• esposito (10/5): Diffidate dalle cattive recensioni su questo posto!!! - Da giorni cercavamo una struttura accogliente per il nostro soggiorno a Orosei. L’obiettivo era trovare un’appartamento abbastanza vicino all’imbarco per visitare le famosissime cale. Casualmente ci siamo imbattuti in questo appartamento, sorprendendo di gran lunga le nostre aspettative. Gli spazi sono molto accoglienti, abbastanza ampi e luminosi. La pulizia è impeccabile: tutto è perfettamente al suo posto, inoltre è provvista di tutto il necessario come elettrodomestici vari, carta igienica, biancheria, omaggi, ma anche vino o acqua. La posizione è ottima, situata in un ambiente tranquillo, ma vicino ai luoghi di necessità (spiagge, supermercati, farmacie, centro, ecc…). Gli Host si sono subito dimostrati estremamente disponibili, gentili e professionali. Il parcheggio al suo interno è comodo e ben tenuto. La terrazza è perfetta per rilassarsi durante i pomeriggi caldi e le serate fresche. Questa estate abbiamo in programma di tornare sicuramente … Grazie mille Anna e Valentino per la vostra ospitalità!
• Dr. Marco BIANCHINI (4/5): Deludente esperienza. - L'arredamento e basta. Entrati in casa noto subito che qualcosa non va. Gli impianti di raffreddamento non funzionano o meglio soltanto uno su tre ( vedi immagini allegate) uno aveva il telecomando rotto, l' altro in camera era solo predisposto e siamo morti dal caldo. Poi la mattina seguente volevamo prendere 3 caffè e c'erano soltanto due cialde. Dulcis in fondo la mattina successiva sudati fradici non abbiamo potuto effettuare la doccia perché veniva soltanto acqua fredda e mancava persino l'asciugacapelli. Insomma se si vuole affittare un appartamento bisogna quanto meno assicurarsi il corretto funzionamento e non trovare giustificazioni come il fatto che non è stato sostituito il climatizzatore rotto in tempo, visto che la mia prenotazione risaliva a più di 5 mesi fa, con pagamento anticipato!!!

• Yves (7/5): Ville agréable et belle plage - Proximité du centre ville Panne climatisation pièce principale. Four ne fonctionne pas et pas de micro-ondes. Deuxième chambre condamné et pas d’étendoir Pas de livret d’accueil. Peu d’ustensiles de cuisine. Pas de sac poubelle.
• Tatiana (8/5): Bueno - Todo estaba muy limpio Había opción de poner el coche en el interior de la vivienda, un patio delantero, pero el anfitrión cobraba 8,5€ por ello.
• Lukáš (3/5): - Easy check in process, big apartment, well equipped kitchen (appliances but not the goods like coffee, oil and stuff - not complaining, just saying for backpackers like us) Only one operational AC, additional fee for parking (plenty of space on the streets for free), problematic washing machine (the host warned us that we should turn off everything else in order not to lose electricity, but that did not help), generally not very friendly environment as there is a threat of penalty for a few things, the worst thing is probably fact that you cannot leave any rubbish there as you are required to take it away with you when you leave (under the threat of another fee)

Parcheggio si trova facilmente vicino alla struttura Le indicazioni per entrare in casa un po’ superficiali con una foto della combinazione non chiara e sbagliata. Non c’era il detersivo per la lavatrice, c’era odore di gas. Le posate e stoviglie organizzate male, il condizionatore in soggiorno non funzionante. Tante regole scritte in modo antipatico che mettono ansia. Indicazioni sbagliate sull’isola ecologica che non abbiamo trovato.

• tiagopmiranda24 (4/5): Casa agradável, mas a falta de ar condicionado funcional tornou a estadia insuportável - Áreas bastante espaçosas e limpeza. Apesar de a localização, o acesso e o aspeto exterior da casa e da vizinhança não serem os melhores, o interior da casa era limpo e confortável. No entanto, a nossa experiência foi bastante prejudicada por um problema com o ar condicionado. Num dia de calor intenso, sempre que o ligávamos, a luz da casa ia abaixo. Perdemos a conta às vezes que tivemos de ir ao quadro elétrico para repor a eletricidade. Foi extremamente difícil e desconfortável permanecer na casa sem o ar condicionado a funcionar corretamente.

• peter (6/5): Basic budget accommodation in the suburbs of Orosei. - Basic budget accommodation in the suburbs of Orosei. Reasonably short walk through the backstreets to city centre and restaurants. Apartment lacked amenities - simple things like rubbish bins and coffee mugs were missing and there were no little extras like guest info or tourist suggestions. Strict warnings from hosts on how we would be charged extra if we didn't keep the place super clean put us on edge and made it hard to feel at home. Apartment was only partially air conditioned, which was not sufficient for the summer heat. One additional air conditioner installed while we were there but one bedroom still has no aircon. Would be better if parking fees and tourist tax were included as part of booking fee not extra cash payments.
