• Okechukwu (5/5): Not very satisfied with facilities at the apartment - Location is good. Right in the city Public Power supply was off and there was no alternative. Couldn’t use the Air Conditioning. The check in clerk charged me N25,000 which was way above the $14 shown on my booking.
• Chinemelum (2/5): Not a good experience - Location One bedroom apartment does not mean you get the full apartment, you get one room (out of four) in a shared apartment. I was charged for more than I was supposed to pay for. My reservation was given away right in front of me. The facility manager I spoke with on the phone was very rude. Air condition worked less than 10% of the time in two days

• Abdul-Fatai (5/5): - The staff are courteous and helpful The facility is not properly maintained. Imagine waking up in years morning, used the toilet and there's no water to wash yourself. I stay 7 nights in this facility, every morning, there's water running from the tap. They depend on the public water supply, which is not reliable. A facility like that should have it's own water storage facility for the guest. At no point should it be out of water, talkless every morning. When I checked out at 7:30am on w4th Dec. 25, I didn't brush my teeth nor had a bath booster there wasn't water running. Secondly, there's no microwave or any utensils for guest to use. At least there should be a microwave and electric jug in the common area / Dinning. A small electric jug and cup in each room to make tea for yourself. Jut basic and essential things to use. Accommodation is not just a bed to lay on.
• Chioma (4/5): It was okay but it can be better - It was really close to where I wanted to go to the next day. The people were courteous and friendly. The room and toilet had an offensive smell and the toilet flusher didn't work optimally. I had to fetch water in the bucket to flush the toilet after use. Also, the room (walls, floor - There were brownish stains on the tiled floor) needs to be worked on. The wall and door to the room was covered with wall paper and it didn't look nice at all. I believe all of these can be improved upon however, my stay was okay and the staff was nice. I was in communication with them even before my arrival and they attended to me even when I arrived around 12 in the morning due to delayed flight. I wish the price was sliced as I only stayed for about 5hrs though.

The name is not Ibiyemi Apartments, Yessit, the WiFi didn't work, and no breakfast as mentioned on booking.com Throughout the night the water didn't rush until 7 am, that was terrible. And I paid more than $13.9 for the night I stay. I paid N25,000.

• Olumuyiwa (1/5): This is the worse accommodation I have ever come across on booking.com.STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN PERIL!! - Nothing!!!! This property should not be listed on booking.com as they do not honour reservation commitments. The reservation was made for my staff for 3 nights and it was supposed to include breakfast but the property owner/manager refused to honur the reservation from booking.com, saying breakfast had to be paid for. Also power went off at night, there was no running water, internet was poor, the rooms appeared like they were not cleaned after the previous guest left with the beds infested with bugs. My staff could not sleep through the night and I had to check them out after the first night and move them to another hotel. I did not even bother to ask for a refund because of the bad attitude from the owner/manager.

The solar power is always switched off when it's 1am. No fan, no Air-condition. It was a terrible experience. The staff were excellent, but I don't think I will recommend the property for my next trip to Abuja Lack of the basic amenities

• Clinton (1/5): Wouldn’t be back. - The location. The listing doesn’t make it clear it’s a shared space. I saw cockroaches in the room. The building was under some sort of renovation and it was very noisy. The shared kitchen had no water and had cockroaches as well. Also saw a used shaving stick in the bathroom. Entire building layout is old.

• Muhideen (9/5): Despite the short time stay at the apartment, the staff were friendly and facilities were good. - Very welcoming staff. Availability of inverter system to balance energy use Incase of power outage was also a great one even though it didn't power the cooling system and electric sockets. The location was also a perfect fit. I gladly recommend it if you're on budget. Some of the facilities needs upgrade and maintenance to make it suitable for guests. It's all about improvement. The TV should be connected to the inverter battery source to entertain guests.

• Senbanjo (1/5): It was a NIGNTMARE. - I liked absolutely nothing about the property. It was dark, dingy and very unclean. It bears zero r likeness to what is depicted in the pictures - it almost borders on fraud. Also, some inhabitants of the other rooms were smoking CAMA aid and it was perceptible to me. The ceiling in the room was badly mouldy and water damaged. The flakes were falling on the bed and the room was infested with cockroaches .

• Bukola (10/5): Great experience at the apartment. - I Like the way the staffs react to issues if there was any. Right from the gate to the reception and other staffs working in the main building, they were all exceptional and very friendly. The water heater stopped working at some point, but i think it was a minor issue with the electricity. Whichever way there was always an alternative option and that's what i like about the apartment.
