• Sharon (10/5): The perfect place to stay in Parma - You could not choose a better place to stay in Parma. The location is less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the historical center. It is on a quiet street in a beautifully renovated old building with an elevator. Our suite was spotlessly clean and perfectly designed with a fully equipped small kitchen, spacious bedroom and a bathroom with a large walk in shower. The property is lovely but the best part is the host Alfredo who is friendly, welcoming and eager to help you have a perfect stay. We enjoyed talking with him in a mixture of English and Italian about our families in the US and Italy. Highly recommended! The bed was a bit softer and the pillows a bit firmer than we like, but that is just personal preference.

• Fredricksen (10/5): Palmer is a great place and if you’re lucky enough to stay at Palace Burnette,you should. - The owner Alfredo helped make the stay in Parma wonderful. We were a little concerned when we arrived in Parma, however, Alfredo put our minds at ease that we had chosen right place. His attitude was exactly what we needed, and the rest of the stay was exactly what we wrote had wanted. We would highly suggest taking a day tour through the region to visit the cheese, ham and vinegar factories. Alice Rossi is an experience guide that we would highly recommend. The food in Parma is exceptional as advertised. However, the apartment we stayed in really made it a wonderful time and we hope to visit again someday Everything was better than we expected.

• Miriam (9/5): Enjoyed my stay - Solo female traveler in the single twin room. It is a small room but modern and clean. Excellent location with a 6 minute from the train station. Great ac, shower and tv. Bed is soft but I haven’t found one that isn’t yet. It has a mini fridge and coffee maker. The balcony is more of an enclosed space with an open roof and lots of pigeons. Nothing to look at but smoker friendly. Great for the price and better than a hostel. I stayed an extra two nights. Alfredo is lovely and very helpful. The room is soundproof. Supermarket is two minutes walk.

It’s conveniently located near the city center and not far from the train station. The staff was very friendly and always supportive. We booked the room for its spaciousness, as we intend to work during our trip. However, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and extremely slow, even though we had an internet router installed in the room.

• Kläser (10/5): Familiäres Hotel mit Top-Lage und Komfort - Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel rundum genossen. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal – der Bahnhof ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was die An- und Abreise besonders unkompliziert macht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Das Hotel wird von Vater und Sohn geführt, was eine sehr angenehme, familiäre Atmosphäre schafft. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, sauber und neu renoviert – alles wirkt modern und gepflegt. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, die einem ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität bietet, gerade bei längeren Aufenthalten. Insgesamt ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wer eine komfortable Unterkunft mit persönlichem Service in zentraler Lage sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

• Duncan (10/5): Perfect stay in beautiful Parma - This is the perfect place to stay in Parma. The host Alfredo is incredibly friendly and kind, and made the whole stay feel very welcoming and hospitable. The location is just steps from the centre, as well as being very close to the train station. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautiful, and the hotel itself is sympathetically modern in a stunning old building. We stayed during a heatwave in Parma (36C/97F) and the room was perfectly cool with the air conditioning. Overall, an exceptional stay and we would love to come back.

Highly recommended. - Looks brand new, very clean (spotless), neutral nice decor, efficient and silent AC, fridge, tv, coffee machine, very comfortable bed and nice bed linen, lift, good location, friendly receptionist. Very very minor remark: the lift looks brand new but is very slow which made me a bit nervous but there are stairs and only a few floors for what looks like only 5 rooms.
• Naji (9/5): - Well-appointed & clean studio apartment with everything that you need for a short stay, including a kitchenette to make breakfast. The location is excellent and only a short walk from both the old city as well as the train station. The host is very friendly and helpful. We had a top floor room with windows facing the street so it was nice to be able to open the windows for fresh air. The windows are soundproofed, so the room is very quiet when the windows are closed. We found the bed and pillows a bit soft, but of course this is entirely a personal preference.

• J (10/5): Delizioso - Ho alloggiato una notte e mi sono trovata davvero molto bene, soprattutto per l’accoglienza calorosa e attenta, che ho apprezzato moltissimo. Ho alloggiato nella stanza con il letto alla francese e il bagno soppalcato, che trovo davvero carina, perfetta per chi è giovane e cerca qualcosa di particolare: la scaletta ripida e raccolta aggiunge un tocco originale e divertente! Avevo visto le foto prima della prenotazione, quindi sapevo cosa aspettarmi e, anzi, ero molto entusiasta all’idea. Tutto era molto pulito, e devo dire che il topper del materasso è un vero plus: comodissimo! Anche la posizione è comodissima, a pochi passi sia dalla stazione che dal centro città. Insomma, esperienza davvero positiva. Consigliatissimo!

• Daniel (10/5): - Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht. Trotzdessen hat bei der Ankunft schon jemand auf uns gewartet TOP. Die Lage ist zentral aber in einer kleinen Seitengasse, also nicht sehr laut. Das Appartement ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und top in Schuss. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

• Lukas (9/5): Modern apartment suitable for every season. - Very modern apartment in a really central location in Parma. The room design is really nice, with a staircase to a second floor, where the bathroom is nicely separated from the rest of the apartment (one-person apartment). I was there in a hot period and the AC was super effective! The room had windows only to an inner courtyard and was very close to the balcony of the opposite building. Thus, I preferred to have the shades closed most of the time.

• Janet (10/5): Great Stay - This apartment was well designed. While small, there was everything I needed including a small fridge and a place to put my bag. The bathroom was at the top of a spiral staircase, but within the room, and was spacious and attractive. Although quite dark the lack of direct sunlight was a real bonus in the hot weather as was the air conditioning. Great lift/elevator and a short walk to the sights and train station. • Lutz (10/5): Geniale Unterkunft, jederzeit wieder!!! - Angefangen mit dem ausgesucht netten "Concierge" (= Vater des Eigentümers), der super nett und freundlich bei allem behilflich ist: Das Zimmer / Apartment war Spitzenklasse! Im letzten Jahr wurde die Unterkunft eröffnet und ist vom Architekten wirklich super durchdacht. Das insgesamt schmale Haus (wie alle in der Strasse) ist optimal ausgenutzt, hier hat sich wirklich mal jemand viel Gedanken gemacht! Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was man verbessern könnte! Die Farben sind freundlich, die Ausstattung modern und durchdacht, die Küche voll ausgestattet (Incl. Geschirrspüler), Möglichkeiten für einen ersten Espresso. Die Straße ist nachts total ruhig und doch ist man in 5 Minuten mitten in der Altstadt! nichts! Dass es keinen Parkplatz gibt, liegt an der Stadt Parma!

• Bart (10/5): Prettig verblijf - Moderne en nette kamer met airco in slaapruimte en badkamer. Vriendelijk onthaal. Prima locatie precies tussen treinstation en historisch centrum. Ik zit liever op een stoel of zetel met leuning in plaats van een puf.

• Daniele Coscarella (7/5): Parma elegante ed accogliente non ci perdiamo di vista - Ottima l'accoglienza e l'attenzione dell'Host davvero molto cordiale sia nel check in sia il check out. Ho trascorso solo una notte e la posizione molto favorevole avendo la stazione nelle vicinanze, ha favorito la mia scelta. Tutto è raggiungibile nel raggio di 5/10 minuti a piedi. La mia stanza con letto singolo era davvero piccola, forse troppo piccola...Potrebbe essere utile in futuro, prenotare con una differenza di costo, una doppia ad uso singolo.

• Marina Novel (10/5): - Super expérience à Parme, l'appartement était tout simplement parfait. Décoré avec soin, propre et bien situé. Le propriétaire est super agréable et très avenant, on s'est senti comme à la maison. On se reverra s'est sûr !
• Estelle (10/5): Can’t wait to come back to Palais Bernadette ! - The location and facilities were great but my favorite part was meeting the hotel manager Alfredo. He is very thoughtful and will share his love of Parma with you !
• Fangfang (9/5): Sweet stay in Parma - Location is a few minutes from the train station, so very comfortable and my room was very nice and cozy + reception was extremely warm and welcoming giving me a smooth check in experience even late in the evening. The location is not one of the most silent ones. Napoli won a game that night, so there was sudden noise from the streets, you totally need to close the window if you have light sleep. But the property does all they can to accommodate you!
• Cynthia (10/5): Wonderful gem in Parma - The rooms were immaculate with many thoughtful touch. The kitchenette made preparing breakfast easy and the exposed beams added ambiance. The location is very convenient - a short walk to the train station and a short walk to the town center - yet tucked on a quiet side street. The proprietor could not have been more welcoming and helpful. His restaurant recommendations were superb! We thoroughly enjoyed meeting him. Nothing.
