• Adnarim (5/5): - I liked the bed and the location. The door knobs were broken and it closes on its own. Oftentimes, it was hard to open the door. I needed to forcefully open it. The hotel looks old but the beds were pretty comfortable tho. It wasn't that bad at all we just experienced a little inconvenience. Also, the rates were pricy without a free breakfast.

I wish I did not book for Boracay Peninsula. - The location is really nice but the facilities are very old, like the towels, duvet and pillows need new ones. Staff are ok but they did not explain that if we need cleaning we need to put out a sign which we did not see and I think they are ok to hear people complaining, it seems they were already used to it as everytime I went down I always heard someone with them presenting their problems or arguing with staff e.g blocked toilet or demanding to change room etc. Also no one comes to empty the bins. Dirty Worn out towels, duvet and pillows Staff seem like passing the time. No one informed us about how to request cleaner. No one comes even just to empty the bin. Swimming pool water was dark and dirty, looks like water was not changed, supposed to use and enjoy the pool as weather was not good with big waves but did not. Upon looking at the water of the pool, you will be afraid to use it.

• Purificacion (1/5): Avoid booking this hotel. - The property or hotel is far from the photos advertised. It was really run down and needs major repairs. The room is dirty, we saw cockroaches and moldy headboard. The bathroom sink cupboard doors are all pealing off. Our booking is 4 nights but we refuse to stay as I had an allergy to mold and very risky on my health. Instead of relaxing when we arrive late afternoon, we have to find hotel/s to stay and it took us loads of walking from station 3-1 finding place to stay while checking online as well. Awful experience on the first day! We spoke to the staff and showed them the photos and videos we took and we left the place.

• FRANCITO JR (7/5): Our stay was comfortable and convenient, highlighted by a spacious room, and an excellent beachfront - The room is spacious, the food is delicious, and the prices are quite affordable. The hotel is beachfront and very close to the beach, making it extremely convenient. It is also near everything you need—fast-food restaurants, D’Mall, and grocery stores. The toilet was slightly clogged and required additional water from a bucket to flush properly. The walls were dusty and appeared not well maintained. We also left a written note regarding these concerns, but unfortunately, it was not addressed.

• Anna Frida (2/5): - The location and that we had sunbeds on the beach. Absolutely terrible rooms. The bigger bed was like a water bed and moved all the time. Not a single place to hang anything, there should be hooks in the room and bathroom. The bathroom was as basic as I've ever seen in the Philippines.
• JoyceMarvin (9/5): Exceptional place and staff - The staff are very amiable. They let us in 4 hours earlier without any additional charge. The hotel wasn't as modern as the others but I got what I paid for. They replied to my request abruptly. It is Near DMall and close to party places which is good for our bunso because she likes the crowd. Aircon is sooooo good and water heater is working. The best part was There was actually a renovation on going next to our room but as soon as I told the staff it was distracting us, they immediately postponed the work so we could enjoy our stay. The location of the CR is in the hall. It distracted us that the ventilation window is where people pass by, thinking someone might take a video or photos of us. I checked it from the outside and saw that it was covered by a screen, no phone can gen into. not sure , but still made me uncomfortable. You have to request for a rug, dustpan, and garbage to be picked up. There are crumbs of biscuit in the drawer left by the previous guests.

I love the ambiance, had a blast experience together with my daughter, beach front, we were solo using pool as my daughter enjoyed swimming in the pool. The persons of the property is so accommodating. None

And definitely not Family friendly. - Close to the Beach The restaurant on the premises had extended there dining to the pool and live music till very late at night. it would also be nice to have a broom to sweep out the sand from our rooms since we are close to the beach. 2 out for the 4 rooms we booked had a roof leak. We complained and they were aware of it. 😒Really, I'm sorry but rooms shouldn't be available if there not up to par. Pool was filthy. Not worth $650 for the 4 rooms 3 night stay.

They lent me iron with no additional fee. Thank you Boracay Peninsula! We had two amazing nights at your hotel! Best location and affordable rate in Station 2! With free sun beds! They’re still renovating the hotel so I’m looking forward to a better Boracay Peninsula in the coming years

• Patrick (6/5): Peninsula Boracay - Beach Front and the Bangsilog. :) The door locks are difficult to secure, even with a key. The water supply is unreliable, with low pressure every morning. Our bathroom lacked a lever. I noticed a staff member washing his hands and rinsing a bucket in the pool. He was wearing a striped shirt and a hat with "NYC" on it. Additionally, the air conditioning is noisy and constantly running. Given that this is the nicest and cheapest beachfront hotel, I believe it needs renovation.

I booked without cancellation, its a risk i took, because im afraid the place will be horrible, BUT when we came in, you will be amazed, your fears will be erased but replaced by being so lucky to choose this accomodation and with its price. THANK YOU, 2 rooms that were given to us was so comfortably Clean and Spacious, new aircons, tv,, we dont care if the room is old as long furnitures are new, anyway, renovation are going on. No complain for the rate i paid.
