• Severine (5/5): pratique mais sans plus - personnel tres gentil et habitant en face. tres responsive le petit dejeuner est tres basique! et nous n'avons rien contre les mosquees et y sommes tres habitues puisque nous vivons a Dubai mais il est vrai que la plus proche etait particulierement bruyante et on avait l impression de dormir litteralement DANS la mosquee
• Louis (10/5): - We had an excellent stay at Maharani, the place is great and the host even more. Bu Rita is an excellent host, very friendly and happy to help anytime. She helped us book a tour to Kawah Ijen and it was great ! After reading the reviews we were expecting a bit of noise from the mosque but it was very quiet.

• anne-marie (8/5): - Very spacious and clean and it has a lovely garden. Its in the middle of an area with a lot of mosques. About 4 or 5 that sort of start praying just 3 minutes after each other..... So the sounds are hard all around you.Around 7- 8 in the evening it's better to 'hide' in a restaurant.
• Kevin (9/5): - Nice homestay in Banyuwangi. Very big room. Bathroom good size. I had two beds to choose from. Aircon and wifi good. I asked owner and she gave me kettle to make a cuppa tea. Mosque noise not too bad. I had car and I managed to park 2/3 inside gate.

• Megan (7/5): Ok stay - Big room and bathroom with a private garden in front of the property. The picture showed a fridge in the room, however this was in a different room next door. We were able to use this but it would have been handy in the room. The curtains let in a lot of light and it’s loud in the evenings and mornings so we didn’t get a lot of sleep here. The room was very dated but a still a very good size. It would be nice if there was a kettle in the room and free water refills.

Ein eingezäunter Aussenbereich mit kleinem Garten und Sitzgelegenheiten gehörte dazu. Die Vermieterin hat uns in jeder Hinsicht unterstützt.

Location was great, as quiet but walking distance from main street. If i had to.say something, I would say it would be nice to have breakfast included in the price

The host was very friendly and help us book the Ijen tour The windows were really thin and therefore the prayers loud, but nothing earplugs can’t solve ;) but i think that’s the same everywhere
• Natalia (7/5): Good - You are the only one staying in this homestay, as there is only one room, so you have a beautiful garden all to yourself. The room and bathroom are very spacious. The floor and bed linens are clean. It's located withing a quiet neighbourhood. It looked like the toilet, sink and shower haven't been cleaned for a very long time. It's a shame, because otherwise it's a very nice place to stay. Also the sink was blocked, which we fixed ourselves, as the water would not go away.

Tasty breakfast and in particular delicious pancakes! Absolutely loved the little garden courtyard, really peaceful and private space to eat breakfast. Thank you so much for our stay. The room is a little dark. Some mesh might be a good idea on the floor vent in the bathroom as at one point we saw a cockroach come out.
• Sparks (9/5): Superb - The hosts were fantastic and very helpful, booked our my ijen tour and made us breakfast for when we got back + breakfast to takeaway on our check out day Out of the hosts control but the area was quiet loud with traditional music playing at all hours of the morning, I was woken up at 3am one morning but put earphones in and fell back asleep

Beds are super confortable and bathroom and room are very spacious. Garden is very cute with many plants. Communication with owner is easy, via whatsapp. Breakfast delivered each morning is very good ✨️ We recommand 100% !!! Best value for money Take into account mosquees around
