- M (1/5): - The hotel staff response was very unprofessional and lacked proper knowledge. Without our permission, room service entered the room when we were not available, which is completely unacceptable. They also falsely promised free laundry service, but later charged money for it. The service was not punctual at all, and overall they are simply looting customers’ money. Not recommended, especially for middle-class people looking for honest service and value.

Coffee was cold in breakfast.only when complained they said will make another one but I was running out of time. Had the stay a bit late due to a meeting and requested for extended checkout and also told them will pay 50% room charges etc but they were adamant for one day charges inspite of less occupancy. Also 10 mins before the checkout time the housekeeping staff rang the bell and opened the door with duplicate key. This is a complete privacy issue.

The breakfast menu was very small and was not timely refilled.
Pool did not have an attendant to safeguard the kids and no one to give towels as well.
The twin beds were very small for even one person and the body was rolling outward while sleeping due to the uneven cushioning.

From the very beginning, everything went wrong at KKM International. The staff speaks very poor English and is not welcoming at all. I was first taken to a room that looked more like a kennel, despite having booked a Deluxe room. Originally, the booking was for a two-bedroom room, but we were given a room with only one bedroom. I was ready to accept that.
However, the situation only got worse. The room is very old. The floor was greasy, which can be seen in the photos. Old furniture, a horribly squeaky bed that makes proper sleep impossible, and lighting that deserves a special mention: harsh, unpleasant light that feels more like a torture chamber than a hotel room.
The overall impression was extremely negative. If you are reading this review, just look at all the reviews rated 1. They are absolutely accurate. Everything in this hotel is bad.
As for the so-called “restaurant”, it is more like a cafeteria. We were told to wait 40 minutes for food. It is hard to understand how this is acceptable.
In the end, the experience was so bad that I left the hotel just three hours after check-in, despite the room costing around 12,000 rubles per night. Without any arguments or comments, I simply moved to a proper, decent hotel.
Additionally, the staff gave us the wrong room twice, despite repeated explanations.
Final conclusion: I strongly do not recommend this hotel. One of the worst hotel experiences I have had recently.

Reception Staff Courtesy
The reception staff did not appear to be adequately trained in customer service. They seemed stressed and preoccupied with paperwork rather than welcoming guests with a pleasant attitude. A smile or a warm greeting was noticeably missing.
Unusual Advance Payment Policy
Having travelled extensively across the world, I have rarely encountered hotels that demand 50% advance payment at check-in. Standard practice is usually to take a copy of the credit card and settle the bill at checkout. However, the receptionist insisted on the advance payment, stating it as hotel policy, and her tone came across as quite rude and unfriendly.
Denial of Duplicate Key / Power Access Card
After being out in the city, my phone had run out of charge. I returned briefly to charge it before going out again. I requested a duplicate key or a power access card to keep the electricity on in my room. The receptionist refused, stating that the hotel allows only one key per room. This was quite inconvenient.
Lack of Assistance During Checkout
I was staying with my wife, and during checkout, no room staff were available to help us with the luggage. We had to carry all our bags ourselves to the reception, settle the bill, and then again carry everything to the parking area. The receptionist watched us struggling with the luggage but did not offer any assistance.
