• Jorge (9/5): - Après une première nuit à Plateau apartement,nous sommes retournés avant de reprendre l' avion. L' apartement est confortable et très bien situé. Je recommande vivement .

• sara (1/5): Non consigliato - La posizione La casa era veramente sporca, piena di muffa sui muri. Le lenzuola erano evidentemente macchiate di sangue. Eravamo in tre e c'erano asciugamani e lenzuola per due. La porta non si chiude bene. La caldaia perde acqua da tutti i tubi. Gli elettrodomestici della cucina sono tutti inutilizzabili perché sporchi, bruciati o rotti. Le sedie e il divano visibilmente danneggiati e sporchi di macchie bianche. Per il prezzo proposto non ne vale assolutamente.
• Gloria (7/5): - El apartamento está muy céntrico y tiene un buen tamaño para tres personas. Dispone de balcones que permiten que entre el aire y de aire acondicionado en dos de las habitaciones, lo que resulta muy cómodo. Durante la estancia necesitábamos mantas y el anfitrión nos las trajo el mismo día, lo cual agradecemos. El precio bastante razonable para lo que hay en la zona A pesar de haber indicado previamente la hora de llegada (entre las 22:00 y las 23:00), al llegar nuestro taxista se puso en contacto con el dueño del apartamento y este estaba durmiendo. El anfitrión nos comentó que por ese motivo nos había ofrecido un transfer desde el aeropuerto, ya que el taxista nos entregaría la llave, algo que no quedó claro con antelación. Además, el apartamento necesita mejorar la limpieza, especialmente en las superficies, los pomos de las puertas, la ducha y el frigorífico. Durante nuestra estancia la temperatura era baja y el calentador de agua solo era suficiente, muy justo, para dos personas. También echamos en falta algunos útiles básicos como secador de pelo o plancha para la ropa, una fregona limpia y que la bolsa de basura estuviera ya colocada en el cubo a nuestra llegada.

• Deborah (8/5): - La situación era muy buena, una zona bastante segura y céntrica. Había aire acondicionado en dos de las habitaciones y un balcón que da a la calle bastante amplio. Cerca hay cafeterías, restaurantes y bares. Nos facilitaron un taxi que nos llevó al apartamento y de vuelta al aeropuerto cuando nos fuimos. El dueño muy amable La tercera habitación era un poco más pequeña, no entraba casi luz por la ventana q daba al patio interior y sin aire acondicionado.

• Elsa (3/5): Slechtste bed ooit. - De lokatie was heel goed. Midden in het centrum. Het begon met het ontvangst, het was bevestigd dat wij 16 oktober tussen 03:00 en 04:00 konden inchecken. Bij aankomst was er niemand, toen ik belde kreeg een een geïrriteerd en verbaasde reactie. De eigenaar kwam wel, maar was duidelijk niet blij. De volgende dag vroeg hij € 50,00 extra betaling. Hij zei dat we een dag eerder waren. Een slaapkamer was redelijk, een was net een kerker (klein donker met tl-buis als verlichting) de deur kon niet goed open. Slaapkamer 3 daar kwam in de nacht stukwerk van het plafond naar beneden. Het matras was vreselijk je voelde alle veringen. Na een paar uurtjes slaap weer gebeld, want er was geen warm water. Er hing een gordijnroede los, die zou hersteld worden. Niemand meer gezien. Faciliteiten waren heel basic. Niets gebruikt behalve 2 glazen. Het bestek was gewoon vies in de lade. Niets om je kleding op te hangen of je handdoek. We hadden geboekt tot 21 oktober, maar gaven aan om 0:00 te vertrekken. Toen zei de eigenaar dat hij maandagochtend de sleutels zou halen, want 21 kwamen de nieuwe gasten. Toen heb ik aangegeven dat wij betaald hadden tot 21ste 11:00 (uitchecken). Toen mochten we wel blijven. Maandag viel om 11:00 het water weg. Gebeld en er zou iemand komen kijken. Nooit meer iemand gezien en tot ons vertrek om 23:45 geen druppel water gezien. Gelukkig hadden wij zelf water gekocht. Die wij konden gebruiken, want ook het toilet spoelen kon niet. Ik ga in mei weer naar Cabo Verde, maar hier ga ik nooit meer. Ik zal ook iedereen in mijn omgeving afraden dit appartement te huren! Ik heb jammer genoeg geen foto's gemaakt, zelfs niet van de dode kakerlakken in de hal. Alleen een filmpje, maar die kan ik niet uploaden.

• Djm983 (5/5): Passable - pick-up service at the port location and space not clear on the pick-up price. Would have been cheaper and quicker to have just taken a normal taxi. The flat was big but the bathroom not clean at all Quite expensive in the end for the quality of the flat
