interior, cozy bed and equipped kitchen. The neighbourhood.
- Baltag (9/5): Superb -
- Shaikha (9/5): It was a pleasant stay. - It was a quiet big apartment with modern furniture we had pleasant stay in the apartment. it is suitable for either couples or family or even friends .. there are couple of bus stations close by and the a major train station (Rome trastevere) 700-800 m away .. mini markets are near by! There was a problem with the shower planar cross, it wasn’t probably closed and the sink wasn’t draining the water properly. Our stay was short so we didn’t have enough time to ask for fixing it.
