• Man (2/5): Very poor - The accommodation was unacceptable in many ways: the furniture was old and worn, and the kitchen hygiene was extremely poor—including dirty dishes, and cooking condiments and the toaster that contained cockroach and other insect remains. The shower had low water pressure and poor drainage. There was no electric kettle provided, and the air conditioning was weak. Requests for assistance via WhatsApp were ignored—no service at all. It’s not just bad, it’s downright poor.

• Andreea (4/5): Disappointing - The location The stove was not working and on the first night there was a storm in seville and the living room of the apartment was flooded and we woke up with our stuff being wet
• Pedro (4/5): Disappointing - Location was excellent, right in the center of Seville. That was the reason I booked it despite the mixed reviews. The apartment promised was an outfacing apartment with balcony. The actual apartment was interior ( Only one tiny window to a tiny lightwell). It would not have been soi bad if it wasnt for the strong humity smell in the rooms. When complained to the host, she said that a leakage had happened in the intended apartment and she had to move me up. She offered a 20 euro discount. I truly believe that the she always uses the photos for the nicer apartment for all the bookings in the building.
